The impurity dust entering the valve seat sleeve 11 falls into the avoiding groove 13 when being pushed to the opening of the avoiding groove 13, so that no foreign matter is separated between the end of the single joint 31 and the step 12, and the chamfer 311 of the single joint 31 is in closer contact with the step 12.

On the basis of the above structure, the outer peripheral wall of the single joint 31 is provided with a groove, and a seal ring 4 (O-ring) is embedded in the groove.
