the third inclined plate portion is provided with a mounting groove recessed toward the second support plate in a state where the third space is used for accommodating a hydraulic and electric system; the bottom of the mounting groove is used for arranging an emergency stop switch;

from the groove bottom of the mounting groove to the direction of the notch, a flow guide inclined plane inclined towards the fourth plate is formed on the side wall of the mounting groove;

or, in a state where the third space is used for accommodating an engine system, the first inclined plate portion, the second inclined plate portion, the third inclined plate portion, and the fourth inclined plate portion are each provided with a first through hole;

the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are provided with second through holes.

6. The cabinet as claimed in claim 5,

under the state that the third space is used for containing a hydraulic and electric system, the second plate is provided with an oil filling port, and the oil filling port comprises an oil filling port corresponding to an oil tank of the hydraulic and electric system, an oil filtering port corresponding to a circulating filtering system of the hydraulic and electric system and a transition gap connected between the oil filtering port and the oil filling port;

the oil filling port is provided with an oil filling port cover matched with the oil filling port.

7. The cabinet as claimed in claim 5,

in a state where the third space is used to house the engine system, the first inclined plate portion, the second inclined plate portion, the third inclined plate portion, and the fourth inclined plate portion are provided with reinforcing ribs;

the aperture of the second through hole is smaller than the aperture of the first through hole.

8. The cabinet as claimed in claim 4,

the refrigerator body further comprises a hinge and a sealing piece, the door body is hinged with the second plate through the hinge, and the sealing piece is arranged on the side edge part of the second plate facing the door body so as to seal a gap formed by the hinge between the second plate and the door body;

the box body further comprises a limiting seat, the limiting seat is arranged in the first space and the second space respectively, and the limiting seat is abutted to the door body when the door body is closed in the box main body.

9. A cabinet assembly comprising a cabinet as claimed in claim 6 and a cabinet as claimed in claim 7.

10. A scissors lift platform, characterized in that it comprises a box according to any one of claims 1 to 8, said box being provided at a side of the scissors lift platform.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of scissor lifting platforms, in particular to a box body, a box body assembly and a scissor lifting platform.

Background

Disclosure of Invention

The first purpose of the invention is to provide a box body with a reasonable door body opening and closing mode, so as to solve the technical problem that the box body is not ideal in terms of convenience performance of maintenance.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a box assembly with a reasonable opening and closing manner of a door, so as to solve the technical problem that the box assembly is not ideal in terms of convenience in maintenance.

The third purpose of the invention is to provide a scissor lifting platform with a reasonable opening and closing mode for the door body of the box body.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions;

based on the first purpose, the box provided by the invention is used for a scissor lifting platform and comprises a box main body, a door body and a telescopic member;

the door body is hinged with the box main body, and two ends of the telescopic member are respectively hinged with the door body and the box main body;

the telescopic member can be extended or shortened along the length direction of the telescopic member so as to enable the door body to pivot relative to the box main body by a preset angle.

In any of the above technical solutions, optionally, the box main body includes a mounting plate, and a first plate, a second plate, a third plate, and a fourth plate sequentially enclosed to the mounting plate, and the door body faces the mounting plate and is hinged to a side edge portion of the second plate;

from the groove bottom of the mounting groove to the direction of the notch, a flow guide inclined plane inclined towards the fourth plate is formed on the side wall of the mounting groove;

or, in a state where the third space is used for accommodating an engine system, the first inclined plate portion, the second inclined plate portion, the third inclined plate portion, and the fourth inclined plate portion are each provided with a first through hole;

and the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are provided with second through holes.

In any of the above technical solutions, optionally, in a state where the third space is used for accommodating the hydraulic and electrical system, the second plate is provided with an oil filling port, where the oil filling port includes an oil filling port corresponding to an oil tank of the hydraulic and electrical system, an oil filtering port corresponding to a circulating filtering system of the hydraulic and electrical system, and a transition gap connected between the oil filtering port and the oil filling port;

the oil filling port is provided with an oil filling port cover matched with the oil filling port.

In any of the above technical solutions, optionally, in a state where the third space is used for accommodating the engine system, the first inclined plate portion, the second inclined plate portion, the third inclined plate portion, and the fourth inclined plate portion are provided with reinforcing ribs;

the aperture of the second through hole is smaller than the aperture of the first through hole.

In any of the above technical solutions, optionally, the box further includes a hinge and a sealing member;

the door body is hinged with the second plate through the hinge, and the sealing piece is arranged at the side edge part of the second plate facing the door body so as to seal a gap formed by the hinge between the second plate and the door body;

the box body further comprises a limiting seat, the limiting seat is arranged in the first space and the second space respectively, and the limiting seat is abutted to the door body when the door body is closed in the box main body.

In view of the second object, the present invention provides a case assembly, comprising a case according to any one of the above technical solutions for accommodating the hydraulic and electric systems and a case according to any one of the above technical solutions for accommodating the engine system.

Based on the third objective, the scissors lifting platform provided by the invention comprises the box body according to any one of the above technical solutions, and the box body is arranged at the side part of the scissors lifting platform.

By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the box body provided by the invention comprises a telescopic component, and a door body and a box main body which are hinged by using the telescopic component. The door body can be pivoted by a predetermined angle relative to the box main body by extending or shortening the telescopic member, and the box main body can be automatically opened or closed. The degree of opening or closing of the box main body can be correspondingly controlled by controlling the degree of extension or shortening of the telescopic member, and the door body is kept at a preset opening degree, so that a worker does not need to manually fix the door body, and the convenience of maintenance and overhaul is improved; the speed of the extension or the shortening of the telescopic member can be controlled correspondingly to the opening or closing speed of the box main body, so that the opening and closing flexibility, controllability and reasonability of the door body can be improved.

The box body assembly provided by the invention comprises the box body, so that all the beneficial effects realized by the box body can be realized.

The scissor lifting platform provided by the invention comprises the box body, so that all beneficial effects realized by the box body can be realized.
