At present, the width of an ordinary PC sheet is usually about 1m, the width of a production line of the PC sheet is relatively small, a thickness gauge is not specially arranged, a manual measurement mode is usually adopted for a produced PC sheet product, then the size of a die lip of a die is manually adjusted according to the thickness deviation of the manual measurement, so that the thickness of the product of the PC sheet is changed, the size of the die lip of the die can be adjusted only after the production line is stopped by the measurement mode, the automation degree is low, in addition, the efficiency of the manual measurement mode is low, the thickness change of the PC sheet cannot be monitored in real time, and the rejection rate of the PC sheet is easily high. A tensioning mechanism is arranged between the chains 13, the tensioning mechanism comprises a bearing 13-1 and a sliding plate 13-2, the bearing 13-1 is used for tensioning the chains 13, the sliding plate 13-2 is matched with the bearing 13-1 through a fixed shaft, a strip-shaped hole 13-3 is formed in the sliding plate 13-2, the sliding plate 13-2 penetrates through the strip-shaped hole 13-3 through a screw 13-4 to be connected and fixed with the mounting plate 7, and the tensioning mechanism is arranged between the chains 13, so that the pretension of the chains 13 can be ensured, the chains 13 are prevented from slipping, and the effective transmission between the large chain wheel 10 and the small chain wheel 12 is ensured. After the deformed part of the PC sheet is separated from the lower part of the press roller 4, the press roller 4 presses on the PC sheet again by means of gravity, and real-time monitoring on the PC sheet is continued.

In a PC sheet production line, the thickness gauge 1 can detect the thickness of the sheet on line, and detection data is fed back to an automatic die, so that the automatic die can adjust the extrusion amount of raw materials in time, the automation degree is high, the production efficiency is high, and the rejection rate can be greatly reduced. The PC sheet is inevitably subjected to wave-shaped deformation in the production process, the rigidity of a deformation part is high, the strength is high, the distance between a probe of the thickness gauge 1 and the PC sheet is small, and the probe is expensive.
