1. A liquid crystal display module includes:

and the liquid crystal glass is fixed on the two third parts and is arranged at intervals with the first part.

2. The liquid crystal display module of claim 1, wherein: the liquid crystal glass is parallel to the first part and is fixed on the two third parts by means of gluing.

3. The liquid crystal display module of claim 1, wherein: the third part is formed by folding and flattening the end part of the back plate, and can be formed by any one of downward folding and flattening or upward folding and flattening.

4. The liquid crystal display module of claim 1, wherein: the third portion is parallel to the first portion.

The liquid crystal display module of claim 1, wherein: the material of the back plate at least comprises any one or more of the following materials: an electrogalvanized steel sheet material, an electrolithiated zinc steel sheet material, a lithiated steel sheet material, or a steel sheet material.

9. The liquid crystal display module of claim 1, wherein: the back plate is formed in a stamping forming mode.

10. A display device, characterized in that: the display device comprises the liquid crystal display module according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of liquid crystal display, in particular to a liquid crystal display module and a display device.

Background

A conventional lcd module generally includes a back plate, a middle frame and a liquid crystal glass. The middle frame is arranged between the back plate and the liquid crystal glass and used for supporting the liquid crystal glass. However, the design of the middle frame increases the thickness of the liquid crystal display module.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a liquid crystal display module and a display device including the same.

A liquid crystal display module includes:

the backboard comprises a first part, two second parts and two third parts, wherein the two second parts are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the first part, the two second parts are obliquely arranged relative to the first part, the two third parts are respectively positioned at the ends of the two second parts and are arranged opposite to the first part, and the two third parts are both of double-layer folding structures;

and the liquid crystal glass is fixed on the two third parts and is arranged at intervals with the first part.

A display device comprises a liquid crystal display module, wherein the liquid crystal display module comprises:

the backboard comprises a first part, two second parts and two third parts, wherein the two second parts are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the first part, the two second parts are obliquely arranged relative to the first part, the two third parts are respectively positioned at the ends of the two second parts and are arranged opposite to the first part, and the two third parts are both of double-layer folding structures;

and the liquid crystal glass is fixed on the two third parts and is arranged at intervals with the first part.

According to the liquid crystal display module, the back plate is manufactured into the two third parts by means of punch forming and the like, the two third parts are of double-layer folding structures, the liquid crystal glass is directly adhered and fixed to the two third parts, and the design of a middle frame in the liquid crystal display module is omitted, so that the thickness of the liquid crystal display module is reduced, the manufacturing process of the liquid crystal display module is reduced, and the labor cost and the material manufacturing cost are reduced.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, a liquid crystal display module 100 according to a first embodiment of the invention is shown. The liquid crystal display module comprises a back plate 10, a reflector plate 20, a light guide plate 30, a membrane 40 and liquid crystal glass 50. The reflective sheet 20, a light guide plate 30, a membrane 40 and a liquid crystal glass 50 are disposed on the back plate 10.

The material of the back plate 10 is made of any one or more of the following materials: an electrogalvanized steel sheet material, an electrolithiated zinc steel sheet material, a lithiated steel sheet material, or a steel sheet material.

The backplate 10 includes a first portion 12, two second portions 14, and two third portions 16. The first portion 12 is a flat plate structure. The two second portions 14 are connected to opposite ends of the first portion 12, respectively, and are disposed to be inclined with respect to the first portion 12. In the present embodiment, the two second portions 14 are inclined at the same angle with respect to the first portion 12, and are inclined outward with respect to the center position of the first portion 12. The two third portions 16 are located at the ends of the two second portions 14, respectively, and are disposed opposite to the first portion 12. The two third portions 16 are each a double-folded structure. In this embodiment, the two third portions 16 are parallel to the first portion 12.

In this embodiment, the third portion 16 is formed by a press forming process. Specifically, the third portion 16 is formed by folding and flattening the end of the back plate 10. The third portion 16 may be formed in any manner selected from a downward fold and flatten or an upward fold and flatten. In this embodiment, the third portion 16 is formed by bending upward and flattening.

It should be understood that the third portion 16 may be formed by other manufacturing processes, for example, a set mold may be used to extrude the back sheet 10 to form an initial double-layer folded structure, and the initial double-layer folded structure is used as a desired double-layer folded structure, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.

The reflective sheet 20 is attached to the first portion 12. In the present embodiment, the thickness of the reflective sheet 20 is smaller than the thickness of the first portion 12.

The light guide plate 30 is attached to the reflective sheet 20 and disposed away from the first portion 12. In the present embodiment, the thickness of the light guide plate 30 is greater than the thickness of the first portion 12.

The film 40 is attached to the light guide plate 30. The diaphragm 40 is disposed away from the first portion 12. In the present embodiment, the thickness of the diaphragm 40 is greater than the thickness of the first portion 12 and less than the thickness of the light guide plate 30.

The liquid crystal glass 50 is fixed to the third portion 16 and is spaced apart from the first portion 12. In this embodiment, the liquid crystal glass 50 is parallel to the first portion 12. The liquid crystal glass 50 is fixed to the third portion 16 by gluing.

During assembly, the back plate 10 is first manufactured by stamping to form a first portion 12, two second portions 14 and two third portions 16. The two second portions 14 are connected to opposite ends of the first portion 12, respectively, and are disposed to be inclined with respect to the first portion 12. The two third portions 16 are located at the ends of the two second portions 14, respectively, and are disposed opposite to the first portion 12. The third portion 16 is folded upwardly and flattened. The reflective sheet 20, the light guide plate 30, and the film sheet 40 are sequentially attached to the first portion 12. Finally, the liquid crystal glass 50 is adhesively bonded to the two third portions 16. The liquid crystal glass is parallel to the first portion 12. Thereby completing the installation of the liquid crystal display module 100.

Referring to fig. 2, a liquid crystal display module 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown. The liquid crystal display module 200 provided in the second embodiment is different from the liquid crystal display module 100 provided in the first embodiment in that: the lcd module includes a back plate 110, a reflective sheet 120, a light guide plate 130, a membrane 140, an lcd glass 150, and a front frame 160. The reflective sheet 20, a light guide plate 30, a membrane 40 and a liquid crystal glass 50 are disposed on the back plate 10. The back plate 110 includes two third portions 116. The third portion 116 is formed by bending and flattening downwards. The front frame 160 covers and is fixed to the third portion 116 and the end of the liquid crystal glass 150, and is used for supporting and fixing the shape of the liquid crystal display module 200.

The present invention also provides a display device (not shown) including the liquid crystal display module 100, 200.

The liquid crystal display module 100, 200 provided by the invention utilizes the modes of stamping forming and the like to manufacture the back plate 10, 110 to form the two third parts 16, 116, the two third parts 16, 116 are both of double-layer folding structures, and the liquid crystal glass is directly adhered and fixed on the two third parts 16, 116, so that the design of a middle frame in the liquid crystal display module 100, 200 is omitted, the thickness of the liquid crystal display module 100, 200 is reduced, the manufacturing process of the liquid crystal display module 100 is reduced, and the labor cost and the material manufacturing cost are reduced.

It is understood that various other changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art based on the technical idea of the present invention, and all such changes and modifications are intended to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
