7. The bezel structure of a display as recited in any one of claims 1-6, wherein the ring-shaped body is a rectangular frame structure.

8. A display, characterized in that the display comprises:

a bezel structure for a display as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7;

a first member mounted at a first side of an annular body of the bezel structure and connected with a first connection portion of the annular body, a portion of the first member disposed through a through opening of the annular body;

a second member installed at the second side of the ring-shaped body opposite to the first side and connected with a second connection portion of the ring-shaped body.

9. The display of claim 8, wherein the first component comprises a liquid crystal panel, and the portion of the first component is a printed circuit board structure of the liquid crystal panel.

10. The display of claim 8, wherein the first component comprises a touch screen, and wherein the portion of the first component is a printed circuit board structure of the touch screen.

11. The display of claim 8, wherein the second component comprises a backlight assembly.

12. The display of claim 8, wherein the second component comprises a rear housing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a frame structure of a display and the display.

Background

Liquid crystal displays, which are flat, ultra-thin display devices, consist of a certain number of color or black and white pixels placed in front of a light source or a reflective surface. Liquid crystal displays are very low power consuming and are therefore favored by engineers for use in battery-operated electronic devices. The main principle is that the current stimulates the liquid crystal molecules to generate points, lines and surfaces which are matched with the back lamp tube to form a picture. The existing liquid crystal display needs an outer frame, a front frame, a middle frame and the like to fix a backlight module and a liquid crystal screen, so that the number of parts is large, and the assembly process is complicated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems of more parts and complicated assembly in the prior art, and provides a frame structure of a display, which can simultaneously have the functions of an outer frame of the whole display, a front frame of a module and a middle frame of the module, thereby reducing the number of parts, facilitating the assembly of products and being simple and beautiful.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a display including the frame structure of the display.

In order to achieve the above object, an aspect of the present invention provides a frame structure of a display, including an integrally formed annular main body, the annular main body being provided with a first connection portion and a second connection portion, the first connection portion being configured to be connected to a first component at a first side surface of the annular main body, the second connection portion being configured to be connected to a second component at a second side surface of the annular main body, the second side surface being opposite to the first side surface, the annular main body being further provided with a through opening.

In some embodiments, the number of the through openings is plural.

In some embodiments, the through opening comprises a slot and/or an aperture.

In some embodiments, the first connection portion is a snap-fit structure that is snap-fit connected with the first component.

In some embodiments, the second connection portion is a through hole for providing a fastener.

In some embodiments, the number of the through holes is plural, and the plural through holes are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the ring-shaped body.

In some embodiments, the annular body is a rectangular frame structure.

A second aspect of the invention provides a display comprising: the frame structure of the display; a first member mounted at a first side of an annular body of the bezel structure and connected with a first connection portion of the annular body, a portion of the first member disposed through a through opening of the annular body; a second member installed at the second side of the ring-shaped body opposite to the first side and connected with a second connection portion of the ring-shaped body.

In some embodiments, the first component comprises a liquid crystal screen, and the portion of the first component is a printed circuit board structure of the liquid crystal screen.

In some embodiments, the first component comprises a touch screen, and the portion of the first component is a printed circuit board structure of the touch screen.

In some embodiments, the second component comprises a backlight assembly.

In some embodiments, the second component comprises a rear housing.

In the technical scheme of the disclosure, since the annular main body of the frame structure is provided with the first connecting part for connecting with the first component (for example, a touch screen and/or a liquid crystal display) at the first side surface of the annular main body and the second connecting part for connecting with the second component (for example, a back plate and/or a rear shell) at the second side surface of the annular main body opposite to the first side surface, the first component can be fixedly installed at the first side surface of the annular main body through the first connecting part and the second component can be fixedly installed at the second side surface of the annular main body through the second connecting part, so that the frame structure can simultaneously have functions of a complete machine outer frame, a module front frame and a middle frame, thereby reducing the number of parts, facilitating the assembly of products, and being simple and beautiful.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and the detailed description of embodiments of the invention, but is not intended to limit the invention.

The use of "first," "second," and similar terms in the present application do not denote any order, quantity, or importance, but rather the terms are used to distinguish one element from another. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that the element preceding the word covers the element listed after the word, and does not exclude the possibility that other elements are also covered. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships may also be changed accordingly.

In the present invention, when it is described that a specific device is located between a first device and a second device, there may or may not be an intervening device between the specific device and the first device or the second device. When a particular device is described as being coupled to other devices, that particular device may be directly coupled to the other devices without intervening devices or may be directly coupled to the other devices with intervening devices.

As shown in fig. 1, a module of a display in the prior art mainly comprises six parts, namely, a liquid crystal display 10, a module front frame 20, a module middle frame 30, a driving circuit, a flexible flat cable, a backlight assembly 40 (including an optical film, a light guide plate, an LED light bar, etc.), and a back plate 50. The backlight assembly 40 is fixed by the cooperation of the module middle frame 30 and the back plate 50, the liquid crystal screen 10 is fixed by the cooperation of the module front frame 20 and the module middle frame 30, a whole machine outer frame 60 is required to be additionally arranged on the display, and the whole machine outer frame 60 is used for fixing the touch screen 70, the back plate 50, the backlight assembly 40, the module middle frame 30, the liquid crystal screen 10 and the module front frame 20, so that the number of parts is large, and the assembly process is complicated.

Based on the problems of more parts and complex assembly in the prior art, the frame structure of the display and the display comprising the frame structure are provided to solve the technical problems. The frame structure of the displayer and the displayer with the frame structure can have functions of a whole machine outer frame, a module front frame and a middle frame simultaneously, so that the number of parts is reduced, the assembly of products is facilitated, and the displayer is concise and attractive.

The invention provides a frame structure of a display, as shown in fig. 2-5, which comprises a ring-shaped main body 1, wherein the ring-shaped main body 1 can be a rectangular frame structure, the structure can be made by integral molding, and the ring-shaped main body 1 can also be made by assembling a plurality of parts by proper means if necessary; the annular main body 1 is provided with a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the first connecting part is used for being connected with a first component in a display so that the first component is installed at a first side surface of the annular main body 1, wherein the first component can be a touch screen or a liquid crystal screen in the display, or the first component can be an integral structure formed by the touch screen, the liquid crystal screen and the like; the second connecting portion is used for connecting with a second component in the display, so that the second component is installed at a second side face of the ring-shaped main body 1 opposite to the first side face, and the second component may be a back plate of the display or a rear shell of the display, or the second component may be an integral structure formed by the back plate and the rear shell of the display. It will be appreciated that the first and second components of the display may be of other configurations, for example the first component may be a protective screen for protecting the touch screen.

Further, the annular main body 1 is provided with a through opening 11, the through opening 11 is used for allowing a portion of the first component to pass through, here, a plurality of portions of the first component may pass through, or a plurality of portions of the first component may pass through, for example, the portion of the first component may be a printed circuit board structure of a touch screen or a liquid crystal screen, and the like, so that, by providing the through opening 11, the printed circuit board structure of the touch screen or the liquid crystal screen may pass through from one side of the frame structure to the other side to facilitate connection and assembly of components in the display.

In order to facilitate the arrangement of a plurality of portions of the first component or a plurality of portions of the first component through the through openings 11, in some embodiments, the number of the through openings 11 is multiple, such that a plurality of portions of the first component or a plurality of portions of the first component can be arranged through a plurality of through openings 11, respectively.

Furthermore, the shape of the through-opening 11 may be arranged according to the shape of a portion of the first part, said through-opening 11 comprising in some embodiments a slot and/or a hole. The elongated slot body can be used for a flexible flat cable such as a touch screen or a liquid crystal screen and a printed circuit board as a first component to penetrate through, and the flexible flat cable is used for connecting the touch screen or the printed circuit board of the liquid crystal screen; the hole body may be used for passing through a wire for connection such as a touch screen or a liquid crystal screen as a first member and a printed circuit board, and the wire is used for connection to the touch screen or the printed circuit board of the liquid crystal screen. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the through openings 11 may include a first through opening 111 and a second through opening 112, the first through opening 111 may allow the printed circuit board of the touch screen to protrude from the front surface to the back surface of the ring-shaped body 1, and the second through opening 112 may allow the printed circuit board of the liquid crystal screen to protrude from the front surface to the back surface of the ring-shaped body 1.

In order to enable the first component to be connected with the ring-shaped main body 1 of the frame structure of the display through the first connecting portion, in some embodiments, the first connecting portion is a snap-fit structure 12 which is in snap-fit connection with the first component. As shown in fig. 5, the engaging structure 12 may include a plurality of concave portions 121 and a plurality of convex portions 122, the concave portions 121 and the convex portions 122 are disposed at intervals, and a protruding portion for mounting at the concave portion 121 and a groove portion for receiving the convex portion 122 may be disposed on a first member such as a touch screen and a liquid crystal screen, thereby achieving a snap connection between the first member and a first connecting portion on the ring body 1. In addition, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the annular main body 1 has a rectangular frame structure, in this case, the engaging structures 12 may be disposed on a first set of opposite edges of the rectangular frame structure, and the through openings 11 may be disposed on at least one of a second set of opposite edges of the rectangular frame structure, so that the design of the annular main body 1 is more reasonable, the structural strength is higher, and the stress is more balanced.

In order to connect the second member to the ring body 1 of the frame structure of the display through the second connecting portion, in some embodiments, the second connecting portion is a through hole 13 for providing a fastening member, the number of the through holes 13 may be set according to the size of the ring body 1, the strength of the connection, and the like, for example, a plurality of the through holes 13 may be provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the ring body 1. Wherein, for example, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the ring-shaped body 1 has a rectangular frame structure, the through-holes 13 may include a first through-hole 131 and a second through-hole 132, the first through-hole 131 may be disposed at an outer edge of the rectangular frame structure, and the second through-hole 132 may be disposed at an inner edge of the rectangular frame structure. In some embodiments, the second component comprises a backlight assembly. At this time, the backlight assembly may be coupled and fixed to the ring body 1 of the bezel structure by a fastener disposed through the backlight assembly and the second through hole 132. In addition, in some embodiments, the second member includes a rear case, and the rear case may be coupled and fixed to the ring body 1 of the bezel structure by a fastening member disposed through the rear case and the first through hole 131. Wherein, the fastening piece for realizing the connection can be one of a screw, a bolt and a pin structure.

In the above technical solution, since the ring main body 1 of the frame structure is provided with the first connecting portion for connecting with the first component (e.g. a touch screen and/or a liquid crystal display) at the first side surface of the ring main body 1 and the second connecting portion for connecting with the second component (e.g. a back plate and/or a back case) at the second side surface of the ring main body opposite to the first side surface, the first component can be fixedly mounted at the first side surface of the ring main body 1 through the first connecting portion and the second component can be fixedly mounted at the second side surface of the ring main body 1 through the second connecting portion, so that the frame structure integrates the traditional outer frame, front frame and middle frame in the display structure, and can have the functions of the outer frame, front frame and middle frame of the display at the same time, compared with the traditional way of fixing the first component and the second component by using the outer frame, front frame and middle frame (e.g. the module middle frame is matched with the back plate to fix the backlight, the liquid crystal display is fixed by matching the module front frame with the module middle frame, and the whole machine outer frame is used for fixing the touch screen, the back plate, the backlight assembly, the module middle frame, the liquid crystal display and the module front frame, so that the internal structure is simplified, the number of parts is reduced, the assembly of a product is facilitated, and the liquid crystal display is concise and attractive.

A second aspect of the present invention provides a display including the bezel structure of the display, a first member mounted at a first side surface of the ring body 1 of the bezel structure and connected to a first connection portion of the ring body 1, a portion of the first member disposed through the through opening 11 of the ring body 1, and a second member mounted at a second side surface of the ring body 1 opposite to the first side surface and connected to a second connection portion of the ring body 1.

The first component comprises a liquid crystal screen, and part of the first component is a printed circuit board structure of the liquid crystal screen. Optionally, the first component comprises a touch screen, part of the first component being a printed circuit board structure of the touch screen. In addition, the second part includes a backlight assembly, and optionally, the second part includes a rear case. As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the touch screen and the liquid crystal screen can be connected with the ring body 1 by the snap structure 12 as the first connection part on the ring body 1, while the backlight assembly can be connected with the ring body 1 by the fastening member passing through the second through hole 132 as the second connection part on the ring body 1 and itself, and the rear case can be connected with the ring body 1 by the fastening member passing through the first through hole 131 as the second connection part on the ring body 1 and itself.

In the technical scheme, the frame structure that this display adopted can be as an organic whole with frame, preceding frame and center integration, that is to say, this integrated into one piece's frame structure can have the function of frame and center before complete machine frame, the module simultaneously to reduce part quantity, made things convenient for the equipment of product, and succinct pleasing to the eye.
