Background

The leather buffing in the leather making process is a general name of buffing, buffing and sueding. The lining grinding is to grind the flesh side of the leather to ensure that the thickness of the leather is uniform, and also provides for grinding the surface or grinding the positive velvet; the grinding surface is used for eliminating the damage of the grain surface and preparing for finishing the modified leather; the suede is to polish the surface (grain surface or flesh surface) of leather to form compact and fine fluff, so that the surface is smooth and clean. Therefore, buffing is a critical mechanical operation for the production of finished upper leather, suede leather and fur leather. Machines that can nap or smooth the surface of leather are known as buffing machines. A large amount of dust is generated in the leather grinding process, the leather grinding machine is light in weight, large in quantity, easy to fly and seriously pollutes the environment, and the dust must be collected and treated.
