The foreign soil spray-seeding layer 7 is sprayed and seeded on the bare slope surface at the periphery of the nutrition bag 8;

The intercepting and draining ditch 9 is provided with a side slope, a pavement and the periphery of a slag adhering area under the road 10 and is used for intercepting and guiding and draining water catchments of the road 10, the slope surface of the slag pile 1 and the peripheral slope surface and reducing water flow scouring of the slag adhering area.

The top width of the slag blocking facility 2 is 1.5m, the wall height is 5.0m, the depth of the foundation of the slag blocking facility 2 buried below the original ground line is 1.5m, the slag side slope ratio of the slag blocking facility 2 is 1:0.1, and the slag back side slope ratio is 1: 0.4.

And trees and sowed grass seeds are planted on the bottom platform 3 and the top platform 6 to recover the vegetation.

C25 reinforced concrete is cast in place and is embedded into the slag body by 10 cm; a water intercepting groove 46 is arranged on one side of the lattice beam 43, the cross section area of the water intercepting groove 46 is 0.1m multiplied by 0.58m, C25 reinforced concrete is cast in place (integrated with the lattice beam 43) and is embedded into the slag body by 10 cm; the cross section area of the top beam 41 is 0.3m multiplied by 0.4m, C25 reinforced concrete is adopted for cast-in-place (integrated with the lattice beam 43) and is embedded into the slag body by 10 cm; the bottom beam 42 is polygonal, has the height of 0.7m and the width of 0.5-0.71 m, and is cast in place by adopting C25 reinforced concrete (connected with the lattice beam 43 into a whole); HRB400 grade deformed steel bar with the diameter of 25mm and the L of 4.5m is adopted as the node joint bar 44.

The spacing between the nutrition bags 8 is 1.0m multiplied by 1.0m, the nutrition bags are arranged in a quincunx shape, and the spraying thickness of the alien soil spraying layer 7 is 10 cm.

A construction method of a comprehensive treatment system for slag adhering on a side slope under a plateau area road comprises the following specific steps:

s1, construction preparation, namely renovating the existing or newly-built construction pavement to meet the requirements of construction machinery and material transportation, so as to meet the requirements of water, electricity, passage, ventilation, communication and site leveling and create conditions for engineering start;

S2, constructing a slag blocking facility 2, lofting according to an axis, and excavating a foundation by adopting an excavator; secondly, constructing concrete skip, adopting a steel template to erect a mould, adopting a pump truck to directly pump concrete into a bin, and vibrating in layers to be dense; finally, adopting curing measures such as straw bag covering, water spraying and the like until the concrete reaches the age of 28 days, and then removing the template;

S3, constructing a drainage cut ditch 9, and lofting according to an axis; adopting manual excavation as a standard for peripheral drainage ditches, and adopting manual drilling and blasting construction for local rock areas; for the drainage ditch of the slope roof and the berm, manual excavation is adopted after slag turning and slope repairing are finished, after the excavation is finished, a steel formwork is adopted for erecting a formwork, concrete is pumped into a bin in a pump truck and pipeline mode, and layered vibration is carried out to compact the drainage ditch; finally, adopting curing measures such as straw bag covering, water spraying and the like until the concrete reaches the age of 28 days, and then removing the template;

S4, slag turning and slope repairing construction of the slope surface layer 5 is carried out according to the current situation of slag adhering distribution of the slope surface from top to bottom, the upper middle part is mainly carried out by manual slag turning, and the middle lower part is mainly carried out by mechanical slag turning; in the process of turning the slag, the slag-piling side slope is leveled into a single-stage or multi-stage side slope according to the current situation of slag adhering after turning and transporting, and slope repairing needs to be carried out from top to bottom, so that digging and filling balance is ensured as much as possible;

s5, constructing the lattice protection slope 4, namely firstly performing lattice beam lofting and manual grooving; laying a lattice reinforcement cage in the secondary groove, embedding a dowel bar in a lattice beam node, and lapping and binding the dowel bar end and the reinforcement cage; adopting a steel template to erect a mould, pumping concrete into a bin by adopting a pump truck and a pipeline mode, and vibrating in layers to compact; finally, adopting curing measures such as straw bag covering, water spraying and the like until the concrete reaches the age of 28 days, and then removing the template;

S6, constructing a nutrition bag 8, namely firstly carrying out nutrition bag acupoint lofting and digging a hole by using a drilling machine, then putting the well-installed nutrition bag into the hole, fixing a short anchor rod and protecting the surface by using a lead wire mesh;

S7, constructing a foreign soil spray-seeding layer 7, namely fixing a foreign soil spray-seeding machine, and putting the material with the foreign soil granular structure into the foreign soil spray-seeding machine to be uniformly stirred; secondly, a layer of wire netting is laid on the slope surface, and the uniformly mixed soil dressing slurry is uniformly sprayed and sown around the nutrition bag in sequence in a mode of manually carrying a spray gun; after the spray seeding is finished, covering with non-woven fabrics, and properly spraying atomized water drops for curing according to climatic conditions;

S8, constructing plant measures, namely firstly, lofting the arbor and shrub acupuncture points and digging holes or fish scale pits; secondly, paving a layer of farmyard manure with the thickness of 10cm at the bottom of the hole, putting the tree and shrub seedlings into the hole, covering nutrient soil back, and manually tamping the surface. According to the climate conditions, seedling tending measures such as sun protection, irrigation and the like are properly adopted.

In the step S6, the nutrition bags 8 are anti-aging geotechnical bags with the specification of 60cm × 40cm × 25cm, the interior of the nutrition bags is filled with nutrition soil, grass seeds and nutritional agents, wherein each nutrition bag is 0.05m 3, 0.6g of shrub seeds, 2.4g of grass seeds, 0.5g of water-retaining agents, 0.005m 3 of organic fertilizers and 27g of chemical fertilizers, the nutrition bags 8 are buried in dug holes, the hole spacing is 1.0m × 1.0m, the nutrition bags are arranged in a plum blossom shape, the hole length is 0.6m, the hole length is 0.4m, the hole depth is 0.1m, each nutrition bag 8 is fixed by 2 short anchor rods, and the surface is protected by a lead wire net.

in the step S7, the spray-seeding thickness of the passenger soil spray-seeding layer 7 is 10cm, in each spray-seeding area of m 2, 6kg of ordinary portland cement, 2kg of sand, 0.006m 3 of planting soil, 0.002m 3 of organic matters, 200g of wood fibers, 3g of shrub seeds and 9g of grass seeds are paved on the slope surface before the passenger soil spray-seeding, and measures such as non-woven fabric covering, atomized water drop spraying and the like need to be adopted according to climatic conditions after the spray-seeding is finished.

in the step S8, shrub and grass are combined on the slope trimming surface layer 5 and in the latticed protection slope 4 to restore vegetation, wherein shrubs are selected from Jinlumei and Bidens euonymus L, the mixed crossing ratio is 1:1, the row spacing is 1.0m multiplied by 1.0m, fish scale pits are adopted for land preparation, the hole specification is that the long diameter is multiplied by the short diameter, the hole depth is 0.6m multiplied by 0.4m multiplied by 0.5m, grass seeds are sown under the forest, the grass seeds are selected from elymus nutans, clown bluegrass and old wheat awns, the mixed sowing ratio is 2:1:2, the sowing amount is 200kg/2, trees and grass seeds are planted on the bottom platform 3 and the top platform 6 to restore vegetation, wherein the trees are selected from willows, poplar and mixed crossing among plants, the row spacing is 3.0m multiplied by 3.0m, the hole specification is adopted for land preparation, the hole diameter is 0.8m multiplied by 0.8m, the sowing amount is 2: 2 kg of the mixed grass seeds under the forest, the row spacing is selected from the old wheat seeds, and the mixed sowing ratio is 2 kg/2 kg.
