According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the scanning unit 7 is connected to the display unit 2 for transmitting the scanned image of the paper material fixedly placed on the scanning surface 75 to the display unit 2.

When in use, the scanned image is transmitted to the display part 2, so that a user can refer to the paper data conveniently; meanwhile, the position convenient for reference can be reasonably selected by combining the placing component 5; the image can be edited in conjunction with the input means 3; the position of the display part 2 can be changed in conjunction with the drive part 4.

In one embodiment, the scanning component 7 can also be connected to a mobile terminal device of a user, so that the user can conveniently backup paper data and view the data anytime and anywhere.

In one embodiment, the two sides of the scanning block 73, which are in contact with the table body 1, are formed in an arc shape, so that the gap between the scanning block 73 and the table body 1 is reduced.
