The main speed change and the feeding speed change are mainly controlled electrically, the stepless speed regulating motor 1 is an alternating current variable frequency stepless speed regulating motor, and the frequency of the stepless speed regulating motor 1 is changed through a frequency converter, so that the change of the rotating speed of the main shaft 20 is realized; the feeding motor is a feeding servo motor 15, and the rotating speed of the feeding servo motor 15 is changed through a servo system to realize feeding speed change; the main speed change has two speed ranges of high and low gears, so that the main speed change is realized not only by the speed change of the stepless speed regulating motor 1, but also by mechanical cooperation, the direction of pressure oil supply is controlled by an electromagnetic directional valve, and a low-speed transmission route or a high-speed transmission route is switched on; the main speed change and the feeding speed change are two independent speed change systems without connection, and belong to a sub-feeding system; in order to realize the feeding system, the operation habit of an operator is more met, the machine tool works more safely, the two systems can be linked through software, the feeding is changed into feeding, namely the main shaft 20 rotates one turn, and the feeding is operated according to a certain amount; the feed amount of each revolution of a main shaft 20 of a main shaft box of the stepless high-speed radial drilling machine can be adjusted within the range of 0.04mm/r-0.94mm/r, so that the requirement of mechanical processing is met; the main shaft speed change and feeding speed change operations are very simple and convenient, a control panel is arranged in front of a main shaft box, a digital display window is arranged on the control panel, the number of revolutions (r/min) of the main shaft can be displayed by numbers, the feeding amount (mm/r) can be displayed by numbers, and if the number of revolutions or the feeding amount of the main shaft is changed, only a speed regulating knob needs to be rotated; the main spindle box of the stepless high-speed radial drilling machine can be operated under the condition of no stopping no matter whether the main speed change or the feeding speed change is realized; when the main speed is changed in high and low speed, the main shaft 20 automatically changes to low speed rotation, and after the change, the main shaft 20 automatically needs a new rotation number.

the system transmission route of the spindle box of the stepless high-speed radial drilling machine is as follows:

(1) the low-gear transmission route of the main transmission system comprises the following steps: the stepless speed regulating motor 1, the eighth gear 14, the first gear 2, the sixth gear 12, the fifth gear 7, the third gear 4, the fourth gear 5 and the main shaft 20;

(2) The main transmission system high-speed gear transmission route: the stepless speed regulating motor 1, the eighth gear 14, the first gear 2, the seventh gear 13, the second gear 3, the third gear 4, the fourth gear 5 and the main shaft 20;

(3) A feeding transmission system: the system has only one transmission route, namely: the feeding servo motor 15, the tenth gear 17, the ninth gear 16, the worm and gear 21, the horizontal shaft 22, the spindle sleeve 23 and the spindle 20.
