In the embodiment of the present invention, the filter assembly 1 is used in a clothes dryer for illustration, and it should be understood that the application range of the filter assembly 11 is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the filter assembly 1 includes a screen holder 11, a screen 12, and a scraping member 13. In particular, a laundry treatment apparatus is generally provided with a drying drum inside which a drying chamber is formed to receive laundry to be dried, and thus the drying drum is supported by being provided with a front support 21, and a screen bracket 11 is installed in the front support 21 of the laundry treatment apparatus; and, a cavity 112 is formed inside the screen holder 11 to allow the drying gas to flow therethrough. The filter screen 12 is used for filtering the sundries entrained in the drying air, and the filter screen 12 is penetrated by the filter screen bracket 11 and is positioned in the cavity 112. Thus, when the filter screen 12 is in the filtering state, the driving assembly 14 stops working, so that the filter screen 12 is kept still and is not used for filtering; when the sundries deposited on the filter screen 12 need to be cleaned, the driving assembly 14 starts to work, and the filter screen 12 is pulled to move back and forth relative to the scrap scraping piece 13, so that the sundries on the filter screen 12 can be scraped under the back and forth scraping of the scrap scraping piece 13 on the surface of the filter screen 12, the surface cleaning of the filter screen 12 is realized, and the stability of the filtering effect of the filter screen 12 is ensured. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency and cleanliness of the filter screen 12, the filter assembly 1 is further configured to include a cleaning assembly 15. The cleaning assembly 15 may be mounted to the front support 21 and/or the screen support 11 for cleaning debris from the screen 12, and the cleaning assembly 15 is preferably positioned above the screen 12. The cleaning assembly 15 is capable of spraying a relatively high pressure cleaning medium (e.g., high pressure gas, water, or a water-gas mixture). Thus, when the filter screen 12 needs to be cleaned, such as cleaning before drying clothes and/or cleaning after drying clothes, the sundry chips can be cleaned through the cleaning medium, and meanwhile, the filter screen 12 is efficiently cleaned with high cleanliness by combining with the scraping operation of the scrap scraping piece 13 on the sundry chips. When provided, the cleaning medium is preferably provided as water. Furthermore, the direction of the cleaning medium jet cleaning can be the same as the flowing direction of the drying gas or opposite to the flowing direction of the drying gas, and the specific arrangement mode can be selected as required.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the screen holder 11 includes a body 111 and a drain port 113 (see fig. 1). The body 111 is connected to the front support 21, and the above-described cavity 112 is formed inside the body 111. The drain port 113 is disposed at the bottom of the body 111 and communicates with the cavity 112 for discharging the miscellaneous debris. The cavity 112 thus formed is also available for the collection of debris, which is finally discharged through the drain opening 113. An opening communicating with the cavity 112 is opened at the top of the body 111, and the dust washed and dropped from the filter screen 1212 can flow into the cavity 112 through the opening and is finally discharged through the water discharge port 113.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the driving assembly 14 includes a rotating shaft 141, a driving motor 142 and a reset assembly (not shown). The rotating shaft 141 is used for rolling the filter screen 12, the driving motor 142 is connected with the rotating shaft 141 through a shaft sleeve 146 and is used for driving the rotating shaft 141 to rotate, and a connecting hole (not marked in the figure) for the shaft sleeve 146 to pass through is formed in the front support 21; the reset component is connected to the body 111 and used for pulling the rolled filter screen 12 to be unfolded. Specifically, one end of the filter screen 12 is fixed on the rotating shaft 141, and the other end is fixed on the reset assembly, and the fixing mode may be gluing or clamping or fixing by screws; the drive motor 142 is fixedly mounted to the front support 21 by a mounting plate 144. in practical settings, the spray pipe 152 is preferably adhered to the filter screen cover 151 into a whole in a hot melting manner, and the spray pipe 152 extends along the center line of the filter screen cover 151; the through holes 1511 are arranged on both sides of the center line of the screen cover 151, and the shapes of the through holes 1511 on both sides may be the same or different. The nozzles 153 are also arranged in two rows, wherein the direction of the jets 153 in each row is also directed towards different positions of the filter screen 12. Thus, under the washing of the cleaning medium ejected by the nozzles 153 at different positions, the cleaning of the filter screen 12 at different positions is realized, and the filter screen 12 can be effectively cleaned.

as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the cleaning assembly 15 further includes a delivery tube 154 and a connector 155. The delivery pipe 154 is used for delivering the cleaning medium into the delivery channel 1521; the connecting head 155 is arranged on the filter screen cover 151 and communicated with the conveying channel 1521; one end of the delivery pipe 154 is connected to the connection head 155 and the other end is connected to the water inlet control valve. Thus, the cleaning medium is fed through the feed pipe 154 and enters the feed passage 1521, and is then ejected from the nozzles 153 to clean the filter screen 12. The arrangement of the conveying pipe 154 and the connecting head 155 improves the convenience of actual installation and connection. Specifically, the connecting heads 155 may be disposed at two ends of the strainer cover 151 or at the middle of the strainer cover 151 on the strainer cover 151. Moreover, in other embodiments, the delivery pipe 154 may be directly connected to the shower pipe 152, provided that the connection is satisfactory.

as shown in fig. 1, since the filter assembly 1 is mounted to the front support 21, it is ensured that the filter assembly 1 can be kept in conformity with the contour shape of the front support 21. In practical applications, the filter screen cover 151 (see fig. 6) is set to be "arc" shape, so as to keep matching with the contour shape of the front support 21, thereby realizing reliable installation and improving the overall aesthetic property.

According to the filter assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, the scrap scraping piece, the driving assembly and the reset assembly are arranged, so that the filter screen can reciprocate relative to the scrap scraping piece to scrape off the sundry scraps. Meanwhile, the cleaning assembly is arranged for cleaning the filter screen in the process of scraping off the sundry chips. By the arrangement, the automatic cleaning of the filter screen is realized, manual cleaning is not needed for the whole cleaning, and the convenience for cleaning the filter screen is improved. And the cleaning efficiency is high and the cleanliness is good.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a clothes treatment device, which comprises the filter assembly 1 (refer to fig. 1), a clothes drying cylinder and a front support 21. The clothes drying barrel part forms a clothes drying cavity, clothes to be dried are placed in the clothes drying cavity, and dehydration drying is achieved under the treatment of drying gas. In the laundry drying process, the laundry drying drum needs to be rotated to adjust the laundry drying position, and thus, the laundry drying drum is movably supported by the front support 21. The front support 21 is provided with an opening communicating with the drying chamber through which the taking and placing of the laundry into and out of the drying cylinder is achieved. In practical arrangement, in order to mount the filter assembly 1, a mounting hole (not shown) is formed in the front support 21, and the filter assembly 1 is mounted in the mounting hole. Thus, after the filter assembly 1 is installed and fixed, the input drying gas is finally sucked and flows to the filter assembly 1, and foreign scraps carried in the drying gas are filtered out through the filter assembly 1, so that the drying gas is circularly processed. When the filter screen 12 needs to be cleaned, the cleaning assembly 15 can automatically clean the filter screen 12. The clothes treatment device is provided with the filter assembly 1, so that the filter screen 12 (refer to fig. 3) does not need to be manually cleaned, and the convenience of practical use is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, in an actual installation, it is preferable that the mounting hole is opened in the bottom of the front support 21. In this way, the impurity chips entrained in the drying gas can be brought into the filter assembly 1 as much as possible for filtering. The sundry chips are prevented from falling and depositing in the clothes drying cylinder between the filter components 1, and the cleanliness of sundry chip filtering is effectively improved.

specifically, after the filter assembly 1 is installed in the installation hole, the filter screen bracket 11 is attached to the inner wall of the installation hole. Therefore, an inner flow passage (not shown) communicating with the cavity 112 is opened on the inner wall of the mounting hole. The inner flow passage is preferably disposed below the filter screen support 11 so that the dry air introduced into the inner flow passage can pass through the side wall of the filter screen support 11 after being filtered by the filter screen 12, and finally flows to other parts of the laundry treating apparatus through the inner flow passage, and is introduced into the laundry dryer for reuse after being treated. In this way, a path along which the drying gas circulates is formed, and the drying gas circulates along the path to dry the laundry.
