2) Dyeing: putting the elastic grey cloth into a dye vat, adding water, adding a dispersant, a color homogenizing agent with half or more of the total addition amount and an acid releasing agent, heating to raise the temperature of the dye solution to 30-45 ℃, adding an acid dye within 10-20 min, operating for 3-15 min, controlling the pH value to be 6-7, linearly raising the temperature to 50-70 ℃ at a temperature raising rate of 1-3 ℃/min, adding acetic acid to adjust the pH value to 3-5, adding a proper amount of cationic dye and the balance of the color homogenizing agent, linearly raising the temperature to 115-130 ℃ at a temperature raising rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, operating for 5-20 min, linearly lowering the temperature to 90-105 ℃ at a temperature lowering rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, measuring the pH value to be 5-6, and linearly lowering the temperature to below 40 ℃ at a temperature lowering rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, and discharging the dye solution;

3) And (3) post-treatment: adding water with the temperature of 30-40 ℃, adding acetic acid to adjust the pH value to 5-6, adding a color fixing agent, linearly heating to 65-80 ℃ at the heating rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, running for 5-10 min, linearly cooling to below 55 ℃ at the cooling rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, and draining to finish the process.

5. The method for dyeing the elastic gray blended knitted fabric according to claim 1, wherein the acid releasing agent comprises, by mass, 3-5% of triethylene glycol, 2-3% of ethylene glycol, 1-2% of an emulsifier, 0.3-0.5% of a defoaming agent, and the balance of water.

6. The method for dyeing the elastic flower and gray blended knitted fabric according to claim 1, wherein the color homogenizing agent comprises, by mass, 3-5% of ethoxylated fatty alcohol, 2-3% of aliphatic amide, 3-4% of alcohol and the balance of water.

The method for dyeing the elastic gray-blended knitted fabric according to claim 1, wherein in the step 2), the addition amount of the dispersant in water is 0.3 to 1.2g/L, the addition amount of the color homogenizing agent is 0.9 to 3.0g/L, and the addition amount of the acid releasing agent is 0.2 to 0.4 g/L.

8. The method for dyeing the elastic gray-blended knitted fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the water used in the step 2) and the step 3) is soft water.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dyeing and finishing processes, in particular to a dyeing method of an elastic gray-blended knitted fabric.

Background

The flower ash in the flower ash blended knitted fabric is derived from cigarette ash with the appearance color similar to that of the burnt cigarette ash. The dyeing process of the traditional colored gray blended knitted fabric comprises the steps of directly dyeing fabric fibers, then manufacturing the fabric fibers into yarns through the working procedures of combing, drawing, twisting and the like, and obtaining the fabric through knitting and weaving the yarns. However, spinning and weaving in this process has great difficulty due to the elasticity of the yarn. And the fabric fiber is dyed and then is subjected to the processing procedures of spinning, weaving, subsequent treatment and the like, so that the color of the fabric is easy to be different, and the finished product efficiency is low.

At present, the dyeing process of the gray blended knitted fabric mostly adopts a two-bath two-step method, and the dyeing and finishing of fabric fibers under an alkaline condition and the dyeing and finishing of polymer fibers under an acidic condition are needed. The method comprises the process steps of pretreatment, soaping and the like, and has the disadvantages of complicated procedure, long process time and high energy consumption.

Disclosure of Invention

in view of the above, there is a need to provide a dyeing method for an elastic knitted fabric blended with colored gray, which aims to optimize the dyeing and finishing process of the knitted fabric blended with colored gray, simplify the process flow, shorten the working time, reduce the energy consumption, avoid color difference of the dyed and finished fabric, and improve the efficiency of finished products.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a dyeing method of an elastic gray-blended knitted fabric, which comprises the following steps:

1) Pretreatment: removing oil and fixing blank of elastic gray blended knitted fabric;

2) Dyeing: putting the elastic grey cloth into a dye vat, adding water, adding a dispersant, a color homogenizing agent with half or more of the total addition amount and an acid releasing agent, heating to raise the temperature of the dye solution to 30-45 ℃, adding an acid dye within 10-20 min, operating for 3-15 min, controlling the pH value to be 6-7, linearly raising the temperature to 50-70 ℃ at a temperature raising rate of 1-3 ℃/min, adding acetic acid to adjust the pH value to 3-5, adding a proper amount of cationic dye and the balance of the color homogenizing agent, linearly raising the temperature to 115-130 ℃ at a temperature raising rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, operating for 5-20 min, linearly lowering the temperature to 90-105 ℃ at a temperature lowering rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, measuring the pH value to be 5-6, and linearly lowering the temperature to below 40 ℃ at a temperature lowering rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, and discharging the dye solution;

3) And (3) post-treatment: adding water with the temperature of 30-40 ℃, adding acetic acid to adjust the pH value to 5-6, adding a color fixing agent, linearly heating to 65-80 ℃ at the heating rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, running for 5-10 min, linearly cooling to below 55 ℃ at the cooling rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, and draining to finish the process.

Preferably, 2/3 of the total amount of the color homogenizing agent is added in the first dyeing process, and the rest 1/3 of the color homogenizing agent is added in the second dyeing process. Namely, the color homogenizing agent is added into water together with the dispersing agent and the acid releasing agent to be 2/3 of the total adding amount, and the color homogenizing agent is added together with the cationic dye to be 1/3 of the rest after the acetic acid is added to adjust the pH value.

Optionally, the elastic gray blended knitted fabric comprises the following components: two or more of polybutylene terephthalate cation-modified fibers, polyamide fibers, or polyurethane fibers.

Preferably, the elastic gray blended knitted fabric comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 27 to 70% of polybutylene terephthalate cation-modified fiber, 27 to 70% of polyamide fiber or 3 to 10% of polyurethane fiber.

Optionally, the dispersant comprises 7-11% of surfactant and the balance of water by mass percentage.

Preferably, the dispersant comprises, by mass, 4-6% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-3% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 601-2% of polysorbate-and the balance of water.

Optionally, the acid releasing agent comprises, by mass, 3-5% of triethylene glycol, 2-3% of ethylene glycol, 1-2% of an emulsifier, 0.3-0.5% of a defoaming agent, and the balance of water.

Optionally, the color homogenizing agent comprises, by mass, 3-5% of ethoxylated fatty alcohol, 2-3% of aliphatic amide, 3-4% of alcohol and the balance of water.

optionally, in the step 2), the addition amount of the dispersant in water is 0.3-1.2 g/L, the total addition amount of the color homogenizing agent is 0.9-3.0 g/L, and the addition amount of the acid releasing agent is 0.2-0.4 g/L.

Optionally, before the post-treatment in the step 3), washing with water at 30-40 ℃ for 2 times for 4-10 min each time.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) In the dyeing process, after water is added, a dispersant, a partial color homogenizing agent and an acid releasing agent are added, so that on one hand, the dispersant and the color homogenizing agent are utilized to improve the dispersion degree of oligomers in the dye solution, and the polymerization and agglomeration phenomena of the oligomers are remarkably reduced, thereby avoiding frosting on the gray cloth in the dyeing process and preventing the influence on the dyeing effect and the rubbing fastness of the dyed gray cloth; on the other hand, the acid releasing agent is utilized to maintain the stability of the pH value of the dyeing solution, so that the dyeing process is always in an acidic condition, and an ideal dyeing effect is realized. This is because the acid in the dye liquor is gradually consumed as the dyeing process proceeds, resulting in difficulty in coloring.

The invention adopts a one-bath two-step method, prevents oligomer coagulation and ensures that a stable acid environment is formed in the dyeing process by pre-treatment of oil removal and embryo fixation and adding a dispersing agent, a color homogenizing agent and an acid releasing agent, realizes a better coloring effect, finally abandons the dyeing process of the existing two-bath two-step method by post-treatment of water washing and color fixation, does not need to dye under an acid condition after dyeing under an alkaline condition, optimizes the dyeing and finishing process, simplifies the dyeing process, shortens the working time, reduces the energy consumption, avoids the color difference of the fabric after dyeing and finishing processing, and obviously improves the efficiency of finished products.
