Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of drilling in petroleum fields, in particular to a dual-purpose power tong for a drill pipe and a casing pipe.

Background

The current drilling operation of petroleum mines generally comprises: the two processes of the operation of pulling a drill rod and pulling a casing pipe are carried out, the screw thread of a drill rod joint needs to be frequently tightened and loosened in the operation of pulling the drill rod and pulling the casing pipe, the casing pipe body and the coupling screw thread need to be frequently connected in the operation of pulling the casing pipe, and generally two power tongs, namely a drill rod power tong and a casing pipe power tong, need to be adopted to respectively carry out the operation of pulling the drill rod and the casing pipe on and off.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a power tong for both drilling rod and casing, which can be used for both drilling rod pulling and casing running.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims at one or more of the existing problems, provides a dual-purpose power clamp for a drill rod and a casing, and realizes that the power clamp can be used for both drilling rod pulling-out operation and casing running operation.

According to one aspect of the invention, the dual-purpose power tong for the drill pipe and the casing pipe comprises a shell, a tong head large gear, an upper tong movably arranged on the tong head large gear, a middle tong movably arranged on the shell, a lower tong, a clamping device arranged on the shell, and a tong head driving mechanism arranged on one side of the shell, wherein the tong head large gear is movably connected with the shell, the clamping device is in transmission connection with the middle tong and the lower tong and is used for driving the middle tong to clamp a drill pipe joint or driving the lower tong to clamp the casing pipe, the tong head large gear is connected with the tong head driving mechanism, and the tong head driving mechanism is used for driving the tong head large gear to rotate and controlling the upper tong to clamp and rotate the drill pipe or the casing pipe. Therefore, an upper, middle and lower combined structure of the upper pliers, the middle pliers and the lower pliers is adopted, the middle pliers and the lower pliers are simultaneously driven by one clamping device, and the lower pliers are arranged below the shell; the upper pliers and the middle pliers can be used for respectively clamping the joints of two drill rods, so that the joint threads can be tightened and loosened in the process of pulling up and pulling down the drill rods; the upper clamp and the lower clamp can be used for respectively clamping two sleeves, and the sleeve body and the coupling are in threaded connection in the sleeve running process, so that the power clamp can be used for pulling out and running down a drill rod and can also be used for running the sleeves.

In some embodiments, the upper tong is mounted above the housing, the middle tong is mounted inside the housing, the lower tong is mounted below the housing, and the upper tong is in driving connection with the tong head gearwheel via a driving pin of the tong head gearwheel.

In some embodiments, the clamping device is a clamping cylinder, the clamping cylinder is engaged with the middle clamp, and the clamping cylinder is engaged with the lower clamp.

In some embodiments, the lower jaw is connected to the housing by a bracket, and the lower jaw is engaged with the clamping cylinder by a lower jaw plate bracket on the lower jaw.

In some embodiments, the tong head driving mechanism comprises a transmission gear and a power mechanism, and the power mechanism is used for driving the transmission gear to rotate.

In some embodiments, the large gear of the binding clip is movably connected with the shell through a roller and meshed with the transmission gear.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is provided with an upper clamp, a middle clamp, a lower clamp, a clamping device, a clamp head gear wheel and a clamp head driving mechanism, wherein the middle clamp is meshed with the clamping device, the lower clamp is connected with a shell, and the lower clamp is also meshed with the clamping device. The upper tong and the middle tong can respectively clamp the joints of two drill rods by utilizing the mutual matching of the tong head driving mechanism, the clamping device and the tong head gear wheel, so that the tightening and the loosening of the joint threads in the operation process of pulling up and pulling down the drill rods are realized; the upper clamp and the lower clamp can be used for respectively clamping two sleeves, and the sleeve body and the coupling are in threaded connection in the sleeve running process, so that the power clamp can be used for pulling out and running down a drill rod and can also be used for running the sleeves.

As shown in fig. 1, a dual-purpose power tong for a drill pipe and a casing is provided, which comprises a shell 5, a tong head gearwheel 6 movably connected with the shell 5, an upper tong 1 movably mounted on the tong head gearwheel 6, a middle tong 2 and a lower tong 3 movably mounted on the shell 5, a clamping device 4 mounted on the shell 5, and a tong head driving mechanism arranged on one side of the shell 5, wherein the clamping device 4 is in transmission connection with the middle tong 2 and the lower tong 3 and is used for driving the middle tong 2 to clamp a drill pipe joint or driving the lower tong 3 to clamp a casing, the tong head gearwheel 6 is connected with the tong head driving mechanism, and the tong head driving mechanism is used for driving the tong head gearwheel 6 to rotate and controlling the upper tong 1 to clamp and rotate a drill pipe or a casing. In the embodiment, the upper pliers 1, the middle pliers 2 and the lower pliers 3 are combined in an up-middle-down mode, one clamping device is adopted to drive the middle pliers and the lower pliers simultaneously, and the lower pliers are arranged below the shell. The upper clamp 1 and the middle clamp 2 can be used for respectively clamping the joints of two drill rods, so that the joint threads can be tightened and loosened in the process of pulling up and pulling down the drill rods; the upper tong 1 and the lower tong 3 can be used for respectively clamping two sleeves, and the sleeve body and the coupling are in threaded connection in the sleeve running process, so that the power tong can be used for pulling out and running down a drill rod and can also be used for running the sleeves.

In the embodiment, the upper tong 1 is installed above the shell 5, the middle tong 2 is installed inside the shell 5, the lower tong 3 is installed below the shell 5, and the upper tong 1 is in transmission connection with the tong head gearwheel 6 through the transmission pin 11 of the tong head gearwheel 6. The upper pliers 1 is connected with a floating body 10, the large tong gear 6 is in transmission connection with a tong head driving mechanism, and the tong head driving mechanism can enable the big tong gear 6 to continuously rotate and is used for controlling the action of the upper pliers 1; the clamping device 4 is mounted on the housing 5 and can control the movements of the middle tong 2 and the lower tong 3 respectively. The middle pliers 2 is movably arranged in the inner cavity of the shell 5, the middle pliers 2 is meshed with the clamping device 4, the lower pliers 3 is connected with the shell 5, and the lower pliers 3 is also meshed with the clamping device 4. The upper clamp 1 and the middle clamp 2 can be used for respectively clamping the joints of two drill rods, so that the joint threads can be tightened and loosened in the process of pulling up and pulling down the drill rods; the upper tong 1 and the lower tong 3 can be used for respectively clamping two sleeves, and the sleeve body and the coupling are in threaded connection in the sleeve running process, so that the power tong can be used for pulling out and running down a drill rod and can also be used for running the sleeves.

In this embodiment, the binding clip driving mechanism includes a transmission gear 7 and a power mechanism, and the power mechanism is used for driving the transmission gear 7 to rotate. Therefore, the power mechanism consists of a speed change mechanism 8 and a motor 9, and the power of the motor 9 is transmitted to the large tong gear 6 through the speed change mechanism 8 and the transmission gear 7.

In the embodiment, the tong head gearwheel 6 is connected with the shell 5 through the roller 12, and the tong head gearwheel 6 is meshed with the transmission gear 6. The tong-head gearwheel 6 is thus movably connected to the housing 5 via the rollers 12.

In the embodiment, the clamping device 4 is a clamping cylinder, the clamping cylinder is engaged with the middle clamp 2, and the clamping cylinder is engaged with the lower clamp 3. The lower tong 3 is connected with a slope plate body 15, the slope plate body 15 on the lower tong 3 is connected with the shell 5 through a bracket 16, and the lower tong 3 is engaged with the clamping cylinder through a lower jaw plate frame 14 on the lower tong 3.

In this embodiment, the upper caliper 1 includes an upper jaw 18, an upper jaw plate rack 19, a brake disc 20, and a floating body 10, the upper jaw 18 is installed in the upper jaw plate rack 19, the upper jaw plate rack 19 is movably connected with the floating body 10, and the upper jaw plate rack 19 and the brake disc 20 are fixedly connected by bolts. The middle pincers include: the middle jaw plate 21 is arranged in the middle jaw plate frame 22, the middle jaw plate frame 22 is connected with the shell 5, the middle jaw plate frame 22 is fixedly connected with the drive plate 13 through bolts, and the drive plate 13 is meshed with the clamping cylinder 4; the lower jaw comprises a lower jaw plate 17, a lower jaw plate frame 14, a slope plate body 15 and the like, wherein the lower jaw plate 17 is installed in the lower jaw plate frame 14, and the lower jaw plate frame 14 is connected with the slope plate body 15 and is engaged with the clamping cylinder. The sloping plate body 15 is connected with a bracket 16 and is connected with the shell through the bracket 16, and the bracket 16 is fixedly connected with the shell 5.

The working principle of the application is as follows: in the process of tripping operation, the middle tong 2 is driven by the clamping cylinder to rotate for a certain angle to clamp the joint of the lower drill rod; the power of the motor 9 is transmitted to the large tong head gear 6 through the speed change mechanism 8 and the transmission gear 7 and is transmitted to the upper tong 1 through the transmission pin 11 on the large tong head gear 6, so that the upper tong 1 is driven to clamp the upper drill rod joint and rotate continuously; the upper clamp 1 and the middle clamp 2 are used for realizing the tightening and the loosening of the threads of the upper drill rod joint and the lower drill rod joint.

In the process of casing running operation, the lower clamp 3 is driven by the clamping cylinder to rotate for a certain angle to clamp a lower casing; the power of the motor 9 is transmitted to the large tong head gear 6 through the speed change mechanism 8 and the transmission gear 7 and is transmitted to the upper tong 1 through the transmission pin 11 on the large tong head gear 6, so that the upper tong 1 is driven to clamp the upper sleeve and continuously rotate; the upper pliers 1 and the lower pliers 3 are used for realizing the connection of the upper and lower casing pipe bodies and the coupling threads.
