By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the invention not only provides the unmanned retail system and the control method which are low in equipment cost and easy, but also expands the selection of the unmanned retail scheme combination because the system can be compatible with and select various equipment with a plurality of functional units, can enter more unmanned retail scenes, greatly improves the social operating efficiency, increases the welfare of people and is suitable for commercial popularization. The ready-mixed beverage making unit adopts a commercial ready-mixed beverage machine with a support networking protocol and/or a hardware open interface, and the ready-mixed beverage machine is used for receiving a beverage making instruction and a cleaning machine instruction issued by the cloud server unit and executing corresponding machine actions.

The extensible equipment unit is third-party Internet of things intelligent equipment adopting a support internet protocol and/or having a hardware open interface, and comprises a cup falling module, an ice making module, a syrup pressure pump module, a milk refrigeration module, a flower drawing module, a voice interaction sound box module, a large screen display module and a 3D printing chocolate module.

Taking the specific system adopting the method of the invention in fig. 2 as an example, a user uses a smart phone 1 as a terminal control device (i.e. a user terminal control unit) to scan an identification two-dimensional code on an internet of things commercial coffee machine 2 (i.e. a freshly brewed beverage making unit), the internet of things commercial coffee machine 2 is responsible for making the freshly brewed beverage, and peripheral expansion device units comprise a milk refrigerator and an electronic scale 3, a cup dropping device 4 and a syrup pump 5 which are connected with a 4G router 6 (i.e. an internet of things communication unit) through RJ45 twisted pairs to be responsible for communication with a cloud service server 7 (i.e. a cloud server unit). Referring to fig. 3, the server judges that the used cup dropping device 4, the syrup pressure pump 5, the milk refrigerator and the electronic scale 3 are in normal states, and then the server forms an instruction 2 to feed back a display screen interface of a mobile phone of a user, and referring to fig. 4, an interactive interface and a guiding program for using the cup dropping device, and graphic and text prompt and voice prompt of 'please press a button to drop a cup'.

A user clicks an interface cup dropping button to form an instruction 3 and submit the instruction to a server, and the server judges that the state of the cup dropping device is normal and issues an instruction 4 to the cup dropping device to control the cup dropping device to drop one cup; and sending an instruction 5 to the mobile phone, controlling the interface of the mobile phone to enter the interface for controlling the syrup pressure pump, displaying an interactive interface and a guiding program for using the cup dropping device, and prompting by pictures, texts and voices to 'please press keys to drop and fill syrup'.

A user clicks an interface syrup adding button to form an instruction 6 and submits the instruction to a server, and the server judges that the syrup pressure pump is in a normal state, issues an instruction 7 to give the syrup pressure pump, and controls to add 2 ml of syrup into a paper cup; and issuing an instruction 8 to the mobile phone to control the mobile phone interface to enter a payment waiting page.

Further, the operation of payment channel and selection is as follows:

as shown in fig. 5, the user clicks the payment confirmation button to enter the payment process, the mobile phone interface enters the payment channel and the payment authentication selection interface, and plays the voice prompt "please select a payment method", as shown in fig. 6. The user selects 'card swiping payment', the mobile phone application program forms order information of the vanilla latte SKU into an instruction eight submitting server, the server judges that an order state forming instruction 9 is issued to the card swiping device, the card swiping device is started to enter a card swiping waiting state, an instruction 10 is issued to the mobile phone, and the mobile phone enters the card swiping payment prompting user and a guiding program.

A user uses the electronic payment card to check and sell an order with a corresponding price on a card reader, the card reader forms an order checking and selling instruction 11 to submit to a server, and the server records the checking and selling state of the order and then issues an instruction 12 to a coffee machine manufacturing unit to manufacture a cup of latte coffee; and an instruction 13 is issued to the mobile phone to enable a mobile phone program interface to display a guidance flow waiting for making, and the voice and image-text introduction of 'vanilla latte' is played.

The Internet of things middleware program comprises a server-side interface program bg _ A compiled according to a hardware protocol pro _ A of equipment A accessed to a retail platform, a server-side interface program bg _ B compiled according to a hardware protocol pro _ B of access equipment B, and by analogy, for each intelligent equipment accessed to the retail platform, the platform can compile the server-side interface program according to an equipment protocol, or an equipment manufacturer formulates an equipment-side program protocol according to an API disclosed by the platform.

When the device A and the device B need to cooperatively finish the action on the service, the sharing and the logic judgment of the report data of the interfaces A and B are carried out through a background logic engine program LE. And the control device executes the prescribed action by the respective downlink protocol command.

The logic engine program can support the cooperative work of data between A and B, and can also support the automatic retail business to be completed according to another set of logic supporting the independent work of A when B is in default.

The desktop type unmanned retail freshly ground coffee machine and the automatic cup dropping device work cooperatively, and access program compatible development of a server side is completed according to respective protocols of the coffee machine and the cup dropping device, so that two independent IOT devices can be connected with a retail platform.

When a user initiates a payment request of a cup of coffee, the coffee machine generates an order to be paid to a background request interface, the background judges through a logic engine that an automatic cup falling device needs to be cooperatively added in the process, then a page is fed back to a mobile phone of the user, the user is requested to control the cup falling device to fall the cup, the user sends a cup falling command to the cup falling device by clicking a button of the mobile phone, the cup falling device finishes the cup falling action, states of once cup falling and empty cup holder taking are reported to a server through two infrared sensors to form judgment of cup taking of the user, the server responds to the order request of the coffee machine at the moment, the server feeds back to the user, and the mobile phone terminal is requested to call payment authority to carry out subsequent processes.

Of course, if the cup dropper components are not equipped (perhaps with a self-removing cup holder) or are off-line due to damage to the automatic cup dropper, they cannot cooperate. The background can logically judge that the independent coffee machine is in an independent working state according to the interface return value, directly responds to the coffee machine order request, feeds back the coffee machine order request to the user, and requests the mobile phone terminal to call the payment authority to carry out the subsequent process.
