Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of individual protection equipment in the field of military protection, in particular to a body armor, and discloses a body armor taking key organs/tissues as protection keys, which is used for individual protection of missions such as battle and anti-terrorism.

Background

The prior bulletproof clothes for battle are mainly hard bulletproof clothes which are made of hard high-strength materials such as metal or nonmetal. The disadvantages are poor softness and poor wearing comfort. The soft and hard composite body armor uses soft material as a main body, and hard material as an inserting plate (i.e. a bulletproof plate) to be inserted into the lining to form the composite body armor. At present, the military bulletproof vest is mainly selected from soft and hard composite bulletproof vests according to the purposes of battles, counter terrorism and the like, wherein the protection of high-speed bullets and shrapnels mainly depends on hard materials, namely bulletproof plates.

Body armor using armor panels is often used in military applications, relying on armor panels to protect against straight projectiles, killer fragments, and the like. At present, the bulletproof plate has the defects of single model, larger size, more coverage and possibility of excessive protection. The bulletproof plate has single type and shape, is mostly of uniform size, and is uncomfortable for people of different body types. Fig. 1 is a currently common type of built-in ballistic panel.

The active service armor has the following disadvantages: (1) overemphasizing protection of sufficient area and providing only one model, with indiscriminate full coverage of the torso, results in a substantial reduction in the tolerance and mobility of the wearer. (2) The defects of heavy weight, single model shape, excessive protection and the like of the active built-in bulletproof plate sacrifice wearing tolerance and maneuverability, and can generate adverse effects on the corresponding tasks executed by the wearing personnel and the safety protection of the wearing personnel.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a body armor, which starts with the importance degree of battlefield rescue, organs and tissues and solves the following technical problems:

(1) The weight of the bulletproof plate is further reduced, the shape is more scientific, and the wearing is more comfortable; (2) the protection area is reduced, and meanwhile, the effective protection of important organs/tissues is ensured; (3) the endurance and the maneuverability of the personnel wearing the body armor are enhanced, and the body armor plays a good protection role when the soldier carries out battle and anti-terrorism tasks.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme:

A bullet-proof vest comprises a shirt lining and bullet-proof plates, wherein the bullet-proof plates arranged on the front chest or the back are in a cross shape.

the bulletproof plate comprises an upper bulletproof plate, a lower bulletproof plate and a transverse bulletproof plate, wherein the upper bulletproof plate and the lower bulletproof plate are longitudinally arranged, and the transverse bulletproof plate is transversely arranged and is respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the transverse bulletproof plate and spliced in a cross shape.

The bulletproof plate is arranged into at least three parts, and comprises an upper bulletproof plate, a lower bulletproof plate and a transverse bulletproof plate which are longitudinally arranged, wherein the transverse bulletproof plates are mutually independent, the upper bulletproof plate and the lower bulletproof plate are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the transverse bulletproof plate, and the clothes lining is spliced in a cross shape.

the upper edge of the upper armor is not lower than the jugular notch of the human body, the lower edge of the lower armor is not higher than the horizontal connecting line of the anterior superior iliac spines at the two sides of the human body, the two side edges of the transverse armor are at the anterior axillary lines or the middle axillary lines at the two sides or between the anterior axillary lines and the middle axillary lines, and the two side edges are bent towards the chest wall at the near side chest wall to be jointed with the side chest wall; the upper armor covers the chest walking section of the heart and the aorta and the vena cava, the transverse armor covers the chest and abdomen walking section of the liver, the spleen and the aorta and the vena cava, and the lower armor covers the abdomen walking section of the aorta and the vena cava.

The width C of the transverse bulletproof plate is not less than the distance between the left and right anterior axillary lines of a human body, and the height D of the transverse bulletproof plate is not less than the maximum distance between the upper and lower limits of the liver and spleen of the human body; the width A of the upper bulletproof plate 1 is not less than the maximum transverse diameter of a human heart, and the height B is that the upper edge is not less than the upper boundary of the transverse bulletproof plate from the jugular vein notch of the human body; the width E of the lower armor is not less than the maximum transverse diameter of the outer edges of the walls of the abdominal aorta and the inferior vena cava, and the height F is the horizontal connecting line from the lower border of the middle armor to the position not higher than the front upper iliac spines at both sides.

The bulletproof plate is a double cross shape corresponding to the front and the back of the chest of the human body.

The clothes lining comprises a front piece clothes lining and a rear piece clothes lining which are mutually connected, the bulletproof plates are respectively arranged in the front piece clothes lining and the rear piece clothes lining, and the bulletproof plates in the front piece clothes lining and the rear piece clothes lining are symmetrically arranged.

The upper bulletproof plate and the lower bulletproof plate are rectangular.

the front surface of the transverse bulletproof plate is rectangular, and the cross section of the transverse bulletproof plate is arc-shaped corresponding to a human body.

The clothes lining is provided with a clamping cavity corresponding to the shape of the bulletproof plate and accommodates the upper bulletproof plate, the lower bulletproof plate and the transverse bulletproof plate.

Aiming at the defects of the existing bulletproof plate, the invention provides the following five improvements:

(1) The protection concept is improved: on the basis of battlefield treatment research and clinical work, the following protection concepts are proposed: 1) starting from the basic purpose of protection, different outcomes after severe injury to different organs/tissues of the chest and abdomen were studied. In thoracic and abdominal trauma, the heart, liver, spleen, and organs/tissues such as thoracic aorta, abdominal aorta, vena cava, etc. are more serious and fatal than other organs/tissues (such as lung, kidney, etc.) after rupture of severe trauma, and if the organs/tissues cannot be cured within "golden hour" (60min) due to the priority of military mission, the death rate is obviously increased. Therefore, important organs/tissues for treating the trauma of the chest and the abdomen determine the important protection range of the chest and the abdomen, the bulletproof plate is applied in military missions, and the protection concept needs to replace the concept of full coverage and undifferentiated protection of the chest and the abdomen by the important organ/tissue protection. 2) The sizes and positions of the heart, the liver, the spleen, the thoracic aorta, the abdominal aorta, the vena cava and the like are not greatly related to the distribution indexes (height, chest circumference and the like) of the traditional body armor. Recent research finds that the body surface projection of important organs/tissues can be reflected more reasonably by adopting bony marks such as body surface sternum incisional marks, anterior superior iliac spines and the like, and the protection range of the bulletproof plate is determined according to the body surface projection.

(2) The improved bulletproof plate should be designed into a new shape according to the above-indicated key organ/tissue body surface projection position, and the whole body of the bulletproof clothes is designed on the basis of the new shape bulletproof plate.

(3) The shape of the bulletproof plate is improved: and determining a protective area according to the important organ/tissue anatomical position determined by research, and determining the new shape of the bulletproof plate according to the newly determined protective area. According to the currently determined important organs/tissues with priority and important protection, such as the heart, the liver, the spleen, the thoracic aorta, the abdominal aorta, the vena cava and the like, the new front and back hard bulletproof plates are approximately in a cross shape, and the front and the back are respectively formed by splicing three bulletproof plates (figure 3). The upper part is a longitudinal bulletproof plate which is mainly used for protecting the heart and the chest walking section of the aorta and the vena cava. The part is manufactured by taking the maximum transverse diameter of the heart as a reference value as the width of the bulletproof plate and taking the upper edge of an aortic arch to the upper boundary of the liver as a reference value as the height of the bulletproof plate, and the shape of the part is approximately rectangular. The middle part is a transverse bulletproof plate which is mainly used for protecting the liver, the spleen and the aorta, the vena cava, the chest and the abdomen walking section of the part. The part is manufactured by taking the maximum transverse diameter between the right edge of the liver and the left edge of the spleen, namely the distance between the liver and the spleen as a reference value, comprehensively considering the distance between the upper and lower limits of the liver and the distance between the upper and lower limits of the spleen, and taking the maximum distance as a reference value as the height of the bulletproof plate, and is roughly rectangular in shape, and the part of the near-side chest wall is slightly bent towards the chest wall so as to be attached to the side chest wall. The lower part is a longitudinal bulletproof plate which mainly protects the aorta and the vena cava abdomen walking section. The part takes the lower edge of the middle armor plate to the position of the aorta and the vena cava bifurcation as a reference value as the height of the armor plate, takes the maximum transverse diameter of the outer edge of the abdominal aorta and the inferior vena cava wall as a reference value as the width of the armor plate to manufacture, is approximately rectangular in shape, and is narrowed inwards near the position of the blood vessel bifurcation so as to facilitate the wearer to perform tasks. The front and back forms and the splicing form of the bulletproof plate are basically consistent, but the front and back positions are adjusted. The novel armor uses 6, 3 pairs of separate armor to form armor of double cross form around, abandons the monoblock armor of the active back-and-forth uniformity of labour. The body protection device can completely cover organs/tissues which need key protection and are verified to be in the heart, the liver, the spleen, the thoracic aorta, the abdominal aorta, the vena cava and the like, non-key areas which can not be protected are supplemented by soft body armor, and the effective protection and the effective weight loss of the armor plate are both considered.

(4) The adaptation of the bulletproof plate is improved: taking the correlation between the body surface bony markers and the positions of key protective organs/tissues as a research direction, and counting and determining 1) the correlation between the body surface bony markers and the positions of protective areas through measuring and collecting a large amount of human body data; 2) the different types of the bulletproof plates are determined according to the intervals of the bony marks, so that the aim of distributing the bulletproof plates according to the types is fulfilled. The bulletproof plates of different types worn by people of different body types are determined by measuring the intervals of bony signs of the people of different body types, so that the bulletproof plates are distributed to meet the body types of various people. The specific research method comprises the following steps: 1) selecting a certain number of people with different body types and excluding people with extremely special body types as research objects; 2) carrying out CT thin-layer scanning on important organs/tissues (heart, liver, spleen, thoracic aorta, abdominal aorta and vena cava) of the chest and the abdomen of the study object after informed consent, and obtaining important organ/tissue body surface projection images of all the study objects by using three-dimensional reconstruction software at the later stage; 3) measuring and recording the distribution data of the active body armor of all research objects such as height, bust and the like and 128 groups of data related to the patent research by utilizing the CT image, the three-dimensional reconstructed image and the body surface projection image; 4) through statistical analysis of the measured data, the body surface bony markers which can represent the most important visceral organ/tissue boundaries are found, taking the current research results as an example: representing the upper edge of an aortic arch by jugular vein incisal marks, representing the bifurcation part of an aorta/inferior vena cava by the connecting line of anterior superior iliac spines at two sides, representing the maximum transverse diameter of a liver, a spleen and the like by the distance of the anterior axillary line, and finally determining the effective protection area of the novel bulletproof plate by utilizing the determined bony marks and measuring the up-down, left-right and front-back distances among the marks; 5) the newly proposed bullet-proof vest is based on the following: the vertical distance (namely the height of a trunk) from jugular veins of different body types to a connecting line of an anterior superior iliac spine and the maximum transverse diameter data of the liver and the spleen are layered, the body type data brought into different layers correspond to L, M, S types of body armor, and the body armor combinations of different sizes are carried out on different types of body armor, so that the body-surface-mark measuring and calculating device can quickly and accurately correspond to the body-surface-type personal aptamer body armor of different body types.

The invention has the following effects:

The invention aims to ensure that the novel bulletproof plate not only effectively protects important organs/tissues of the chest and the abdomen, but also achieves the effects of further lightening the weight and further enhancing the wearing tolerance through the improvement of the shape by the improvement of the protection concept, the shape of the bulletproof plate and the adaptability of the bulletproof plate, so that a wearer can better carry out military tasks. Compared with the prior art, the novel armor has the advantages that the novel armor is greatly improved in effective protection area, overall weight, wearing tolerance and the like, and the ability of carrying out military tasks is greatly improved when soldiers wear armors with the novel armor inside.
