Technical Field

The invention relates to a rocker of an electrical switch, to a blocking device having such a rocker and to an electrical switch having such a rocker or such a blocking device.

Background

The electrical circuit breaker can be equipped with a rocker by means of which the electrical circuit breaker is actuated for switching on the current. The user of such a circuit breaker can lock the circuit breaker in different switch positions, so that the circuit breaker is not inadvertently actuated. For example, it may be desirable to latch the power switch in an OFF position ("OFF") in which the circuit is opened by the power switch. Likewise, it is desirable that the power switch can be latched in an open position ("ON") in which the circuit is closed by the electrical switch.

DE 102011082255 a1 discloses a locking device for an electromechanical switching device with manual operating capability. The locking device is characterized by a combination of fewer interlocking structural elements that are structurally and functionally coordinated with one another. The blocking element has a dual function in that, on the one hand, the connection of the blocking device to the switchgear is ensured and, on the other hand, a change in position of the operating element of the switchgear is reliably prevented.

In other operating elements of circuit breakers, for example in rotary drives, a design is also known, by means of which the rotary drive can be locked by means of a U-lock. This is known, for example, as an integrated solution, so that a part of the rotary handle is pressed inward and is held in this position by a U-lock. The inwardly depressed portion of the twist grip prevents its operation through the positioning plate. The rotary drive can be locked in the OFF position ("OFF"). This design is also improved by the subsequent drilling in the positioning plate, so that the rotary drive can also be locked in the open position ("ON").

Detailed Description

Fig. 1A and 1B show a locking device for an electrical switch 1000, which is known from DE 102011082255 a1 and has a rocker 100. Fig. 1A shows how the locking device is opened and thus the rocker 100 can be actuated, and fig. 1B shows that the locking element is locked by means of a U-lock and the rocker 100 can no longer be moved.

A known solution for a rotary drive for an electrical switch 1000 is shown in fig. 2A and 2B. Here, the rotary drive is likewise locked or locked by means of a push button and a U-lock.

In fig. 3, a rocker 100 of an electrical switch 1000 according to the invention is shown. The electrical switch 1000 is actuated by the rocker 100 and a predefined position of the electrical switch 1000 is set by means of the rocker. The predefined positions may be, for example, an open position ("ON") for closing the circuit by the electrical switch 1000 and a closed position ("OFF") for opening the circuit. In addition, a TRIP position ("TRIP") may be set by the rocker lever 100.

The rocker lever 100 according to the invention comprises a first part 110 for adjusting the predefined position and a second part 120 movable between a first position and a second position.

In the first position of the second part 120 the first part 110 is movable to a predefined position, and in the second position of the second part 120 the movement of the first part 110 is locked. In the illustration of fig. 3, the second component 120 is in a first position such that the rocker lever 100 according to the invention can be moved into each predefined position.

The spring may press the second part 120 in the direction of a first position in which the first part 110 is movable to a predefined position.

The second member 120 extends inside the first member 110. Thereby ensuring that the second part 120 moves along when the first part 110 moves to the predefined position.

The first member 110 has a first hole 111, and the second member 120 has a second hole 121. These holes 111; 121 are arranged on the first part 110 and the second part 120 such that in the second position of the second part 120 the holes 111; 121 are aligned. In fig. 4, the second part 120 is shown in the second position and the holes 111; 121 are aligned. This allows, for example, the shackle of the U-lock 500 to be hooked.

According to fig. 3 and 4, the rocker 100 can move through a portion of an arc having a center point 150. The second member 120 may also move radially when transitioning from the first position to the second position or vice versa. This means that the second part 120 moves radially towards the center point 150, for example when moving from the position of fig. 3 to the position of fig. 4.

For locking the rocker 100 in the second position of the second part 120, a hole 131 is provided; 132, and a positioning plate 130. The first end of the second part 120 of the rocker 100 can be inserted into these holes 131 in the associated predefined position; 132. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first end of the second member 120 is the lower end of the second member 120. In fig. 4, the second part 120 and the lower end part are inserted into the hole 131 and thus the movement of the first part 110 is locked.

In order to subsequently make the further locking position or latching position of the rocker lever 100 according to the invention more robust, it can be provided that the positioning plate 130 is provided with a through-opening, through which the user can open when necessary.

In fig. 5, an electrical switch 1000 having a rocker 100 according to the invention is shown. The rocker lever 100 according to the invention together with the positioning plate 130 forms a blocking device 199. In addition, a U-lock 500 may be provided on the blocking means 199, wherein the shackle of the U-lock 500 passes through the aligned holes 111; 121 are suspended in the second position of the second part 120 of the rocker 100.

Fig. 5 also shows an electrical switch 1000 having a blocking device 199 according to the invention. The blocking device 199 includes a rocker 100, a positioning plate 130 and a U-lock 500 according to the present invention.

The rocker 100 according to the invention, the blocking means 199 according to the invention and the electrical switch 1000 according to the invention make it possible to lock the electrical switch 1000 in its rocker 100 in the closed position ("OFF") by means of the U-lock 500.

The electrical switch 1000 may also be locked in the open position ("ON") by a targeted change to the electrical switch, such as by punching a hole through the locating plate 130.

The spring presses the second part 120 of the rocker 100 according to the invention in the direction of the first position. Thus, the user must press the second member 120 against the spring to lock the rocker 100. When the second part is inserted into the hole 131; 132 or recess, the second member 120 is secured in the aperture 131; 132 or in a recess. Thus, the rocker 100 according to the invention can no longer move as a whole. Meanwhile, the second part 120 of the rocking lever 100 exposes the hole 111; 121 so that the U-lock 500 can be hung therein. The U-lock prevents possible springback of the second part 120.
