In the invention, two L-shaped plates 704 are pulled to two sides, then the two L-shaped plates 704 drive the two sliding plates 702 to be away from each other, then the switch body 2 is placed on the two L-shaped plates 704, so that the two L-shaped plates 704 can clamp the switch body 2 under the action of a second spring 703, and the two sliding plates 702 are away from each other to drive the two transverse plates 804 to be away from each other, so that the annular frame 803 is sucked from the air bag 801 through the connecting pipe 805, then the air bag 801 contracts, so that the upper end of the switch body 2 can be attached to the lower end of the pressing plate 802, and then the pressing plate 802 presses the switch body 2, thereby increasing the stability of the switch body 2, and then the shell door 4 is closed to seal the shell 1;

when the outdoor humidity is low and the temperature in the housing 1 is high, the circuit between the conductive spring 307, the humidity sensor 308, the temperature sensor 309 and the external power supply is conducted, and then the conductive spring 307 is electrified and contracted, so as to drive the vertical plate 304 to move upwards, so that the plurality of first through holes 301 and the plurality of second through holes 305 correspond one to one, and further the outdoor cold air can flow in the housing 1, and further the heat in the housing 1 is dissipated, so as to cool the switch body 2, when the outdoor air humidity is high, the circuit between the conductive spring 307, the humidity sensor 308, the temperature sensor 309 and the external power supply is disconnected, and further the conductive spring 307 keeps the initial rotation state, namely the vertical plate 304 keeps the original position, so that the plurality of first through holes 301 and the plurality of second through holes 305 are staggered with each other, and further the outdoor cold air can not flow in the housing 1, and the air with high external humidity is prevented from entering the housing 1, causing water to penetrate the switch body 2;

when the temperature in the housing 1 is high, the electromagnetic plate 904, the temperature sensor 309 and an external alternating current power supply are conducted, sinusoidal current is conducted to the electromagnetic plate 904, magnetic force which is attracted and repelled with the magnetic plate 903 is periodically generated on the electromagnetic plate 904, and therefore the magnetic plate 903 is driven to slide back and forth on the inner wall of the bar-shaped cavity 901, cooling liquid in the bar-shaped cavity 901 flows in the return pipe 902 in a circulating mode, cooling in the housing 1 is accelerated, and when the first through hole 301 with high outdoor humidity is closed, the cooling liquid can absorb heat in the housing 1, and therefore the cooling effect of the switch body 2 is guaranteed;

when the external cold air flows in the housing 1 through the fixing frame 501 and the air inlet pipe 503, the silica gel particles in the moisture absorption bag 502 can absorb moisture in the cold air, so that the cold air is kept dry, thereby increasing the waterproof effect on the switch body 2, and when more moisture is absorbed in the silica gel particles, the volume of the moisture absorption bag 502 is increased, so that the extrusion push plate 603 moves towards the direction close to the inner wall of the fixing frame 501, the second wedge plate 608 extrudes the first wedge plate 607, so that the first wedge plate 607 drives the conductive block 606 to slide upwards through the fixing rod, when the conductive block 606 slides upwards to contact with the two conductive plates 605, at the moment, the conductive block 606, the conductive plate 605, the circuit between the heating plate 601 and the external power supply is conducted, at the moment, the heating plate 601 is electrified to generate heat, thereby drying the silica gel particles, and when the heating plate 601 is electrified, at the moment, the first electromagnetic valve 609 and the second electromagnetic valve 610 are both electrified, and then first solenoid valve 609 is closed, and second solenoid valve 610 is opened, and then the steam after the silica gel granule heating passes through exhaust pipe 504 and discharges outside shell 1 for the silica gel granule can be dried used repeatedly, need not the manual work and carries out periodic replacement, thereby further assurance to switch body 2 waterproof.
