Generating one or more institution access outputs configured to provide the subject with access to the one or more new therapy institution modules.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the treatment condition comprises at least one of an effect experienced by one or more portions of the one or more current treatment facility modules of the plurality of treatment facility modules or a parameter related to motion or force generated by the subject using the one or more current treatment facility modules.

3. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the one or more treatment conditions include at least one of a motion of one or more body parts of the subject, a change in position of the one or more current treatment mechanism modules of the plurality of treatment mechanism modules, a magnitude of a force applied to one or more portions of the one or more treatment mechanism modules, or a direction of a force applied to one or more portions of the one or more treatment mechanism modules.

4. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein at least one sensor of the one or more sensors is positioned proximate to the subject.

5. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein at least one of the one or more sensors is located on at least one of the plurality of treatment facility modules.

6. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein to identify the one or more new treatment facility modules, the control circuitry is configured to generate one or more determination outputs containing identification information about the one or more new treatment facility modules.

7. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the control circuitry is further configured to:

determining a difficulty level from the one or more received signals; and

Identifying the one or more new treatment institution modules for the subject based at least in part on the determined difficulty level.

8. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of treatment facility modules has a difficulty setting that is different from difficulty settings of other of the plurality of treatment facility modules.

9. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of treatment facility modules have the same difficulty setting.

10. the modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of treatment mechanism modules comprise at least one of a tensile resistance trainer, an electronic trainer comprising an electronic load generator, a pressure ball, a stability training mechanism, a weight, a counterweight ball, a manual stiffening ball, a passive device, a treadmill, a bicycle, or a rowing machine.

11. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the at least one treatment mechanism module comprises one or more of at least one audio instruction, at least one visual instruction, or at least one haptic instruction.

12. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, further comprising:

Wherein the plurality of treatment institution modules comprises one or more institution authentication identifiers; and

A facility identifier detector configured to identify at least one of the plurality of treatment facility modules based on the one or more facility authentication identifiers.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 12, further comprising: one or more information modules configured to provide one or more of one or more audio instructions, at least one visual instruction, or at least one haptic instruction based at least in part on the one or more agency certification identifiers.

14. The modular personal treatment system of claim 12, wherein:

One or more agency access outputs based at least in part on the one or more agency authentication identifiers; and

At least one treatment mechanism module of the plurality of treatment mechanism modules includes a treatment mechanism controller including a controller circuit configured to receive the one or more access outputs from the controller and to activate the at least one treatment mechanism module in response to the one or more mechanism access outputs.

15. The modular personal treatment system of claim 12, wherein:

The one or more institution access outputs configured to provide the subject with access to the one or more new treatment institution modules are based at least in part on the one or more institution authentication identifiers;

the one or more new mechanism modules comprise at least one sensor of the one or more sensors; and

The control circuitry of the controller is configured to accept signals from the at least one sensor and ignore signals from other sensors in response to one or more mechanism access outputs.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 12, wherein the control circuitry of the controller is configured to receive one or more signals from the institution identifier detector, the one or more signals based at least in part on the identified one or more institution authentication identifiers.

17. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein at least one of the one or more sensors is included within at least one of the plurality of treatment facility modules.

18. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, further comprising a storage container including a container controller, the container controller including control circuitry operably coupled with the control circuitry of the controller, the storage container configured to store at least one of the plurality of treatment mechanism modules.

19. The modular personal treatment system of claim 18, wherein the container controller is configured to:

Receiving one or more mechanism determination outputs from the controller; and

Providing access to the one or more new treatment institution modules in response to the received one or more institution access outputs.

20. The modular personal treatment system of claim 19, wherein the storage container comprises at least one of a lock box or a vending machine.

21. the modular personal treatment system of claim 20, wherein the one or more mechanism access outputs comprise an access code.

22. The modular personal treatment system of claim 19, further comprising:

A memory storage device selectively coupleable to the controller and the container controller; and is

Wherein the one or more access outputs are transmittable from the controller to the container controller via the memory storage device.

23. The modular personal treatment system of claim 20, wherein the controller is operably coupled to the internet and configured to send the one or more mechanism access outputs to another controller.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the one or more sensors are configured to detect at least one of a force exerted by the subject on at least one of the plurality of treatment facility modules, a speed of motion of one or more body parts of the subject, or an acceleration of the one or more body parts of the subject.

25. The modular personal treatment system of claim 24, wherein the control circuitry of the controller is further configured to determine a smoothness of motion of the one or more body parts of the subject in response to the one or more signals received from the one or more sensors.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the one or more sensors are configured to detect at least one of a force experienced by at least one of the plurality of treatment mechanism modules, a speed of motion experienced by at least one of the subject's one or more body parts, or an acceleration of the subject's one or more body parts.

27. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the one or more sensors comprise at least one of a force sensor, an acceleration sensor, a pressure sensor, a tactile sensor, a motion meter, an goniometer, or an inclinometer.

28. The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein the one or more sensors include at least one physiological characteristic sensor configured to detect one or more physiological characteristics of the subject.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein at least one treatment facility module of the plurality of treatment facility modules comprises a treatment facility controller comprising a controller circuit configured to receive one or more access outputs from the controller and to activate at least one treatment facility module in response to the one or more facility access outputs.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 1, wherein at least one treatment facility module of the plurality of treatment facility modules comprises a customization module configured to customize the at least one treatment facility module in response to the one or more facility access outputs.

31. The modular personal treatment system of claim 30, wherein the at least one treatment mechanism module includes a tension control pulley and the customization module is configured to control the tension of the tension control pulley in response to the one or more mechanism access outputs.

32. The modular personal treatment system of claim 30, wherein the at least one treatment facility module includes a pulley and the customization module includes a friction control for controlling a force required to rotate the pulley in response to the one or more access outputs.

Generating, at the controller, one or more institution access outputs to provide the subject with access to the identified one or more new treatment institution modules.

37. The method of claim 36, wherein generating the one or more access outputs comprises: generating one or more access outputs containing identification information regarding the one or more new treatment facility modules.

38. The method of claim 36, further comprising:

Wherein providing the subject with access to the identified one or more new treatment institution modules comprises generating one or more access outputs at the controller; and

at an institution storage container, receiving the one or more access outputs to enable the subject to access at least one of the one or more new treatment institution modules.

The method of claim 36, wherein generating one or more mechanism determination outputs configured to provide the subject with access to the one or more new treatment mechanism modules comprises determining, at the controller, a smoothness of motion of one or more body parts of the subject in response to the one or more signals received from the one or more sensors.

One or more sensors configured to detect one or more therapeutic conditions of a subject; and

A controller comprising a control circuit configured to:

Receiving one or more signals from the one or more sensors;

Identifying a configuration for at least one new therapy institution module of a plurality of therapy institution modules for the subject in response to the one or more signals received from the one or more sensors; and

Generating one or more mechanism determination outputs configured to request manufacture of the at least one new therapy mechanism module having the identified configuration; and

A mechanism manufacturing module configured to manufacture the at least one new therapy mechanism module having the selected configuration in response to receiving the one or more determination outputs.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 40, wherein the one or more treatment conditions include at least one of movement of one or more body parts of the subject, a change in position of one or more portions of a current treatment facility module of a plurality of treatment facility modules, or a force generated by a subject using one or more of the current treatment facility modules.

42. The modular personal treatment system of claim 40, wherein the control circuitry of the controller is configured to:

Determining a difficulty level of the at least one new treatment facility module based on the one or more signals; and

Determining a configuration of the at least one new treatment facility in response to the determined difficulty level.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 40, wherein the mechanism manufacturing module comprises a 3D printer configured to manufacture the at least one new treatment mechanism, at least one of a thermoformer or a thermoformer configured to modify at least one of the plurality of treatment mechanism modules to produce at least one new treatment mechanism module.

44. The modular personal treatment system of claim 43, wherein the at least one new mechanism module comprises at least one of: a stretchable belt, a stretchable tube, a compression garment, a tension control pulley, a stability training mechanism, a weight, a counter weight, or a treadmill.

45. The modular personal treatment system of claim 44, wherein the configuration of the at least one new treatment facility module includes a selected difficulty level.

46. the modular personal treatment system of claim 45, wherein the configuration includes at least one of the following selected: a weight of the at least one new treatment mechanism module, a resistance of the at least one new treatment mechanism module, a thickness or a length of the at least one new treatment mechanism module.

47. The modular personal treatment system of claim 40, wherein the mechanism manufacturing module is configured to modify the at least one treatment mechanism module to create the at least one new treatment mechanism module.

48. The modular personal treatment system of claim 47, wherein the at least one new mechanism module comprises at least one of a stretchable band, a stretchable tube, or a stability trainer or a resistance bar.

49. The modular personal treatment system of claim 48, wherein the configuration for the at least one new treatment mechanism module includes a selected difficulty level.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 49, wherein the configuration comprises at least one of the following selected: a weight of the at least one new treatment mechanism module, an elasticity of the at least one new treatment mechanism module, a density of the at least one new treatment mechanism module, or a length of the at least one new treatment mechanism module.

An imager configured to capture images of the one or more body parts of the subject, the imager being operably coupled to the control circuitry of the controller; and is

Wherein the control circuitry of the controller is configured to generate the one or more mechanism determination outputs at least partially in response to one or more signals received from the imager.

52. the modular personal treatment system of claim 51, wherein the imager comprises at least one of a camera, a 3D scanner, or a motion capture device.

53. a method of providing personal treatment to a subject, the method comprising:

Receiving, at a controller, one or more signals from one or more sensors configured to detect one or more of movement of one or more body parts of the subject or a change in position of one or more portions of one or more current therapy regime modules used by the subject;

Identifying, at the controller, one or more new treatment institution modules for the subject in response to the one or more signals received from the one or more sensors; and

Generating, at the controller, one or more mechanism determination outputs configured to request manufacture of the at least one new treatment mechanism module having the selected configuration; and

In response to receiving the one or more determined outputs at the mechanism manufacturing module, manufacturing at least one new treatment mechanism module having the selected configuration.

54. The method of claim 40, wherein generating one or more mechanism determination outputs configured to request manufacture of the at least one new therapy mechanism module having the selected configuration comprises:

determining, at the controller, a difficulty level of the at least one new treatment facility module based on the one or more signals; and

Identifying, at the controller, the configuration of the at least one new treatment mechanism in response to the determined difficulty level.

55. The method of claim 40, wherein the mechanism manufacturing module comprises a 3D printer configured to manufacture the at least one new treatment mechanism.

56. The method of claim 43, wherein the at least one new mechanism module comprises at least one of a stretchable band, a stretchable tube, or a rod.

57. The method of claim 44, wherein the configuration of the at least one new treatment facility module includes a selected difficulty level.

A plurality of treatment facility modules, each of the plurality of treatment facility modules having a selected difficulty setting;

one or more sensors positioned and configured to detect one or more treatment conditions; and

A controller comprising control circuitry configured to:

Identifying one or more physical conditions of the subject; and

Generating one or more reports in response to the identified one or more physical conditions of the subject.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 65, wherein the one or more treatment conditions include at least one of movement of one or more body parts of the subject, a change in position of one or more portions of a current treatment facility module of a plurality of treatment facility modules, or a force generated by the subject using the one or more current treatment facility modules.

The modular personal treatment system of claim 65, further comprising an output device operably coupled to the controller and configured to generate the one or more reports in response to the identified one or more physical conditions of the subject in response to one or more signals received from the controller.

Background

generally, improving a physical condition of an individual involves fitness or training, for example, to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, agility, range of motion, and the like. For example, an injured individual may benefit from physical therapy that may include various fitness programs.

As a result, manufacturers, users, and designers of fitness and training systems continue to seek improvements thereto.

Disclosure of Invention

embodiments disclosed herein are directed to personal treatment and fitness systems and methods related thereto. For example, the personal treatment system may be a modular system, which may include a plurality of treatment facility modules. In particular, for example, a subject may access a first treatment facility module during a first stage or step of treatment and a second treatment facility module during a second (subsequent) stage or step of treatment. In an embodiment, a therapy system may include a therapy controller and one or more sensors that may detect one or more conditions associated with a subject or one or more conditions associated with a therapy institution module. Depending on the condition detected by the sensor, the therapy controller may allow or inform the subject to access one or more new therapy facility modules (e.g., to advance the subject's therapy or fitness plan).

One embodiment includes a modular personal treatment system including a plurality of treatment facility modules. Each of the plurality of treatment facility modules has a selected difficulty setting. The plurality of treatment institution modules includes one or more current treatment institution modules usable by the subject. The modular personal treatment system further comprises: one or more sensors positioned and configured to detect one or more treatment conditions; and a controller comprising control circuitry configured to: receiving one or more signals from the one or more sensors; identifying one or more new treatment institution modules of the plurality of treatment institution modules for the subject in response to the one or more signals received from the one or more sensors; and generating one or more institution access outputs configured to provide the subject with access to the one or more new therapy institution modules.

One embodiment includes a method of providing personal treatment to a subject. The method comprises the following steps: at a controller, one or more signals are received from one or more sensors configured to detect one or more of movement of one or more body parts of the subject or a change in position of one or more portions of one or more current therapy institution modules used by the subject.
