Receiving an image specification operation that specifies the unit specification image being displayed at the display section; and

And displaying the content of the specification indicated by the unit specification image specified by the received image specification operation on the display unit.

That is, a user of the PLC system selects a necessary unit from among a plurality of types of units, and combines the selected units to construct the PLC system. Patent document 1 describes a PLC system construction support tool for supporting a PLC system construction operation.

the PLC system construction assisting tool described in patent document 1 has a function of calculating a total value of specifications such as a width, a weight, and a current consumption of each unit constituting the PLC system and displaying the calculated value on a screen each time a unit is selected by a user. The PLC system construction assistance tool described in patent document 1 also has a function of displaying each unit constituting the PLC system in a box figure and displaying information of each unit in a text format.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention described in patent document 1 displays all cells by the same box pattern regardless of the type of the cell, and displays information of the cell in text form in each box pattern. Therefore, in order to know the type of each unit, it is necessary to confirm information displayed in each block diagram of the simulation unit, and if the number of units increases, it takes time to grasp the information of each unit. For example, in a case where communication with another device is not required, even if a unit having the communication function is desired to be deleted, it may take time until a unit to be deleted is found. As units constituting the PLC system, there are many types of units such as an input unit, an output unit, a network unit for communicating with other systems via a network, a cpu (central Processing unit) unit for controlling each unit, and a power supply unit for supplying power to each unit. In addition, there are several kinds of input units, including an input unit for inputting an analog signal and an input unit for inputting a digital signal. There are also input means and output means that can process different numbers of signals simultaneously. If the information of each type of cell is displayed by the character information, the amount of information increases, and the load of the work for the user to confirm the distinction of each cell based on the character information increases.

the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a system construction support device that allows a user to easily grasp specifications of each unit included in a system including a plurality of units.

In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, a system construction support device according to the present invention includes: an operation receiving unit that receives an operation by a user; and a display control unit that displays, on the display unit, a screen for assisting construction work of a system configured by a plurality of units, based on the content of the operation received by the operation receiving unit. Further, if the operation receiving unit receives a predetermined specific operation, the display control unit displays a cell specification image representing the specification of a cell constituting the system using a graphic on the display unit in association with the cell image representing the cell.

Detailed Description
