The wire harness has a linear portion arranged along the rail in the housing portion, and has a curved portion that is further folded back along the rail on a side of the linear portion opposite to the folded-back guide portion,

A slide holding member that holds the curved portion slidably in a curved direction of the curved portion and is movable in an extending direction of the linear portion is provided in the housing portion,

The slide holding member is provided with a separation guide portion for separating the linear portion from the side wall.

2. The wire harness routing device according to claim 1, wherein the slide holding member has an outer guide wall that guides the wire harness in the bending direction,

Technical Field

The technology disclosed in this specification relates to a wire harness routing device.

Background

Conventionally, as a wire harness routing device for electrically connecting a vehicle and a slide member such as a slide seat mounted on the vehicle, a wire harness routing device described in patent document 1 is known. The wire harness routing device includes: a track; a slider slidably attached to the rail; a wire harness disposed in the rail, one end of the wire harness being connected to the slider; and an extra-length storage section that stores an extra-length portion of the wire harness pushed out to the outside of the rail. The wire harness may include an outer package.

Disclosure of Invention

problems to be solved by the invention

according to the above configuration, when the slider moves in the rail, the wire harness connected to the slider also moves in the rail in accordance with the movement of the slider. However, the wire harness is in sliding contact with the wall surface of the extra-long storage section at this time, and therefore, there is a problem that the wire harness is damaged or the sound is loud.

The technology disclosed in the present specification has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the technology is to provide a wire harness routing device capable of suppressing sliding contact between a wire harness and a side wall of a housing portion.

Means for solving the problems

The technology disclosed in this specification is a wire harness routing device including: a wire harness having one end side connected to a slider slidably attached to a rail and the other end side led out from the rail; a fold-back guide portion that bends the wire harness led out from the rail and folds back the wire harness in a direction along the rail; and a storage section having a bottom wall and a side wall rising from a side edge of the bottom wall, the storage section storing the wire harness folded back by the folding-back guide section, the wire harness having a linear portion arranged along the rail in the storage section and having a curved portion further folded back along the rail on a side opposite to the folding-back guide section in the linear portion, the storage section being provided with a slide holding member that holds the curved portion so as to be slidable in a bending direction of the curved portion and is movable in an extending direction of the linear portion, the slide holding member being provided with a separation guide section that separates the linear portion from the side wall.

According to this configuration, since the linear portion of the wire harness is separated from the side wall of the housing portion by the separation guide portion provided in the slide holding member, the sliding contact between the wire harness and the side wall of the housing portion can be suppressed. Thus, the harness can be prevented from being damaged, and the size of the emitted sound can be suppressed.

The wire harness routing device may have the following configuration.

The slide holding member may have an outer guide wall for guiding the wire harness in the bending direction, and the separation guide may be a partition wall extending from the outer guide wall and positioned between the linear portion and the side wall of the wire harness.

As an example of a method for realizing the separation guide portion, the partition wall described above may be provided.

a movement guide portion may be provided that guides the movement of the slide holding member in a direction along the extending direction of the linear portion. With this configuration, the slide holding member can be stably moved in the normal movement direction in the housing portion.

The separation guide may be disposed apart from the side wall. According to this configuration, the separation guide is separated from the side wall in addition to the wire harness, and therefore, the emission of sound can be further suppressed.

An inclination restricting portion may be provided that restricts the slide holding member from inclining in a direction intersecting the bottom wall. With this configuration, the slide holding member can be prevented from being inclined with respect to the bottom wall due to vibration or the like.

The folding-back guide portion may have an outer curved wall that curves the wire harness in a direction along the rail, and the side wall of the housing portion may be disposed outward of a region of the outer curved wall adjacent to the side wall, and may be formed in a stepped shape with the outer curved wall.

According to this configuration, the linear portion of the wire harness introduced from the folded-back guide portion into the housing portion is separated from the side wall by the step portion as well as the separation guide portion, so that the sliding contact between the wire harness and the side wall of the housing portion can be more reliably suppressed.

The wire harness may be configured by covering the periphery of the plurality of wires with an exterior body, and the exterior body may be allowed to bend only in one direction. According to this configuration, the outer package can suppress damage to the electric wire and can suppress bending of the wire harness in a direction different from the original bending direction.

An abnormal noise absorbing member may be provided between the wire harness and the side wall. According to such a structure, even when the wire harness and the side wall are in contact, the abnormal noise absorbing member can suppress the emission of sound.

Effects of the invention

According to the technique disclosed in the present specification, a wire harness routing device capable of suppressing sliding contact between a wire harness and a side wall of a housing section can be obtained.

Detailed Description

An embodiment is described with reference to fig. 1 to 15. The wire harness routing device 10 of the present embodiment is a device that routes a wire harness 11 between a vehicle body (not shown) of a vehicle (not shown) such as an automobile and a seat 70. Hereinafter, the X direction of fig. 2 is referred to as the right direction, the Y direction is referred to as the front direction, and the Z direction is referred to as the upper direction.

As shown in fig. 2, the wire harness routing device 10 includes: a wire harness 11 having one end connected to a slider 25 slidably attached to the rail 20 and the other end led out from the rail 20; and an extra length housing portion 30 that absorbs an extra length portion of the wire harness 11 led out from the rail 20.

(Wiring harness 11)

The wire harness 11 is wired on (under a pad, a board, or the like) the floor of the vehicle body or under the floor, and is connected to a device such as an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) on the vehicle body side. Power supply and signal transmission and reception between the equipment on the vehicle side and the electrical components of the seat 70 are performed through the wire harness 11. As the electric device, any electric device such as an electric slide, an electric motor for automatic electric adjustment, a seat heater, and the like can be used as necessary.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the wired harness 11 is inserted through the rail 20 and the extra length housing portion 30. The wire harness 11 includes a plurality of (four in the present embodiment) electric wires 12 and an exterior body 13 covering the plurality of electric wires 12. Each wire 12 is a coated wire in which a metal conductor portion made of copper, a copper alloy, aluminum, an aluminum alloy, or the like is coated with an insulating layer, and is connected to various electrical components provided in the seat 70.

The outer case 13 is made of, for example, a synthetic resin, and is configured by connecting a plurality of square tube portions 14 as shown in fig. 9, and the square tube portions 14 have a band-shaped portion 15 extending in a band shape along the electric wire 12 as one side wall. A plurality of flexible portions 16 having flexibility are formed at predetermined intervals in the band portion 15. The flexible portion 16 is cut across the entire width on the outer surface side, and the thickness dimension is reduced to a degree enabling flexural deformation, whereby the band-shaped portion 15 can be bent in a direction intersecting the plate surface.

One side of a pair of side walls 17, 18 connected to each other so as to rise from both side edges of the belt-shaped portion 15 in the square tubular portion 14 is a lower side wall 17 disposed perpendicular to the plate surface of the belt-shaped portion 15, and the other side is an upper side wall 18 disposed so as to extend outward from the perpendicular direction. The side wall facing the band-shaped portion 15 is a lid 19, and one end of the lid 19 is provided on the lower side wall via a hinge 19A so as to be openable and closable. In a state where the lid 19 is closed, the lower tube portion 14 is formed as a rectangular tube having a right-angled trapezoid cross section.

The exterior body 13 is formed to be bendable only in one direction with the band-shaped portion 15 as an inner side. When the exterior body 13 is to be bent in a direction outward of the band-shaped portion 15, the bending restriction portions provided to the respective tube portions 14 abut against each other, and the bending in the direction is restricted.

(Rail 20)

The rails 20 are made of metal, and a pair of rails 20 are provided on the floor for each seat 70. As the metal constituting the rail 20, any metal such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and the like can be appropriately selected as necessary. The rail 20 is formed to linearly extend in the front-rear direction (Y direction in fig. 2). The rail 20 includes a bottom wall (not shown) extending in the front-rear direction, a pair of side walls 21 rising upward from both left and right side edges of the bottom wall, and an upper wall 22 connecting upper end edges of the pair of side walls 21, and is formed by providing a through groove 23 extending in the front-rear direction in the upper wall 22.

As shown in fig. 2, a slider 25 slidable with respect to the rail 20 is disposed in the rail 20. The wire harness 11 is inserted into the guide member 26, the guide member 26 is fixed to the front end portion of the slider 25 in the rail 20, and the extending direction of the wire harness 11 is changed from the front-rear direction (Y direction) to the upper direction (seat 70 side, Z direction) by the guide member 26.

(surplus length storage section 30)

Extra-length housing portions 30 are disposed at positions adjacent to the front and sides of the rail 20, and the extra-length housing portions 30 absorb extra-length portions of the wire harness 11 led out from the rail 20. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the extra length storage unit 30 includes: a folded-back guide portion 31 that bends an extra-length portion of the wire harness 11 into a gentle U-shape and folds the extra-length portion back along the rail 20; and a housing portion 41 that houses the wire harness 11 folded back by the folding-back guide portion 31.

when the seat 70 slides forward, the harness 11 in the rail 20 moves forward, and the extra length of the harness 11 is stored in the storage portion 41 through the folded-back guide portion 31. The material for forming the extra length storage portion 30 can be appropriately selected according to need, such as synthetic resin or metal.

The folded guide portion 31 includes a folded groove 32 having a U-shape in plan view, and the folded groove 32 includes an inner curved wall 33 disposed on an inner side in a folded direction of the wire harness 11, an outer curved wall 34 disposed on an outer side with a predetermined distance from the inner curved wall 33, and a bottom wall 35 connecting lower ends of the inner curved wall 33 and the outer curved wall 34. As shown in fig. 8, one end side (left side in fig. 8) of the folded groove 32 is connected to the front end of the region (left side in fig. 8, position near the left end of the rail 20) of the rail 20 in which the wire harness 11 is housed. The other end side of the folded groove 32 is connected to the vicinity of the right end of the housing portion 41.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the housing portion 41 includes: a bottom wall 42 extending in the front-rear direction (Y direction) and having a semicircular rear end edge in plan view; a pair of right and left side walls 43, 44 rising from side edges of the bottom wall 42 extending in the front-rear direction; and a curved rear wall 45 connecting the right side wall 43 and the left side wall 44 to the rear side.

The right side wall 43 is disposed outward (rightward in fig. 4) of the region of the outer curved wall 34 of the folded guide portion 31 adjacent to the right side wall 43. That is, the boundary portion between the right side wall 43 of the housing portion 41 and the outer curved wall 34 is stepped. Hereinafter, the stepped portion is referred to as a stepped portion 40.

A wide movement guide groove 46 (an example of a movement guide portion) extending in the front-rear direction (Y direction) is formed in the center portion in the width direction (X direction) of the bottom wall 42 of the housing portion 41. The movement guide groove 46 is provided throughout the entire front-rear direction of the housing 41. The movement guide groove 46 has a recess 46A formed at the center in the width direction (left-right direction, X direction) and recessed downward.

As shown in fig. 8, the wire harness 11 led out from the front end portion of the rail 20 is guided into the accommodating portion 41 through the folding groove 32 (between the inner curved wall 33 and the outer curved wall 34) of the folding guide portion 31 in the extra-long accommodating portion 30, and is routed rearward along the right side wall 43 at a predetermined distance from the right side wall 43 by the step portion 40. A portion of the wire harness 11 along the right side wall 43 is defined as a 1 st straight portion 11A. The rear side (the side opposite to the folding guide 31) of the 1 st linear portion 11A is bent toward the rail 20 (the left side) and folded again, and is routed forward along the inner surface of the left side wall 44. Hereinafter, the bent portion is referred to as a bent portion 11B, and a portion along the left side wall 44 is referred to as a 2 nd straight portion 11C. The plurality of wires 12 are led out from the outer case 13 at the front end portion of the left side wall 44, and although not shown in detail, the plurality of wires 12 pass below the folding groove 32 and are led out to the outside of the wire harness routing device 10.

(slide holding member 50)

The wire harness routing device 10 of the present embodiment includes a slide holding member 50 that is movable in the front-rear direction (Y direction) in the housing section 41.

The slide holding member 50 includes: an inner guide 51 disposed inside the bent portion 11B of the wire harness 11 in the bending direction C in a region corresponding to the bent portion 11B; an outer guide portion 55 disposed on the outer side in the bending direction C (the outer side of the inner guide portion 51) as above; and a coupling portion 60 that integrally couples the inner guide portion 51 and the outer guide portion 55 (see fig. 10 to 13).

The inner guide portion 51 has an inner guide wall 52 having a U shape in plan view, and the rear surface side of the inner guide wall 52 is formed as a curved surface curved rearward to a semicircular shape in plan view, and both sides of the curved surface are formed as a pair of flat surfaces extending forward. The pair of front end edges of the inner guide wall 52 are connected by a flat front wall 53, and have a D-shaped frame shape as a whole. The inner guide wall 52 and the front wall 53 are bridged by a plurality of bridges 54. The height dimensions of the inner guide walls 52, the front wall 53, and the plurality of bridges 54 are all set to the same dimension.

The outer guide portion 55 includes an outer guide wall 56, and the outer guide wall 56 has a curved surface that is separated by a predetermined distance to the rear side from the rear surface (curved surface) of the inner guide wall 52. A partition wall 57 (an example of a separation guide portion) extending forward is provided at an end portion on the right side in fig. 11 (a front end on one side) of the outer guide wall 56.

The partition wall 57 is disposed at a predetermined distance from the right side surface of the inner guide wall 52, and the surface (left side surface) facing the inner guide wall 52 is planar. On the surface on the opposite side (the surface on the right side), a plurality of ribs 57A projecting toward the right side wall 43 of the housing section 41 are provided so as to extend in the vertical direction (the direction orthogonal to the paper surface in fig. 11, the Z direction). The partition wall 57 is set to have a length such that the front end (lower end in fig. 11) is at the same position as the front end of the inner guide 51 (front surface of the front wall 53).

The outer guide 55 has a curved plate-like rear wall 58 projecting rearward, and is formed in a generally J-shaped frame shape as a whole in plan view. The outer guide wall 56 and the rear wall 58 are bridged by a plurality of bridges 59. The height dimensions of the outer guide wall 56, the rear wall 58, the plurality of bridges 59, and the partition wall 57 are all set to the same dimension. The height of the outer guide 55 is equal to the height of the inner guide 51. The width of the outer guide 55 in the lateral direction (X direction) is set to be slightly smaller than the width of the housing 41.

The inner guide 51 and the outer guide 55 are integrally formed by a plate-shaped coupling portion 60 extending in the front-rear direction (Y direction). As shown in fig. 9, the coupling portion 60 is formed in a plate shape having a width in the left-right direction (X direction) slightly smaller than that of the inner guide portion 51, and is formed in a width dimension (an example of the movement guide portion) to be substantially fitted into the movement guide groove 46, a pair of guide ribs 61 are provided on a bottom surface (lower surface) of the coupling portion 60 so as to protrude downward, and the pair of guide ribs 61 extend in the front-rear direction and can be accommodated in the movement guide groove 46 (see fig. 13). The bottom surface of the coupling portion 60 is disposed at a position separated from the movement guide groove 46 by the guide ribs 61.

A curved slide guide 63 is formed between the inner guide wall 52 and the outer guide wall 56, and the wire harness 11 can be arranged. As described above, the plurality of wires 12 of the wire harness 11 are covered with the exterior 13. The distance between the inner guide wall 52 and the outer guide wall 56 is set to be larger than the width of the outer package 13. Thus, the exterior body 13 can slide in the left-right direction (X direction) while maintaining a bent state in the gap (the bent slide guide portion 63) between the inner guide wall 52 and the outer guide wall 56.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the wire harness 11 (the 1 st straight portion 11A) linearly arranged by being introduced from the folded guide portion 31 into the housing portion 41 enters between the partition wall 57 and the right side surface of the inner guide wall 52, and is introduced into the curved slide guide portion 63. The curved slide guide portion 63 is curved (curved portion 11B), folded back in a direction along the rail 20 (front-rear direction, Y direction), and arranged in a straight line toward the front along the left side wall 44 of the housing portion 41 (No. 2 straight portion 11C).

As shown in fig. 1, a cover 65 is attached to an open surface (upper surface) of the extra-long storage section 30. As shown in fig. 9, the cover 65 is spaced from the upper surface of the slide holding member 50 by a small gap to such an extent that the cover does not slide on the slide holding member 50 in a state of covering the extra length housing portion 30. When the slide holding member 50 is inclined with respect to the bottom wall 42 of the housing portion 41, the slide holding member 50 abuts against the cover 65, and therefore the inclination of the slide holding member 50 (an example of an inclination regulating portion) can be suppressed by the cover 65.

(effects of the embodiment)

According to the wire harness routing device 10 of the present embodiment, when the seat 70 is slid forward, one end side (left end) of the wire harness 11 connected to the slider 25 moves forward, and the extra length of the wire harness 11 is stored in the storage portion 41 by the folded-back guide portion 31.

More specifically, the wire harness 11 pushed out from the front end portion of the rail 20 is pressed against the outer curved wall 34 of the folded groove 32, is bent while being guided by the outer curved wall 34, is folded back in the direction along the rail 20 (the front-rear direction Y), and is pushed out into the housing portion 41. At this time, since the stepped portion 40 is formed at the boundary portion between the outside curved wall 34 and the right side wall 43 of the housing portion 41, the wire harness 11 is linearly routed rearward along the right side wall 43 while being spaced apart from the right side wall 43 by a predetermined distance by the stepped portion 40 (the 1 st linear portion 11A).

The rear side of the linearly arranged wire harness 11 (the 1 st straight portion 11A) is inserted into the curved slide guide portion 63 of the slide holding member 50 and is curved (the curved portion 11B). The curved portion 11B is pushed rearward from the 1 st straight portion 11A side, and thereby pushes the outer guide wall 56 of the outer guide portion 55 rearward while sliding leftward (toward the rail 20 side) in the curved slide guide portion 63 (see fig. 14). Thereby, the slide holding member 50 moves rearward in the housing portion 41.

At this time, since the slide holding member 50 is provided with the partition wall 57 between the 1 st straight portion 11A of the wire harness 11 and the right side wall 43 of the housing portion 41, the wire harness 11 can be prevented from sliding against the right side wall 43. Further, as described above, since the end portion of the 1 st straight portion 11A on the folded-back guide portion 31 side is separated from the right side wall 43 by the step portion 40, the 1 st straight portion 11A of the wire harness 11 is formed in a form of being bridged between the step portion 40 and the partition wall 57, and is more surely separated from the right side wall 43.

On the other hand, when the seat 70 is slid rearward, one end side (left end) of the wire harness 11 connected to the slider 25 moves rearward, and the extra length of the wire harness 11 is pulled from the housing 41 toward the folded guide 31.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, the bent portion 11B disposed in the curved slide guide portion 63 of the slide holding member 50 is pulled toward the 1 st straight portion 11A, and pulls the inner guide wall 52 of the inner guide portion 51 from the back side toward the front while sliding rightward (in the opposite direction of the rail 20) in the curved slide guide portion 63. Thereby, the slide holding member 50 moves forward in the housing 41.

(effects of the embodiment)

The wire harness routing device 10 of the present embodiment is provided with the slide holding member 50 in the housing portion 41, and the slide holding member 50 holds the bent portion 11B of the wire harness 11 slidably in the bending direction C and is movable in the extending direction (Y direction) of the 1 st straight portion 11A. A partition wall 57 is provided in the slide holding member 50, and the partition wall 57 extends forward from the outer guide wall 56 and is positioned between the 1 st linear portion 11A and the right side wall 43.

According to such a configuration, since the 1 st straight portion 11A of the wire harness 11 is separated from the right side wall 43 of the housing portion 41 by the partition wall 57, the sliding contact between the wire harness 11 and the right side wall 43 can be suppressed. This can prevent the wire harness 11 from being damaged, and can suppress the magnitude of the emitted sound.

Further, the movement guide groove 46 is provided in the bottom wall 42 of the housing 41, and the coupling portion 60 of the slide holding member 50 is fitted into the groove substantially, whereby the movement of the slide holding member 50 in the direction along the extending direction (Y direction) of the 1 st linear portion 11A can be guided. Therefore, the slide holding member 50 can be stably moved in the normal moving direction in the housing 41.

Further, although foreign matter may enter the movement guide groove 46, in the present embodiment, since the recess 46A is provided in the movement guide groove 46, foreign matter can enter the recess 46A. Since the width of the outer guide portion 55, that is, the width of the entire slide holding member 50 is set smaller than the width of the housing portion 41, the partition wall 57 is disposed apart from the right side wall 43. According to such a configuration, not only the wire harness 11 but also the partition wall 57, that is, the slide holding member 50 is formed in a state of being separated from the right side wall 43, so that the emission of sound can be further suppressed.

The extra-long storage section 30 is covered with a cover 65, and the cover 65 is spaced from the upper surface of the slide holding member 50 by a small gap to such an extent that the cover does not slide on the slide holding member 50 in a state of covering the extra-long storage section 30. That is, when the slide holding member 50 is inclined with respect to the bottom wall 42 of the housing 41 due to vibration or the like, the slide holding member 50 abuts on the cover 65, and the inclination of the slide holding member 50 can be suppressed by the cover 65 (an example of an inclination restricting portion).

The folded-back guide portion 31 has an outer curved wall 34 that curves the wire harness 11 in a direction along the rail 20 (Y direction), and the right side wall 43 of the housing portion 41 is disposed further outward than the outer curved wall 34 at a boundary portion with the outer curved wall 34, so that a step portion 40 is formed between the outer curved wall 34 and the right side wall 43.

Therefore, the 1 st straight portion 11A of the wire harness 11 introduced from the folded-back guide portion 31 into the housing portion 41 is separated from the right side wall 43 not only by the partition wall 57 but also by the step portion 40, so that the sliding contact between the wire harness 11 and the right side wall 43 of the housing portion 41 can be more reliably suppressed.

The wire harness 11 is configured by covering the periphery of the plurality of wires 12 with the exterior 13, and the exterior 13 is allowed to bend only in one direction. Therefore, the outer package 13 can suppress damage to the wires 12 and can suppress bending of the wire harness 11 in a direction different from the original bending direction.

As described above, according to the wire harness routing device 10 of the present embodiment, the sliding contact between the wire harness 11 and the right side wall 43 of the housing portion 41 can be suppressed.

The technology disclosed in the present specification is not limited to the embodiments described above and illustrated in the drawings, and for example, the following embodiments are also included in the technical scope of the present invention.

(1) In the above embodiment, the separation guide portion is shown as the partition wall 57, but the separation guide portion may be, for example, a protrusion protruding from the outer guide portion 55 toward the right side wall 43. In short, the wire harness is not limited to the above embodiment as long as it is separated from the side wall of the housing portion.

(2) In the above embodiment, not only the wire harness 11 but also the partition wall 57 (separation guide) is disposed so as to be separated from the right side wall 43, but the separation guide may be configured to abut against the side wall.

(7) An abnormal noise absorbing member may be provided between the wire harness 11 and the right and left side walls 43, 44. According to such a structure, even in the case where the wire harness 11 is in contact with the right side wall 43 or the left side wall 44, the emission of sound can be suppressed by the abnormal noise absorbing member.
