Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of separation, and relates to a dust remover, in particular to a wet dust remover.

Background

Wet dust removal is a method of cleaning a gas by sufficiently contacting a dust-containing gas with a cleaning liquid (generally water) to remove dust particles. The wet dust collector has the advantages of high wet dust collection efficiency, simple structure, low cost, small occupied area and convenient operation and maintenance, and is particularly suitable for treating high-temperature, high-humidity, inflammable and explosive dusty gas.

The inventors of the present invention have proposed a wet polishing dust collector (grant No. CN 206436141U) in which dust-containing gas passes through a fine air gap to cause water splash to be excited and mixed into the gas flow. The inventor later proposes a wet dust collector (application publication No. CN 106807176A), which effectively improves the moisture content in the gas flow and realizes the improvement of the dust collection efficiency. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that more configurations are possible to increase the moisture content of the gas stream to meet different usage conditions.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a wet dust collector, and aims to solve the technical problem of how to provide another air flow with the water vapor content capable of improving the water vapor content in the air flow.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: a wet dust collector comprises a box body and a medium separation device, wherein a water storage cavity is formed in the bottom of an inner cavity of the box body, a dust inlet cavity and a dust removing cavity are further formed in the inner cavity of the box body, a partition plate is arranged between the dust inlet cavity and the dust removing cavity and fixedly connected with the box body, and airflow can flow through an air gap between the liquid level of a liquid medium in the water storage cavity and the bottom edge of the partition plate; the dust removing device is characterized in that the lower part of the partition board is a first air guide area which inclines towards the dust removing cavity, and the vertical section of the first air guide area is arc-shaped; the side wall of the dust removing cavity, which is opposite to the partition plate, is a rear side wall, the lower part of the rear side wall is a second air guide area which is inclined towards the direction of the dust removing cavity, and the vertical section of the second air guide area is arc-shaped; the lower edge of the rear side wall is positioned below the partition plate, and when the water storage cavity contains the liquid medium, the lower edge of the rear side wall is positioned below the liquid level of the liquid medium.

When the wet dust collector operates, the air flow flowing from the dust inlet cavity to the dust removing cavity passes through the air passing gap, and under the air guide effect of the first air guide area, the air flow flows more stably and the contact area of the air flow and the liquid surface is larger, so that more water vapor is mixed into the air flow. Because the back lateral wall in dust removal chamber is the arc, under the water conservancy diversion effect of back lateral wall, the air current produces the vortex in the bottom region in dust removal chamber, and steam is constantly smashed to and steam constantly mixes with the air current, and then in more steam mixes the air current, and make steam more tiny and steam and air current mix more evenly. In the process, part of water vapor collides with the partition plate, water flows downwards along the plate surface of the partition plate, and when the water flows to the lower edge of the partition plate, most of the water is mixed into the air flow again, so that the water vapor content in the air flow is improved.

The arrangement structure of the second air guide area in the rear side wall prevents air flow from entering the dust removal cavity from the gap between the bottom edge and the bottom wall of the rear side wall, and dust separated and settled in the dust inlet cavity and the dust removal cavity can still slide to the rear side along the bottom wall of the box body, so that the dust collection is realized, and the dust cleaning convenience is ensured.

Compared with the prior art, the wet dust collector has the advantages that the moisture content in the air flow can be improved through the structures, the particle size of the moisture is reduced, the mixing uniformity of the moisture is improved, and the moisture content in the air flow is ensured to meet the dust collection technical requirement.

Compared with a wet dust collector (application publication No. CN 106807176A), the wet dust collector has no water storage tank and no water discharge opening, thereby avoiding the problem that the water discharge opening is easy to block.

In the above wet dust collector, a grille is provided above the first air guiding area, and the grille is attached to the case.

In the above wet dust collector, the top of the partition plate has an inclined water guide area, and the water guide area is located below the medium separator.

In the above wet dust collector, the number of the dust inlet cavities in the box body is two, the number of the dust removing cavities is one, the two dust inlet cavities are communicated with the dust removing cavities through air gaps, the bottom of the dust removing cavities is provided with two vortex areas corresponding to the two dust inlet cavities one to one, and a water return area is arranged between the two vortex areas.

In the wet dust collector, the bottom of the dust removing cavity is provided with a vertical plate which is fixedly connected with the box body.

In the above-described wet scrubber, the grille is located at the top of the vortex area.

In the above wet dust collector, a positioning groove is fixed on the inner side surface of the box body, and the grid is placed in the positioning groove.
