6. A preparation method of odorless environment-friendly nitrile rubber is characterized in that,

1) First-stage mixing: adding hydrogenated nitrile rubber into an internal mixer for plastication, then adding zinc oxide, stearic acid, an anti-aging agent, kaolin, partial white carbon black and semi-reinforcing carbon black, then adding the rest white carbon black, semi-reinforcing carbon black and polyisoprene, heating and preserving heat;

2) and (3) second-stage mixing: adding the materials after the first-stage mixing into an open mill, wrapping a roller by the first-stage mixing rubber, adding an accelerator, sulfur and a deodorant, mixing uniformly, and then taking out slices;

3) and (3) vulcanizing the rubber material, namely vulcanizing for the first time: the temperature is 165-185 ℃, and the time is 8-15 min; secondary vulcanization: the temperature is 115 ℃ and 125 ℃, and the time is 2.5-3.5 h.

4) And (4) drying, namely after the materials after the second-stage vulcanization are cooled, placing the materials in water for boiling, and then drying.
