Corrugated cardboard binder according to claim 1, characterised in that the binder has a mass content of solid matter of 30%, which solid matter comprises the following constituents in mass percent: 80% of cassava starch, 4% of caustic soda, 1% of borax, 1% of a stabilizer, 8% of a penetrating agent, 1% of a defoaming agent and 5% of a curing agent.

5. The corrugated cardboard binder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the tapioca starch has a water content of not more than 14%, the grain size of the starch is 98-100 mesh, and the protein content of the starch is less than 0.4% by mass.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an adhesive, and more particularly, to an adhesive for corrugated cardboards.

Background

The main components of the corrugated board adhesive are starch, caustic soda, borax and additives. In the cardboard industry, corn starch or tapioca starch is basically used, and the two starches have good and bad properties. The corn starch is characterized by high gelatinization temperature (60-62 ℃), slow viscosity generation (small particles with average size of 20 microns), and viscosity generation only after expansion to a certain degree. And meanwhile, the drying speed is slow, and the viscosity and the sticking capability are weak. The cassava starch has better performance than the corn starch, but the cassava starch material has high unit price, and the use cost is high if the dosage of the adhesive cannot be obviously reduced.

CN108659736A discloses a novel corrugated board adhesive and a preparation method thereof. It is prepared from cassava starch, borax, caustic soda, water, adhesive, penetrant and aluminum sulfate through mixing, copolymerization and dissolution in carrier tank and main tank. The corrugated board adhesive prepared by the technical scheme has insufficient capability of permeating and dispersing into paper, so that the width of an adhesive line is too large, and the adhesive strength of the corrugated board is still to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, and provides an implementation mode of the corrugated board adhesive, so that the problems of the corrugated board and the like caused by low bonding strength, poor permeation and dispersion performance, overlarge glue line width and the like of the adhesive can be solved.

In the corrugated board adhesive, the water content of the cassava starch is less than or equal to 14 percent, the grain mesh number of the starch is 98-100 meshes, and the protein mass content of the starch is less than 0.4 percent.

In the corrugated board adhesive, the purity of caustic soda is 97-99%.

The cassava starch is the main body of biochemical reaction, and the dosage of the cassava starch reaches more than 70% of the mass of solid matters, so the quality of the adhesive has a direct relation with the mass and dosage of the starch. The moisture content, fineness and protein of the starch are all main factors influencing the quality of the glue. Caustic soda is an oxidant, plays a role in gelatinization and is capable of wetting softened paper boards. The purity of the caustic soda has an influence on the capability of the caustic soda to infiltrate and soften the paper board, and researches show that the capability of the caustic soda to infiltrate and soften the paper board is higher when the purity of the caustic soda reaches 97-99%.

Borax plays a role in complexing and thickening, and the dosage of borax influences the cohesive force of the adhesive.

The stabilizer stabilizes the adhesive properties so that the adhesive is not emulsified.

The anti-foaming agent can reduce foaming caused by too high a protein content in the binder.

The penetrating agent can promote the adhesive to penetrate into the corrugated board, reduce the line width and prevent the corrugated board at the gluing part from being corrugated. When the amount of the penetrant is small, the penetrant can promote penetration to some extent, but the line width cannot be obviously reduced, and the paperboard is prevented from being corrugated.

Sodium tetraborate Na2B4O7·10H2The O curing agent can promote the wet adhesive to be quickly cured, dried and bonded to form strong surface adhesion.

The invention uses 8% penetrant and 5% curing agent in the solid component of the corrugated board adhesive, the amount of the penetrant is about 8 times of CN108659736A, so that the adhesive has high permeability, the technical proposal that sodium tetraborate is used as the curing agent and added into the adhesive is not seen in the industry, and the amount of the sodium tetraborate is about 5%, so that the adhesive has high adhesive property, under the combined action of the penetrant and the curing agent, the adhesive has enough time and speed to permeate into the corrugated board in the using process, the line width of the adhesive is reduced, the corrugation is prevented from being formed, and the adhesive with high adhesive property can ensure that the corrugated board is well adhered under the condition of small amount, so that the amount of the adhesive is reduced.
