1. The agricultural vehicle fertilizing device is characterized by comprising a mixing device and a spraying device;

3. The fertilizing apparatus for agricultural vehicles as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the second connecting pipe (22) is provided with a first valve (41) at its front and rear ends, and the third connecting pipe (23) is provided with a second valve (42).

4. The fertilizer applicator for agricultural vehicles of claim 3, wherein the first discharge pipe (24) and the second discharge pipe (25) are both serpentine hoses.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a fertilizing device for an agricultural vehicle, which is simple in structure, not only can realize the liquid state sufficient and uniform mixing of fertilizers, but also is better in fertilizing effect and more comprehensive.

In order to realize the aim, the agricultural vehicle fertilizing device comprises a material mixing device and a material spraying device;

the mixing device comprises a mixing cylinder, a stirring motor fixedly arranged at the upper end of the mixing cylinder and a stirring shaft fixedly connected with the output end of the stirring motor and positioned in the mixing cylinder;

the mixing cylinder is arranged on the moving vehicle, the upper end of the mixing cylinder is provided with a feed inlet, the upper part of the mixing cylinder is communicated with a water inlet pipe, the right end of the lower part of the mixing cylinder is connected with a material spraying device, and the lower end of the mixing cylinder is provided with a discharge outlet;

the material spraying device comprises a high-pressure water pump, a first connecting pipe and a second connecting pipe; the input end of the high-pressure water pump is connected with the mixing barrel through a discharge valve, the output end of the high-pressure water pump is connected with the left end of a first connecting pipe arranged on the left and right, and the right part of the first connecting pipe is positioned in front of the locomotive head of the mobile vehicle and communicated with the middle part of a second connecting pipe;

the second connecting pipe is arranged in the front and back, two ends of the second connecting pipe are connected with the first spray head through the first discharging pipes respectively, and the right end of the first connecting pipe is connected with the second spray head through the second discharging pipes.

Furthermore, the front part and the rear part of the second connecting pipe are respectively provided with a third connecting pipe, the third connecting pipes are arranged up and down, and the lower end of the third connecting pipes is provided with a third spray head.

Compared with the prior art, the agricultural vehicle fertilizing device is provided with the mixing device, and the fertilizer and water in the mixing cylinder are fully mixed by driving the mixing shaft through the mixing motor, so that the fertilizer is applied more uniformly; due to the arrangement of the material spraying device, the mixed liquid sequentially passes through the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe through the high-pressure water pump, and is sprayed from the first spray head and the second spray head on the first discharging pipe and the second discharging pipe, so that large area, more uniformity and comprehensiveness of fertilization are realized, and the opening and closing of the sprayed material are realized through the discharging valve and the first valve, so that the fertilizer spraying device is more flexible and convenient; the third connecting pipe is arranged up and down, and the second valve and the third spray head are correspondingly arranged, so that the material spraying device is suitable for different material spraying and dropping environments; this agricultural vehicle fertilizer injection unit simple structure not only realizes fertilizer and forms liquid abundant homogeneous mixing, and the fertilization effect is better moreover, and is more comprehensive.

As shown in figure 1, the fertilizing device of the agricultural vehicle comprises a mixing device and a spraying device;

the mixing device comprises a mixing cylinder 11, a stirring motor 13 fixedly arranged at the upper end of the mixing cylinder 11 and a stirring shaft fixedly connected with the output end of the stirring motor 13 and positioned in the mixing cylinder 11;

the mixing cylinder 11 is arranged on the moving vehicle, the upper end of the mixing cylinder is provided with a feed inlet 14, the upper part of the mixing cylinder is communicated with a water inlet pipe 12, the right end of the lower part of the mixing cylinder is connected with a material spraying device, and the lower end of the mixing cylinder is provided with a discharge outlet 15;

the material spraying device comprises a high-pressure water pump 17, a first connecting pipe 21 and a second connecting pipe 22; the input end of the high-pressure water pump 17 is connected with the mixing barrel 11 through the discharge valve 16, the output end of the high-pressure water pump is connected with the left end of a first connecting pipe 21 which is arranged left and right, and the right part of the first connecting pipe 21 is positioned in front of the locomotive head of the locomotive and communicated with the middle part of a second connecting pipe 22;

Furthermore, the third connecting pipes 23 are multiple and distributed on the second connecting pipes 22 in a front-to-back manner, and each second connecting pipe 22 is connected with the third nozzle 33 through a second valve 42; according to the actual material spraying needs, the second valve 42 is properly opened and closed to realize the material passing of the third connecting pipe 23, so that the material spraying device is suitable for different material spraying and dropping environments, and is more flexible to use.

Furthermore, the first discharge pipe 24 and the second discharge pipe 25 both adopt serpentine hoses; the flexible pipe is more flexible and changeable through the snake-shaped hose.

When the fertilizing device for the agricultural vehicle is used, solid fertilizers such as urea and chemical fertilizers are put into the feeding hole 14, liquid water is put into the water inlet pipe 12, the water and the fertilizers are mixed in the mixing barrel 11, the stirring motor 13 is started, the stirring shaft is driven by the stirring motor 13 to realize the full mixing of the fertilizers and the water, and the unused mixed liquid is discharged from the discharging hole 15;

when spouting the material, open bleeder valve 16 to start high pressure water pump 17, high pressure water pump 17 will mix the liquid and loop through first connecting pipe 21, second connecting pipe 22, spout the material from first shower nozzle 31 and second shower nozzle 32 on first discharging pipe 24 and the second discharging pipe 25, realize the large tracts of land of fertilization, it is more even and comprehensive, and realize spouting the switching of material through bleeder valve 16 and first valve 41, it is more nimble convenient.
