The fertilizer applicator is an indispensable important component in a modern agricultural water-saving micro-irrigation system. At present, a large number of fertilizer applicators are mainly applied, the fertilization concentration cannot be precisely controlled, but the fertilizer applicators with the fertilization concentration capable of being precisely controlled are often large in size, can only be fixedly used, are high in price and cannot be widely popularized in a short time. Therefore, the design of the fertilizer applicator which is small in size and can realize accurate fertilizer control is significant.

One end of the backflow sampling pipe is connected with a water inlet on the fertilizer injection pump, and a throttle valve is arranged at the joint.

And a one-way valve is arranged at the joint of the water outlet of the fertilizer injection pump and the fertilizer injection pipe, and the one-way valve is connected with a pressure gauge arranged on the base.

And a storage battery is also arranged in the base, is connected with the fertilizer injection pump and the conductivity sensing device and can be used as auxiliary energy to supply power to the fertilizer applicator.

As shown in fig. 1, a portable fertilizer applicator includes: the box body upper cover 1, the base 2, the fertilizer injection pump 8, the fertilizer injection pipe 13, the fertilizer suction pipe 10, the conductivity sensing device, the backflow sampling pipe 14 and the irrigation pipe 16, wherein the box body upper cover 1 is arranged on the base 2, the lifting handle 3 is arranged on the box body upper cover 1, the fertilizer injection pump 8 is arranged in the base 2, the fertilizer injection pump is provided with a stepless speed regulating switch 6, the speed regulating switch 6 is arranged on the base 2, a water outlet 17 and a water inlet 18 of the fertilizer injection pump 8 are respectively connected with the fertilizer outlet pipe 13 and the fertilizer suction pipe 10, the fertilizer suction pipe is connected into a high-concentration fertilizer solution, the fertilizer outlet pipe 13 is communicated with the irrigation pipe 16, the upstream of the irrigation pipe 16 is connected with a water source or a water delivery pipe, the downstream of the connection part of the irrigation pipe 16 and the fertilizer outlet pipe 13 is communicated with the backflow sampling pipe 14, and the other end of the backflow; the backflow sampling pipe is connected with a conductivity sensing device on the pipe body in the base 2.

The conductivity sensing device comprises a conductivity sensor probe 11 connected with a backflow sampling pipe 14 and a conductivity sensor host 5 connected with the conductivity sensor probe, wherein a display component is arranged on a base of the conductivity sensor host, and the conductivity sensor host can process and display data acquired by the conductivity sensor probe in real time and can represent the concentration of the currently irrigated fertilizer.

One end of the backflow sampling pipe 14 is connected with a water inlet 18 on the fertilizer injection pump 8, and a throttle valve 9 is arranged at the joint.

Still be equipped with battery 7 in the base 2, the battery links to each other with annotating fertile pump 8, conductivity sensing device, can supply power for the fertilizer distributor as auxiliary energy.

And a one-way valve 12 is arranged at the joint of the water outlet 17 of the fertilizer injection pump and the fertilizer injection pipe 13, and the one-way valve 12 is connected with a pressure gauge 4 arranged on the base 2.

During operation, high-concentration fertilizer solution enters the fertilizer injection pump 8 from the fertilizer suction pipe 10, is pressurized and then is injected into the irrigation pipe 16 from the fertilizer outlet pipe 13, water and fertilizer mixed solution flows through the mixer 15 and then is fully mixed, most of the water and fertilizer mixed solution flows into a downstream pipe network and enters a field, and a small part of the water and fertilizer mixed solution flows through the conductivity sensor probe 11 and the throttle valve 9 along the backflow sampling pipe 14 under the action of water pressure and then enters the fertilizer injection pump 8 again for cyclic utilization, wherein the conductivity sensor probe 11 detects the conductivity of the solution in real time in the process, and detected data are transmitted to the conductivity sensor host 5 for analysis, recording and display. The rotating speed of the fertilizer injection pump can be controlled by adjusting the speed regulating switch 6 to adjust the fertilizer injection amount and finally control the fertilizer application concentration.
