s3, crushing the obtained coarse material, and packaging the obtained powder with a filter bubble paper bag to obtain the tea bag.

To achieve the objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a haze preventing lung heat clearing and cough relieving tea made of fenugreek seeds, hyssop leaves, thyme leaves, mullein leaves, and licorice.

Wherein, fenugreek seeds: bitter in property and warm in nature, entering liver and kidney meridians. The main effects are dispelling cold and dampness, warming kidney yang. Achyranthes bidentata leaf: sweet, slightly bitter, slightly sour and cold in nature. It enters liver and kidney meridians. Purging fire, removing toxic substance, inducing diuresis and treating stranguria. Can be used for treating traumatic injury, rheumatic arthralgia, dysentery, diphtheria, sore throat, and edema. Hyssop is very effective against respiratory discomfort and viral infections such as cold, cough, sore throat, influenza, bronchitis and asthma. Hyssop can help to clear away lung-heat, relieve tightness of chest, make mucus flow smoothly and relieve bronchospasm. Thyme leaf: has pungent and warm nature and taste, and has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, relieving cough, invigorating spleen, activating qi-flowing, promoting diuresis and treating stranguria. Can be used for treating common cold, headache, cough, and pertussis. Leaves of mullein: bitter and cold in nature and has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials. Licorice root: neutral in nature and taste, enter heart, lung, spleen and stomach meridians. Has effects in invigorating spleen, invigorating qi, clearing away heat and toxic materials, eliminating phlegm, relieving cough, relieving spasm, relieving pain, and harmonizing.

Preferably, the haze-preventing, lung-heat-clearing and cough-relieving tea comprises, by weight, 100-150 parts of trigonella seeds, 80-120 parts of hyssop leaves, 150-200 parts of thyme leaves, 50-100 parts of mullein leaves and 30-60 parts of liquorice.

s2, adding 700 parts by weight of 500-one purified water into the obtained fenugreek seeds, hyssop leaves, thyme leaves, mullein leaves and liquorice, uniformly stirring, soaking for 4-6h, filtering, taking filter residues, and drying to obtain coarse materials;

s3, crushing the obtained coarse material, and packaging the obtained powder with a filter bubble paper bag to obtain the tea bag.

Preferably, in the preparation method of the haze-preventing lung-heat-clearing and cough-relieving tea, in the step S2, before drying the filter residue, the method further comprises the steps of spreading the filter residue into a thin cake with the thickness of 3-4mm, slowly freezing the thin cake at-4 ℃ for 24 hours, then performing steam explosion treatment, wherein the steam explosion pressure is 1.6-1.8MPa, the pressure maintaining time is 15-20S, and instantly releasing pressure after the pressure maintaining is finished.

Preferably, in the preparation method of the haze-preventing lung-heat-clearing cough-relieving tea, in S2, the drying temperature is 60-80 ℃.

Preferably, in the preparation method of the haze-preventing lung-heat-clearing cough-relieving tea, in S3, the obtained coarse material is crushed and then sieved by a 60-mesh sieve.
