9 portions of environment-friendly stabilizer, 9 ~ 11 portions;

25 portions of lecithin, 25 ~ 27 portions;

155 portions of PVC resin 155 ~ 165;

195 ~ 205 portions of PVC emulsion powder;

28 parts of zeolite activating powder, namely 28 ~ 32 parts;

1140 ~ 1160 parts;

240 parts of stone powder, 240 ~ 260 parts.

2. A method of making a magnetic carpet as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:

preparing a lower PVC sizing material and an upper PVC sizing material, coating the lower PVC sizing material on one surface of the glass fiber cloth layer to form a lower PVC glue layer, and coating the PVC sizing material on the other surface of the glass fiber cloth layer; providing a blanket surface coated with an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer, and coating a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) adhesive on the EVA adhesive layer;

pressing the upper PVC glue coated on the EVA glue layer and the PVC glue coated on the glass fiber cloth layer, and drying to form an upper PVC glue layer;

and cutting the carpet into a specified size after cooling and shaping to obtain the magnetic carpet.

3. The method for preparing the EVA adhesive layer of claim 2, wherein the step of preparing the blanket face coated with the EVA adhesive layer is as follows:

providing a blanket surface, and coating an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer on the back surface of the blanket surface;

and pre-drying the blanket surface to shrink the blanket surface to obtain the blanket surface coated with the EVA adhesive layer.

4. The method of claim 3 wherein the pre-baked mat face is at a temperature of 110 ~ 130 ℃.

5. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of preparing the lower PVC adhesive layer is as follows:

preparing the components of the lower PVC glue layer and the mass parts of the components, and mixing;

stirring the mixture in a vacuum environment to obtain a lower PVC glue layer.

6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the stirring is performed at a rotation speed of 900 r/min.

7. The method according to claim 5, wherein the stirring is carried out at room temperature for 30 min.

8. The production method according to claim 2,

coating a PVC sizing material on one surface of the glass fiber cloth layer, and then scraping the PVC sizing material by using a scraper;

and coating a lower PVC sizing material on the other surface of the glass fiber cloth layer, and then scraping the lower PVC sizing material by using a scraper.

9. The method of claim 2, wherein the lower PVC glue layer has a thickness of 1.5 ~ 2 mm.

10. The preparation method of claim 2, wherein the drying temperature is 180 ~ 220 ℃, and the cooling and shaping temperature is below 40 ℃ for 2 ~ 3 min.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a magnetic carpet and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The carpet is a ground paving material made up by using natural fibre or chemical synthetic fibre raw material of cotton, hemp, wool, silk and straw yarn through the processes of manual or mechanical weaving and weaving, and is one of the traditional artistic articles with long history in the world, and can be covered on the ground of dwelling house, hotel, gymnasium, exhibition hall, vehicle, ship and airplane, etc. so as to have the effects of reducing noise, insulating heat and decorative. At present, the existing carpet is easy to move and is troublesome to pave and cannot be replaced when an adhesive is not used during installation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a magnetic carpet which is matched with magnetic glue for use, wherein the magnetic glue is laid on the ground or the wall surface and is adsorbed on the magnetic glue through magnetic force, so that the magnetic carpet can be prevented from shifting after installation is finished, and is convenient to lay and replace.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a magnetic carpet is used in cooperation with magnetic glue, the magnetic glue is used for being laid on a bottom surface or a wall surface and comprises a carpet surface, an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) glue layer, an upper PVC glue layer, a glass fiber cloth layer and a lower PVC glue layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, the lower PVC glue layer is used for being adsorbed on the magnetic glue through magnetic force, the upper PVC glue layer and the lower PVC glue layer are different in that no iron powder is contained in the components of the upper PVC glue layer, wherein,

the lower PVC glue layer comprises the following components in parts by mass:

dioctyl terephthalate: 290-300 parts of a solvent;

carbon black: 0.4-0.6 part;

an environment-friendly stabilizer: 9-11 parts;

lecithin: 25-27 parts;

PVC resin: 155-165 parts;

PVC emulsion powder: 195-205 parts;

zeolite activating powder: 28-32 parts;

iron powder: 1140-1160 parts;

stone powder: 240-260 parts.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the magnetic carpet, which comprises the following steps:

preparing a lower PVC sizing material and an upper PVC sizing material, coating the lower PVC sizing material on one surface of the glass fiber cloth layer to form a lower PVC glue layer, and coating the PVC sizing material on the other surface of the glass fiber cloth layer; providing a blanket surface coated with an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer, and coating a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) adhesive on the EVA adhesive layer;

pressing the upper PVC glue coated on the EVA glue layer and the PVC glue coated on the glass fiber cloth layer, and drying to form an upper PVC glue layer;

and cutting the carpet into a specified size after cooling and shaping to obtain the magnetic carpet.

Further, the steps of preparing the carpet surface coated with the EVA adhesive layer are as follows:

providing a blanket surface, and coating an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer on the back surface of the blanket surface;

and pre-drying the blanket surface to shrink the blanket surface to obtain the blanket surface coated with the EVA adhesive layer.

Further, the temperature of the pre-drying blanket surface is 110-130 ℃.

Further, the preparation of the lower PVC adhesive layer comprises the following steps:

preparing the components of the lower PVC glue layer and the mass parts of the components, and mixing;

stirring the mixture in a vacuum environment to obtain a lower PVC glue layer.

Further, the rotation speed of stirring is 900 r/min.

Further, the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 min.

Further, coating a PVC sizing material on one surface of the glass fiber cloth layer, and then scraping the PVC sizing material by using a scraper;

and coating a lower PVC sizing material on the other surface of the glass fiber cloth layer, and then scraping the lower PVC sizing material by using a scraper.

Compared with the prior art, the magnetic carpet comprises a carpet surface, an EVA adhesive layer, an upper PVC adhesive layer, a glass fiber cloth layer and a lower PVC adhesive layer, wherein the lower PVC adhesive layer contains iron powder and can be adsorbed on the magnetic adhesive through magnetic force, so that the carpet is prevented from shifting after installation, the carpet is convenient to pave and replace, the carpet paving process is simplified, the cost for adhering and paving the carpet is saved, and the application range is wide.

preparing a lower PVC sizing material and an upper PVC sizing material, coating the lower PVC sizing material on one surface of the glass fiber cloth layer to form a lower PVC glue layer, and coating the PVC sizing material on the other surface of the glass fiber cloth layer; providing a blanket surface coated with an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer, and coating a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) adhesive on the EVA adhesive layer;

pressing the upper PVC glue coated on the EVA glue layer and the PVC glue coated on the glass fiber cloth layer, and drying to form an upper PVC glue layer;

and cutting the carpet into a specified size after cooling and shaping to obtain the magnetic carpet.

Further, the steps of preparing the carpet surface coated with the EVA adhesive layer are as follows:

providing a blanket surface, and coating an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive layer on the back surface of the blanket surface;

and pre-drying the blanket surface to shrink the blanket surface to obtain the blanket surface coated with the EVA adhesive layer.

Specifically, the temperature of the pre-drying blanket surface is 110-130 ℃.

Further, the preparation of the lower PVC adhesive layer comprises the following steps:

preparing the components of the lower PVC glue layer and the mass parts of the components, and mixing;

stirring the mixture in a vacuum environment to obtain a lower PVC glue layer.

Specifically, stirring is carried out for 30min at normal temperature, the stirring speed is 900r/min, and the viscosity of the stirred mixture is controlled to be 20000-40000 CPS.

Further, coating a PVC sizing material on one surface of the glass fiber cloth layer, and then scraping the PVC sizing material by using a scraper;

and coating a lower PVC sizing material on the other surface of the glass fiber cloth layer, and then scraping the lower PVC sizing material by using a scraper.

Further, the thickness of the lower PVC glue layer is 1.5-2 mm.
