The breast pump as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the outer side wall of the inner end of the horn-shaped cup is provided with an annular slot; an inner connecting pipe is arranged at the milk inlet of the three-way shell, an outer connecting pipe is arranged on the periphery of the milk inlet of the three-way shell, the inner connecting pipe is positioned in the outer connecting pipe, and the outer end of the inner connecting pipe is inserted and installed in the liquid outlet of the silica gel milk sucking cover; the outer end of the external connecting pipe is inserted and installed in the annular slot, and the outer side surface of the external connecting pipe is tightly attached to the slot wall of the annular slot.

The breast pump as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the check valve comprises a valve seat and a valve plate, the valve seat is provided with a valve seat inlet and a valve seat outlet which are communicated with each other, the valve seat inlet is communicated with the milk outlet of the three-way shell, the valve plate is attached to the valve seat outlet, and one end of the valve plate is connected with the valve seat.

The invention relates to the field of mother and infant articles, in particular to a breast pump.

Background

The breast pump is used as a mother and infant product and generally comprises a breast shield, a three-way assembly and a bottle body, wherein the three-way assembly comprises a three-way shell, an air bag cover and a one-way valve; the bottom of the three-way shell is connected with the bottle body; the breast shield comprises an inner breast protecting pad and an outer bracket; wherein the inner breast protecting pad contacted with the breast is made of soft and flexible materials, and the outer bracket is made of hard plastics. The bottle body is used for collecting milk. The air bag cover is provided with an air exhaust pipe used for being connected with an air exhaust pump. When the breast pump is used for sucking milk, the air pump is started, the inner sleeve breast protecting pad is tightly contacted with the female breast to form a sealed negative pressure space, the inner sleeve breast protecting pad acts on the female breast to suck milk out, the milk enters the milk inlet of the three-way shell from the inner sleeve breast protecting pad and then flows out of the bottle body from the milk outlet of the three-way shell to be collected. The inner breast protection pad made of the soft and flexible material can be attached to the breast only by supporting the inner breast protection pad by the hard plastic outer sleeve support, and the inner breast protection pad is not attached to the breast undesirably during use, so that the breast shield is easy to leak air or cause milk drip. Moreover, milk suction is performed only by means of suction, which cannot effectively squeeze areola to promote lactation, and the milk suction effect is not good enough.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a breast pump which can be tightly attached to a female breast when in use, can effectively squeeze areola during the milk sucking process, promotes lactation and has good milk sucking effect.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

Generally, the airbag cover is provided with an air suction pipe for connecting an air suction pump. The one-way valve is typically located in the cavity or in the mouth of the bottle. The bottle body is used for collecting milk. As a further preferable scheme of the present invention, an annular step is disposed on an inner sidewall of a liquid outlet of the silica gel breast shield (i.e., an inner sidewall of an inner end of the connection section), and an outer end of the inner connecting tube is tightly attached to the annular step. Because the outer end of the inner connecting pipe is tightly attached to the annular step on the inner side wall of the liquid outlet of the silica gel milk sucking cover, milk cannot exist in a gap formed by the inner connecting pipe and the liquid outlet of the silica gel milk sucking cover, and the milk sucking cover is sanitary to use, convenient to disassemble and assemble and simple to operate.

As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the inner joint pipe and the outer joint pipe are formed integrally with the three-way housing.

As a further preferable scheme of the present invention, at least one window is arranged on the tube wall of the external connection tube. The valve plate is attached to the valve seat outlet to perform one-way sealing, milk can flow into the bottle body from the one-way valve in one way (the milk enters the bottle body through the milk outlet of the three-way shell, the valve seat inlet and the valve seat outlet), and when negative pressure is formed in the air pressure cavity, the valve plate seals the valve seat outlet. The valve plate is usually made of silica gel, has elasticity, can automatically reset and is sanitary.

According to the preferable scheme of the invention, the bottom of the three-way shell is provided with a screw cap, the inner side wall of the bottom end of the screw cap is provided with an internal thread, and the outer side wall of the opening of the bottle body is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread. The screw cap is usually made in one piece with the three-way housing.

The three-way shell, the inner connecting pipe, the outer connecting pipe and the screw cap are usually made of plastics.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the breast pump can be tightly attached to the female breast when in use, and can effectively squeeze areola during the milk sucking process, promote lactation and has good milk sucking effect.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1-5, the breast pump in this embodiment includes a silicone breast shield 1, a three-way assembly 2 and a bottle 3, the three-way assembly 2 includes a three-way housing 21, an air bag 22, an air bag cover 23 and a one-way valve 24, the three-way housing 21 has a milk inlet 211, a milk outlet 212 and an air pressure chamber 213 which are communicated with each other, the one-way valve 24 is installed on the milk outlet 212 of the three-way housing 21, the air bag 22 is installed in the air pressure chamber 213 of the three-way housing 21, and the air bag cover 23 covers the opening of the air bag 22; the bottom of the three-way shell 21 is connected with the bottle body 3; the silica gel breast shield 1 comprises a horn-shaped cup 11, a middle fluctuating compression section 12 and a connection section 13, wherein the inner end of the horn-shaped cup 11 is connected with the outer end of the middle fluctuating compression section 12, the inner end of the middle fluctuating compression section 12 is connected with the outer end of the connection section 13, and the inner end of the connection section 13 forms a liquid outlet 14 of the silica gel breast shield 1; the inner end of the connecting section 13 is connected with the milk inlet 211 of the three-way shell 21.

Usually, the air bag cover 23 is provided with an air suction pipe 231 for connecting an air suction pump. The one-way valve 24 is typically located in the cavity of the bottle body 3 or in the mouth of the bottle. The bottle body 3 is used for collecting milk. The horn-shaped cup 11 is used for being attached to a female breast, when sucking milk, the horn-shaped cup 11 is tightly attached to the breast, and the middle fluctuating compression section 12 corresponds to the position of the areola. When the external air pump is connected with the air bag 22 through the air exhaust pipe 231, the intermittent motion of the air pump can make the air bag 22 regularly fluctuate, negative pressure is intermittently formed in the air pressure cavity 213 of the three-way shell 21, and the intermittent fluctuation compression section 12 of the silica gel breast shield 1 is driven to intermittently fluctuate (the action cycle of compression, release and compression … …), so that the sucking effect of a baby is simulated, the effects of squeezing and massaging areola are achieved, the lactation is promoted, and the breast pain can be reduced.

The liquid outlet 14 of the silica gel milk suction cover 1 is connected with the milk inlet 211 of the three-way shell 21 in an inner connecting pipe 214 inserting mode, and then the outer connecting pipe 215 on the periphery of the inner connecting pipe 214 is connected with the annular slot 111 on the outer side wall of the inner end of the horn-shaped cup 11 in an inserting mode, so that the silica gel milk suction cover 1 can be firmly installed on the three-way shell 21 through the inner and outer double-layer inserting structure, and the silica gel milk suction cover 1 is not easy to fall off. Because the material of silica gel suction cup 1 is softer, through the mode of outer pipe 215 grafting installation in the annular slot 111 on the inner lateral wall of loudspeaker form cup 11, outer pipe 215 can play the supporting role to loudspeaker form cup 11, prevent that loudspeaker form cup 11 from turning over backward, avoid can't closely laminate with the women breast in the time of sucking the milk loudspeaker form cup 11 medial surface, and simultaneously, outer pipe 215 still plays the supporting role to middle fluctuation compression section 12, make middle fluctuation compression section 12 can carry out intermittent type fluctuation motion more freely. This kind of silica gel breast shield 1 need not to rely on the rigid plastic overcoat support to support in the use, reduces the production and the dismouting of rigid plastic overcoat support, can reduce manufacturing cost, can reduce the dismouting step and the washing difficulty of breast pump again, and especially, the size of different women's nipples and areola exists the difference, because 1 easy dismounting of silica gel breast shield, consequently can conveniently change the silica gel breast shield 1 of different specifications to adapt to different women's needs.

An annular step 15 is arranged on the inner side wall (i.e. the inner side wall at the inner end of the connecting section 13) of the liquid outlet 14 of the silica gel breast shield 1, and the outer end of the inner connecting pipe 214 is tightly attached to the annular step 15. Because the outer end of the inner connecting pipe 214 is tightly attached to the annular step 15 on the inner side wall of the liquid outlet 14 of the silica gel breast shield 1, the milk cannot exist in a gap between the inner connecting pipe 214 and the liquid outlet 14 of the silica gel breast shield 1, and the milk sucking device is sanitary to use, convenient to disassemble and assemble and simple to operate.

The valve plate 242 is attached to the valve seat outlet 2412 for one-way sealing, so that milk can flow into the bottle body 3 from the one-way valve 24 in one way (the milk enters the bottle body 3 through the milk outlet 212 of the three-way housing 21, the valve seat inlet 2411 and the valve seat outlet 2412), and when negative pressure is formed in the air pressure chamber 213, the valve plate 242 closes the valve seat outlet 2412. The valve plate 242 is generally made of silica gel, has elasticity, can automatically reset, and is sanitary.

The bottom of the three-way shell 21 is provided with a screw cap 216, the inner side wall of the bottom end of the screw cap 216 is provided with an internal thread 217, and the outer side wall of the opening of the bottle body 3 is provided with an external thread 31 matched with the internal thread 217.

The inner pipe 214, the outer pipe 215, and the screw cap 216 are integrally formed with the three-way housing 21, and the three-way housing 21, the inner pipe 214, the outer pipe 215, and the screw cap 216 are generally made of plastic.
