Background

The fiber rotary disc filter consists of a central rotary drum, a rotary disc, a backwashing system, a matched control electrical system and the like. The backwashing water pump extracts clear water penetrating through the filter cloth, sprays the clear water to the outer side of the filter cloth, washes off the intercepted impurities on the inner side of the filter cloth, and discharges the sewage outside the device after the washing. And during backwashing, the rotary disc rotates, backwashing water is sprayed on the filter cloth with different angles until the rotary disc rotates for a circle, the filter cloth is completely cleaned, backwashing is stopped, and the filter cloth enters the static filtering process again until backwashing is carried out again.
