Background

The cooling bed output device is located on the output side of the stepping cooling bed and used for conveying bars, the bars on the cooling bed are conveyed to a cooling shearing machine one by one for fixed-length shearing, the number of roller beds is large, the originally designed ground rollers are installed on a fixing frame, the coupling adopts a diaphragm type coupling, the maintenance time for installing a single ground roller and adjusting and replacing the coupling is nearly 30 minutes, the daily manual maintenance coupling is long in input maintenance time, when faults of multiple ground rollers occur at ordinary times, the production rhythm of branch plants is severely limited, the coaxiality requirement of the diaphragm type coupling is very high, the concentricity adjustment cannot be well controlled in the daily maintenance short time, the coupling often causes damage to a motor reducer due to coaxiality deviation, and the consumption of motor spare parts of the reducer is nearly 10 ten thousand per.

The bearing with the adapter sleeve is utilized by the original output roller body, and the adapter sleeve nut is easy to loosen due to frequent forward and reverse rotation of the output roller, so that the bearing is positioned and lost to generate play, and the output roller is worn to cause the output roller to be incapable of normally rotating. In the invention, the shaft shoulder and the elastic retainer ring are used for positioning the bearing, so that the reason of abrasion of the output roller of the bearing is fundamentally eliminated, and the service lives of the output roller and the bearing are prolonged.

As an improvement, the base and the bottom plate are connected through bolts, so that the base is convenient to disassemble. The output roller body and the motor are firstly adjusted on the base, and are integrally installed on the base after adjustment is completed, so that offline operation is facilitated, and adjustment time is shortened.

As an improvement, a base plate for lifting the motor is arranged below the motor. The height of the motor is adjusted by changing the thickness of the backing plate, so that the motor is coaxial with the rotating shaft.

Preferably, the output roller body is cylindrical, and sealing plates are arranged at two ends of the output roller body; the two ends of the rotating shaft penetrate through the sealing plates respectively and are supported by the support.

As an improvement, a bearing seat is arranged on the support, and the outer ring surface of the bearing is fixed on the bearing seat.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention includes an output roller body 1 and a motor driving the output roller body 1; a coupling 2 is arranged between the motor 3 and the output roller body 1; the coupling 2 is a diaphragm coupling. The device also comprises a bottom plate 8 fixed on the roller frame; a base 7 is fixed on the bottom plate 8, and the output roller body 1 and the motor 3 are fixed on the base 7, so that the axis of the output roller body 1 and the axis of the motor 3 are on the same horizontal straight line; the output roller body 1 is provided with a rotating shaft 9, and the rotating shaft 9 is supported by a bearing 12; the rotating shaft 9 is provided with a shaft shoulder, and the bearing 12 is positioned by the shaft shoulder and a check ring 11 sleeved on the shaft neck 10. Specifically, the output roller body 1 is cylindrical, and sealing plates 4 are arranged at two ends of the output roller body; two ends of the rotating shaft 9 penetrate through the closing plate 4 respectively and are supported by the bracket. When the maintenance is needed, the base 7, the output roller body 1, the coupler 2 and the motor 3 can be integrally disassembled together for off-line maintenance and adjustment. The maintenance efficiency is greatly improved. After the overhaul is finished, the output roller body 1, the coupler 2 and the motor 3 are installed on the base 7, then the whole body is installed on the bottom plate 8 again, and finally the output roller body, the coupler 2 and the motor are fixed through bolts.
