背景技术

目前，在机械加工设备中，千叶轮的轴套与电机轴是通过键连接固定的。但是在很多情况下，普通工厂没有拉床，插床等加工键槽的设备，在只有钻床的情况下，需要进行轴与轴套之间的键连接。适用于加工要求不高的场合的一种简易办法。此叶片轮可以用于工件表面除锈等。

发明内容

本发明的目的在于提供一种叶片轮的安装轴，本发明的有益效果是通过紧定螺钉代替键槽中的键，并省略了键槽的加工，结构简单，构思巧妙，经济实用，制造容易，在实际使用时非常方便。

本发明所采用的技术方案是千叶轮置于千叶轮衬套和千叶轮压盖之间，千叶轮通过两颗紧定螺钉连接千叶轮衬套，千叶轮衬套的轴上设有沟槽，沟槽内置有弹性挡圈，弹性挡圈可用金属丝代替，千叶轮衬套端部设有凸台，千叶轮压盖端部设有凹槽，千叶轮衬套和千叶轮压盖通过凸台和凹槽连接，千叶轮压盖用螺丝和电机轴连接固定，并通过拧紧螺丝来调节千叶轮的夹紧力。

具体实施方式

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。

本发明叶片轮的安装轴如图1至图5所示，千叶轮1置于千叶轮衬套2和千叶轮压盖3之间，千叶轮1通过两颗紧定螺钉4连接千叶轮衬套2，千叶轮衬套2的轴上设有沟槽5，沟槽5内置有弹性挡圈6，弹性挡圈6可用金属丝，千叶轮衬套2端部设有凸台7，千叶轮压盖3端部设有凹槽8，千叶轮衬套2和千叶轮压盖3通过凸台7和凹槽8连接，千叶轮压盖3用螺丝9和电机轴10连接固定，并通过拧紧螺丝9来调节千叶轮1的夹紧力。两个紧定螺钉4代替平键连接，进行传动，弹性挡圈6能够防松。该结构用两个紧定螺钉代替键，并用轴用弹性挡圈或金属丝固定，适用于没有条件加工键槽的场合，有较高的经济性和实用性。
