Background

A calender is a sheet processing machine that typically includes a set of calender rolls. The calendering roller group is composed of a plurality of calendering rollers arranged at intervals, and the number of the calendering rollers is different according to different processing requirements. The polytetrafluoroethylene film needs a lamp to look at flaws before rolling, a temperature sensor is usually adopted to measure the temperature of a rolling roller, if the temperature of the roller surface is too high, the rolling roller needs to be stopped for cooling, otherwise, the film is damaged. However, the temperature sensor is usually located close to the surface of the calender roll, and thus the temperature measurement is prone to be inaccurate, because the temperature of the outside air has an influence on the temperature of the test.

The illuminating lamp 3 of the illuminating device 1 extends to the front end of the frame 5 through the adjusting hose 2, and the illuminating lamp 3 and the temperature sensor 4 are positioned on the same side of the frame 5, namely the feeding side.

A cooling roller 9 can be arranged at the feeding side of the frame 5, and the upper end surface of the cooling roller 9 is flush with the upper end surface of the driving roller 10.

When in use, the polytetrafluoroethylene film passes through the cooling roller 9 to cool the film, and then passes through the space between the driving roller 10 and the driven roller 6 to be rolled. The driven roller 6 is embedded with the probe 8 of the temperature sensor 4, and because the driven roller 6 needs to be finely adjusted in the vertical direction in actual use, the position of the probe 8 also needs to be adjusted along with the probe in the adjusting process, otherwise, the probe 8 is abraded in the rotating process of the driven roller 6. When the position of the probe 8 is adjusted, the position of the probe 8 is adjusted only by tightening or loosening the bolt 13 and adjusting the inclination angle of the temperature sensor 4, so that the probe 8 is always positioned in the dovetail groove 7. The dovetail groove 7 may be replaced by a groove having another shape, such as a rectangular groove, a semicircular groove, or the like.
