1. The preparation method of the shell film is characterized by comprising the following steps:

providing a substrate membrane;

performing effect treatment on the substrate membrane, wherein the effect treatment comprises: forming a first preset texture on the outer surface of the base material membrane and forming a second preset texture on the inner surface of the base material membrane;

carrying out laminating treatment on the base material membrane and a transparent membrane to obtain the shell pasting membrane; and

and carrying out surface treatment on the outer surface of the transparent film.

2. The method for preparing a housing film according to claim 1, further comprising any one or a combination of at least two of the following substeps in the step of performing the effect treatment on the base film sheet:

forming a first coating layer on the outer surface of the base material membrane;

forming a second coating layer on the inner surface of the base material membrane; and

and forming a protective film layer on the inner surface of the base material film.

3. The method for preparing a housing film according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing an effect treatment on the base material film further comprises:

forming a first coating layer on the outer surface with the first preset texture;

forming a second coating layer on the inner surface with the second preset texture; and

and forming a protective film layer on the surface of one side of the second coating layer, which is far away from the base material membrane.

4. The method for manufacturing a housing cover according to claim 3, wherein in the step of forming a first coating layer on the outer surface on which the first predetermined texture is formed, a film is optically coated on the outer surface to form the first coating layer.

5. The method for manufacturing a housing cover according to claim 3, wherein in the step of forming a second coating layer on the inner surface on which the second predetermined texture is formed, a film is optically coated on the inner surface to form the second coating layer.

6. The method of claim 3, wherein the protective film is a primer layer.

The method of claim 1, wherein in the step of forming a first predetermined texture on the outer surface of the base film and a second predetermined texture on the inner surface of the base film, the first predetermined texture is formed on the outer surface of the base film and the second predetermined texture is formed on the inner surface of the base film by an ultraviolet transfer process.

The method for manufacturing a housing film according to claim 1, wherein in the step of bonding the substrate film to a transparent film to obtain the housing film, a surface of the substrate film on a side close to the first coating layer is bonded to the transparent film by an optically transparent adhesive in an aligned manner.

9. A housing film produced by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:

a substrate membrane having an effect treatment layer disposed thereon, wherein the effect treatment comprises: the first texture layer is arranged on the outer surface of the base material membrane, and the second texture layer is arranged on the inner surface of the base material membrane; and

the transparent diaphragm is arranged on the outer surface of the base material diaphragm, and the transparent diaphragm is provided with a surface treatment layer.

10. The housing film of claim 9 wherein the effect treatment layer comprises:

the first coating layer is arranged on the surface of one side, away from the substrate template, of the first texture layer;

the second coating layer is arranged on the surface of one side, away from the substrate template, of the second texture layer; and

and the protective film layer is arranged on the surface of one side of the first coating film layer, which deviates from the base material membrane.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic products, and particularly relates to a shell film and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The application of 3D curved surface glass on high-end smart mobile phone is more and more common, and the lid becomes the new favorite at cell-phone terminal with the help of high face value behind the 3D glass. The requirements of consumers on the appearance and the texture of the mobile phone are continuously improved, and the aesthetic requirements of the consumers cannot be met by the pure-color mobile phone shell. The 3D film pasting technology is produced by making products stand out from a plurality of mobile phone products of the same type, and catching the eyeballs of consumers at first sight and meeting the requirements of diversified and personalized design. In the prior art, textures are generally made on a membrane, and then the material of the membrane is combined with curved glass or a transparent plastic shell to play a role in decoration.

In view of this, how to make the housing film exhibit the flowing visual effect with the purpose of abnormal seizing, so that the product has the effect of good user experience, becomes an important research topic of relevant researchers or technicians.

Disclosure of Invention

In the embodiment of the invention, different texture patterns are pressed on two surfaces of a base material membrane, then coating films with different colors are respectively vapor-deposited on the two textures in a shielding mode, then bottom covering treatment is carried out, and finally the shell membrane is attached to a transparent membrane, so that the shell membrane with the double-color double-layer textures is realized, and the visual effect of two three-dimensional streamer textures with two colors is presented.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of preparing a housing patch, comprising the steps of: providing a substrate membrane; performing effect treatment on the substrate membrane, wherein the effect treatment comprises: forming a first preset texture on the outer surface of the base material membrane and forming a second preset texture on the inner surface of the base material membrane; carrying out laminating treatment on the base material membrane and a transparent membrane to obtain the shell pasting membrane; and carrying out surface treatment on the outer surface of the transparent film.

Further, in the step of performing effect treatment on the substrate membrane, any one or a combination of at least two of the following sub-steps is further included: forming a first coating layer on the outer surface of the base material membrane; forming a second coating layer on the inner surface of the base material membrane; and forming a protective film layer on the inner surface of the base material film.

Further, in the step of performing effect processing on the substrate film, the method further includes: forming a first coating layer on the outer surface with the first preset texture; forming a second coating layer on the inner surface with the second preset texture; and forming a protective film layer on the surface of one side of the second coating layer, which is far away from the first texture layer.

Further, in the step of forming a first film coating layer on the outer surface on which the first predetermined texture is formed, a film is provided on the outer surface in an optical film coating manner to form the first film coating layer.

Further, in the step of forming a second film coating layer on the inner surface on which the second predetermined texture is formed, a layer of film is provided on the inner surface in an optical film coating manner to form the second film coating layer.

Further, the protective film layer is a primer layer.

Further, in the step of forming a first preset texture on the outer surface of the base material film and a second preset texture on the inner surface of the base material film, the first preset texture is formed on the outer surface of the base material film and the second preset texture is formed on the inner surface of the base material film by an ultraviolet transfer process.

Further, in the step of attaching the substrate membrane and a transparent membrane to obtain the shell film, the surface of one side, close to the first coating layer, of the substrate membrane and the transparent membrane are attached to each other in an aligned manner through an optical transparent adhesive.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention also provides a case patch prepared by the above preparation method, comprising: a substrate membrane having an effect treatment layer disposed thereon, wherein the effect treatment comprises: the first texture layer is arranged on the outer surface of the base material membrane, and the second texture layer is arranged on the inner surface of the base material membrane; and the transparent membrane is arranged on the inner surface and the outer surface of the base material membrane, and is provided with a surface treatment layer.

Further, the effect processing layer includes: the first coating layer is arranged on the surface of one side, away from the substrate template, of the first texture layer; the second coating layer is arranged on the surface of one side, away from the substrate template, of the second texture layer; and the protective film layer is arranged on the surface of one side of the first coating film layer, which deviates from the base material membrane.
