Most of the existing domestic and overseas electric automobile power control systems are respectively arranged at each position of an electric automobile according to different functional modules such as battery charging and discharging, a Battery Management System (BMS), a fan steering water pump, a driving main motor, a DC/DC converter, direct output of direct current, motors with other purposes and the like, and are partially integrated according to different functional differences of various executive elements, because each control unit needs to be provided with not only an input line and an output line but also a CAN bus, and additionally needs to be connected with a water inlet pipe for cooling, the whole vehicle has the disadvantages of multiple and disordered leads, difficult wiring, low assembly efficiency, poor insulation, low safety coefficient, high assembly process requirement, difficult arrangement and stability of a cooling water pipeline, and difficult maintenance, and CAN not meet the development of an electric vehicle, so that the improvement from distributed type to integrated type is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems of difficult distributed arrangement and wiring, low assembly efficiency, high production and maintenance cost and poor reliability in the prior art, and provides the electric automobile power system integration device with high integration, high assembly efficiency, low production and maintenance cost and high reliability.

The preferred technical scheme of the invention is that the box body of the integrated control box is sealed; the motor variable frequency controller, the DC/DC converter, the direct current control device, the charger, the battery management system, the charge-discharge switching device and the vehicle control unit are connected and communicated through a CAN bus; the motor variable frequency controller, the DC/DC converter, the direct current control device and the charging and discharging switching device are connected through a formed copper bar to carry out current transmission; the power system integrated device is connected with the motor execution unit outside the box body through a high-voltage cable to transmit current.

The invention further preferably adopts the technical scheme that the high-voltage cable and the formed copper bar are in fixed shapes, and all line bodies of the high-voltage cable are arranged in an overhead manner and are isolated and insulated through air.

The invention has the advantages that the technical scheme realizes high integration and modularization of each control unit, and is more beneficial to industrial mass production with low cost and high efficiency in factories. The charging and discharging can be completed in the box body of the integrated device, and the motor variable frequency controller can be directly connected with each external functional motor for controlling, so that the control function of the whole integrated module is more complete. The connecting wires in the box body are connected with the high-voltage cable through the formed copper bars, and the high-voltage cable and the formed copper bars can be made into fixed shapes, so that the connection is more reliable and convenient; the wiring amount is greatly reduced due to the centralized position of each control unit; all heating power devices are fixed on an integral cooling plate, and centralized cooling is realized.

As shown in fig. 1, the integrated device of the power system of the electric vehicle is provided with a sealed integrated control box 1, a cooling plate with a cooling water interface 3 is arranged in the integrated control box 1, and a motor frequency conversion controller, a DC/DC converter, a direct current control device, a vehicle control unit, a Battery Management System (BMS), a charger and a charging and discharging switching device 2 are installed on the cooling plate. The motor frequency conversion controller, the DC/DC converter, the direct current control device, the charger, the Battery Management System (BMS), the charging and discharging switching device 2 and the vehicle control unit are connected and communicated through a CAN bus 4. Because each unit mounted position is fixed in the integrated control box 1, each connecting wire is made into fixed shape like shaping copper bar 5 and high tension cable 6, can lay wire fast, conveniently like this, when breaking down moreover, easy maintenance. The cooling water enters the cooling plate from the cooling water interface 3 to play a role in heat dissipation and cooling.
