Background

As the mobile phones are more and more popular, the requirements of people at different levels on the mobile phones are different, and both sides of the most critical part circuit board in the mobile phone need high-density component layout, so that the production process becomes complicated; because components are required to be pasted on both sides of the PCB, firstly arranging one production line to carry out pasting and flow welding on the first side, and then arranging the other production line to carry out pasting and flow welding on the second side; in the past, a manual operation mode is adopted, but due to high temperature, workers are easy to scald during operation, and the working efficiency is not high; in addition, some existing devices also have the defect that the existing devices are not easy to be grafted to other production lines, namely the universality is not strong.

In addition, many factories use manual gummed paper pasting methods, which mainly work by separating gummed paper into several sections of specified length with a general off-line gummed paper separator, and then manually pasting the separated several sections of gummed paper onto a carrier by an operator and fixing a PCB. The manual gummed paper pasting mode is low in efficiency, uneven pasting is easy to occur, subsequent tin paste printing dislocation is caused, and then products are scrapped. More importantly, in order to realize automatic online operation, a general adhesive tape separator on the market is difficult to be grafted to automatic equipment, and the key problems are that the adhesive tapes separated by the adhesive tape separator are different in length, easy to warp and roll and extremely difficult to automatically take materials by a machine.

In addition, labeling devices gradually appear in the prior art, but labeling devices with similar functions on the market all adopt motors to directly drive suction heads to rotate, so that labeling at any angle cannot be achieved, and rotating dead angles can be caused by circuits and gas circuits.

the XY direction movement module comprises a motor, a screw rod and a linear slide rail;

The rotary labeling device comprises a rack, a stepping motor, a power transmission mechanism, a hollow rotary shaft, a rotary bearing seat, a sliding guide sleeve, a vacuum suction head, an air connector and an air channel, wherein the stepping motor is installed in the installation rack, the rotary bearing seat is fixedly connected to the rack, and the hollow rotary shaft is installed in the rotary bearing seat through a bearing; a rotary air joint is connected above the hollow rotating shaft, a sliding guide sleeve is arranged below the hollow rotating shaft, and the side part of the hollow rotating shaft is connected with an air passage through the air joint; and a vacuum suction head is connected below the sliding guide sleeve, and one side of the vacuum suction head is connected with a gas circuit.

A first-throwing automation device comprises a rack 1, a right-end main conveyor line 2, a left-end main conveyor line 3, an upper carrier output line 4, a lower carrier input line 5, a gummed paper separating device 6, a rotary labeling device 7, a manipulator device 8, a PCB board overturning assembly 9 and an XY-direction movement module 10;

the right main conveying line 2 comprises a belt conveying mechanism, a bearing plate and a first jacking mechanism; the bearing plate is fixedly connected to the first jacking mechanism;

the left-end main conveying line 3 comprises a belt conveying mechanism, a second jacking mechanism 3-1 and a pressing plate 3-2; the pressing plate 3-2 is arranged above the second jacking mechanism 3-1;

the PCB board overturning assembly 9 comprises a rotating motor 9-1, a rotating shaft 9-2 and a PCB suction board 9-3, wherein a plurality of sucker fixing strips 9-4 are arranged on the PCB suction board 9-3, and a plurality of suckers 9-5 are fixed on the sucker fixing strips;

The specific working principle of the rotary labeling device is as follows: under the control of a program, the stepping motor acts to send out a designated pulse to drive the driving gear and the driven gear to be meshed for outputting power, so that the hollow rotating shaft is driven to rotate, and the hollow rotating shaft clamps the driven gear through the locking head; at the moment, the lower part of the rotary air joint rotates along with the hollow rotating shaft, and the upper joint part does not move; because the hollow rotating shaft is hollow, the pressurized gas flows into the gas path through the hollow part of the hollow rotating shaft to provide negative pressure for the vacuum suction head; when the device is close to the upper part of a sticker, the sliding guide sleeve is driven to move downwards through external power, so that the vacuum suction head is close to the sticker, the sticker is sucked up through the vacuum action, then the sliding guide sleeve moves upwards, then the sticker is rotated to the upper part of a PCB (printed circuit board) through an XYZ (X-Y) module, and after the action of rotating the hollow shaft at a certain angle is completed, the sticker continues to move downwards, and the sticker is pasted to a designated position; the operation is circulated for four times to complete the pasting of one PCB.

After all the gummed papers are pasted, the gummed papers confirm that the camera takes a picture, whether the PCB is pasted according to the rule is checked, if the pasting is not finished, the PCB is continuously pasted, and if the automatic pasting cannot solve the problem, an alarm is given (the probability is extremely low); after the action of pasting the gummed paper is finished, the downloading tool drives the PCB to move leftwards; at the moment, the left end main conveying line is provided with a blocking mechanism, and the blocking mechanism blocks the movement of the lower tool under the driving action of the air cylinder, mainly aiming at ensuring the beat operation of the whole assembly line.
