Background

At present, insect viruses are a mature technology applied to the field of plant protection, and have the characteristics of high targeting property, strong infectivity in insect groups, environmental friendliness and the like, so that the insect viruses play an important role in a green ecological prevention and control system of agricultural insect pests. The species of the plant virus is related to a plurality of species and varieties of cockroaches, noctuids, cabbage caterpillars, pine moth, cotton bollworms, tea geometrids and the like, and the species and the source of the virus are extremely wide and are all taken from the nature.

After the insect virus is separated and purified in industrial production, a large amount of insect disease residues are left, a large amount of virosomes still remain in the insect disease residues, the virosomes comprise various specific amino acids, and most of the specific amino acids can be used for deep processing in the fields of agriculture, industry and even medicine. The fertilizer can be further processed into amino acid functional fertilizer in the agricultural field, and plays a special role in regulating and controlling the growth of crops; can be further purified or further processed into various products in the industrial field; can be used for purifying or further processing into various intermediates in the medical field.

In addition, the insect residues with viruses are main wastes in the insect virus production process, have special unpleasant odor, and can influence the living environment of people on one hand and increase the burden of waste treatment on the other hand if the insect residues are not treated. However, the technology for producing amino acid by recycling insect disease residues in the domestic virus industry is few, and the compatibility of specific amino acid constituting insect virus with the requirements of other industrial fields is not deeply researched mainly because of few mechanisms for relevant research in the domestic insect virus industry.

Further, the cleaning liquid in the step 1) is tap water, the cleaning temperature is 20-30 ℃, and the cleaning time is 20 min; the two-stage filtration comprises coarse filtration for removing impurities in the residual bodies of the insects with the viruses and fine filtration for separating the residual bodies of the insects with the viruses from cleaning fluid; the drying medium used for drying the virus-carrying insect residues is hot air, the temperature of the hot air is 50-60 ℃, and the drying process lasts for 25-30 min.

Further, the insect residues with the viruses are crushed into uniform powder with the particle size being not less than 80 meshes.

Further, in the step 2), the hydrolysis temperature is 70-95 ℃, the hydrolysis time is 10-26 hours, and the stirring is continued in the hydrolysis process.

Further, the pH value of the reaction liquid after neutralization in the step 3) is 6.0-7.0.

The amino acid hydrolysate based on the insect residues with the viruses provided by the invention can be used for preparing agricultural fertilizers containing amino acids.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the insect virus serving as the raw material based on the amino acid hydrolysate with the virus insect residues is natural, and the insect virus is widely available and easily obtained in industrial production by taking insects bred in nature or artificially as the raw material; in addition, the insect virus contains rich specific proteome and rich specific amino acid library, and the insect virus is taken as a raw material and is assisted with other industrial amino acid extraction process technologies, so that amino acid types which are difficult to obtain under the conventional conditions can be obtained; and insect viruses are proteins with higher purity, the content of other organic components is lower, the content of components such as saccharides, lipids and the like in the amino acid solution after hydrolysis is lower, and the influence on purification and impurity removal sections involved in the deep processing process is smaller.

(2) The preparation method of the amino acid hydrolysate based on the virus-containing insect residues is simple to operate, and overcomes the defects that the residual residues after hydrolysis are excessive due to incomplete hydrolysis of the virus-containing insect residues, and the proteolysis efficiency is reduced due to overhigh or overlow acid liquid concentration in the acidolysis process.

(3) The amino acid hydrolysate based on the insect residues with the viruses provided by the invention recycles the insect residues with the viruses by utilizing a chemical hydrolysis method, converts the insect residues into new products, and is used as a production raw material in other fields, so that the resources are saved, the benefits of the virus industry are improved, the development of other industrial fields is promoted, and the amino acid hydrolysate has good market application prospects.
