11. A method for preparing a permanent antistatic high temperature oil resistant heat shrinkable sleeve as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising the steps of:

(1) a material making step: preparing the polyethylene, the ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer, the compatilizer, the permanent antistatic agent, the antioxidant, the dispersing lubricant, the black masterbatch and the sensitizer according to any one of claims 1-10 in a corresponding proportion, pouring the mixture into a high-speed mixer for uniform mixing, and extruding and granulating the uniformly mixed mixture at the temperature of 120-130 ℃ through a double-screw mixing extruder to obtain master batches;

(2) an extrusion molding step: extruding the master batch prepared in the material preparing step into a sleeve through a single-screw extruder;

(3) an irradiation step: irradiating the sleeve under the irradiation dose of 30KGy-100 KGy;

(4) expanding and forming: heating the irradiated sleeve in oil at 140-160 deg.c, vacuum expanding and sizing to obtain permanent antistatic high temperature oil resistant heat shrinkable sleeve.

Technical Field

The invention mainly relates to the technical field of high temperature, oil medium and permanent antistatic heat shrinkage, in particular to a permanent antistatic high temperature oil resistant heat shrinkage sleeve and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The heat shrinkable material, also called high molecular shape memory material, is a high molecular polymer which is irradiated by high energy ray and breaks the original random or linear arranged molecular chain to form active free radicals, then recombination polymerization is carried out between the active free radicals to form the high molecular polymer with a cross-linked stereo net structure, and the cross-linked polymer has a memory effect and can be restored to an initial state under a specific condition. The traditional heat shrinkable sleeve cannot bear a high-temperature environment, is easy to dissolve in medium oil, is easy to generate static electricity or cannot permanently improve static protection, and cannot provide permanent static protection in the fields of aerospace, automobile wire harnesses, high-precision electronic components and the like.

Therefore, a heat shrinkable sleeve with permanent antistatic property and good oil resistance and temperature resistance is developed, and the blank of the heat shrinkable sleeve on the permanent antistatic property is filled.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a high-temperature oil-resistant permanent antistatic heat-shrinkable tubing.

Preferably, the polyethylene comprises 50-60 parts of polyethylene, 5-20 parts of ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer, 1-5 parts of compatilizer, 15-35 parts of permanent antistatic agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of antioxidant, 0.5-2.0 parts of dispersing lubricant, 2-4 parts of color master batch and 1-2 parts of sensitizer.

Preferably, the polyethylene comprises 54 parts, 20% of ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer, 2 parts of compatilizer, 20 parts of permanent antistatic agent, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.5 part of dispersing lubricant, 2.5 parts of black master batch and 0.5 part of sensitizer.

Preferably, a mixture of polyethylene and ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer is used as the matrix, with MI ranging from 1 to 10 g/min.

Preferably, the permanent antistatic agent is a thermoplastic elastomer-derived inherently dissipative polymer, a polyolefin-derived dissipative polymer, or a polyolefin-filled carbon fiber reinforcement.

extrusion molding step S2: extruding the master batch prepared in the step S1 into a sleeve through a single-screw extruder;

irradiation step S3: irradiating the sleeve extruded in the extrusion molding step S2 under the irradiation dose of 60 KGy;

expansion molding step S4: and (4) heating the sleeve irradiated in the irradiation step S3 in oil temperature of 140-160 ℃, and performing vacuum expansion and sizing to obtain the permanent antistatic high-temperature oil-resistant heat-shrinkable sleeve.
