6. A process for the preparation of a diluent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

(1) mixing glucan and an oxidant according to a formula, adjusting the pH value of a system to be 9-11, and stirring and reacting for 5-8 hours at room temperature;

(2) mixing and dissolving the product obtained in the step (1) and thionyl chloride, stirring and reacting for 1-2 h, then adding a catalyst and cyclohexylamine, heating to 80-100 ℃, continuing to react for 2-3 h, and then preserving heat for 0.5-1 h;

(3) and (3) mixing the product obtained in the step (2) with dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, and stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours at 130-150 ℃.

7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the reaction temperature in the step (2) is 85 ℃ and the reaction time is 2 hours.

8. Use of the diluent of any one of claims 1 to 7 in the preparation of a water-based drilling fluid.

The invention belongs to the technical field of drilling, and particularly relates to a diluent as well as a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

With the development of the petroleum industry, drilling is deeper and deeper, the bottom hole temperature is higher and higher, and therefore the pressure of the drilled stratum is higher and higher, and the drilling fluid with more excellent use performance is needed. The drilling fluid is an important fluid in the drilling engineering, the performance of the drilling fluid is directly related to the quality of the drilled well, and the drilling fluid plays a vital role in the oil extraction efficiency of an oil field. With the rapid development of deep well drilling technology, the technical problem of drilling fluid for deep wells and ultra-deep wells is more and more prominent.

The drilling fluid is easy to thicken under the conditions of deepening of a well, increasing of temperature and increasing of pressure, a diluent is usually required to be added for adjustment, but the existing diluent is often poor in effect, poor in temperature resistance and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the diluent and the preparation method and the application thereof, and can effectively solve the problems of poor dilution effect and poor temperature resistance of the existing diluent on the water-based drilling fluid.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a diluent comprises the following components in parts by weight:

60-80 parts of glucan, 30-50 parts of cyclohexylamine, 1-5 parts of a catalyst, 1-5 parts of thionyl chloride, 10-20 parts of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid and 5-10 parts of an oxidant.

(3) and (3) mixing the product obtained in the step (2) with dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, and stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours at 130-150 ℃.

Further, the reaction temperature in the step (2) is 85 ℃, and the reaction time is 2 h.

The diluent is applied to the preparation of water-based drilling fluid.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. through the reaction of sodium hypochlorite, sodium bromide and tetramethylpiperidine oxynitride with glucan, partial hydroxyl in the glucan can be oxidized into carboxyl, so that the carboxyl content in the whole glucan is improved, the carboxyl has electronegativity and hydration action, the electronegativity of the surfaces of clay particles is enhanced, the hydration layer action is enhanced, the network structure of the clay particles can be effectively dispersed or weakened, and the viscosity and the shear force of the drilling fluid are reduced; meanwhile, phenolic hydroxyl in the glucan can be adsorbed with aluminum ions at the bond-broken positions on the surfaces of the clay particles, so that the dilution effect of the glucan on the drilling fluid is further improved.

2. After partial hydroxyl in the glucan is converted into carboxyl, the carboxyl reacts with thionyl chloride and cyclohexylamine under the action of an alkaline catalyst, so that the carboxyl can be amidated with the cyclohexylamine to generate an amide group, and the temperature resistance of the prepared diluent can be effectively improved; meanwhile, the cyclohexylamine is alkaline primary amine, so that a certain alkaline condition can be provided for the reaction, and the smooth proceeding of the reaction is further ensured.

3. The dilution performance of the glucan on the drilling fluid can be ensured only by ensuring a certain amount of carboxyl, and the amine value in the subsequent amidation reaction process, namely the amidation degree, can be limited by adding the dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, so that enough carboxyl groups are ensured in the glucan.

4. The diluent prepared by the method can contain a large amount of hydroxyl and carboxyl which are hydrophilic groups, so that the prepared diluent also has hydrophilicity and can be well compatible with water-based drilling fluid.
