The specific operating conditions of the hydrocarbon gas compressor determine that the compressor lubricating oil used needs to have the following main properties: (1) the lubricating oil has good viscosity-temperature performance, the viscosity of the lubricating oil cannot be too high at low temperature, and the lubricating oil can be fully distributed to a lubricating part; at high temperature, the viscosity of the lubricating oil cannot be too low, and the lubricating oil forms a thick enough oil film at the lubricating part to ensure good lubrication; (2) the material has good fluidity at low temperature; (3) the lubricating oil has good thermal oxidation stability and chemical stability, and is easy to age and deteriorate due to the catalytic action of high temperature, high pressure and metal in the use process of the lubricating oil for the compressor, so that various acids and precipitates are generated, and the quality of the thermal oxidation stability of the lubricating oil not only influences the service life of oil products, but also finally influences the reliability of the operation of the compressor; (4) the lubricating agent has good lubricating performance, reduces the abrasion of a friction surface and ensures the normal operation of equipment; (5) lower carbon deposition tendency; (6) can resist the dilution of light hydrocarbon, prevent the viscosity from excessively dropping and causing the poor lubrication of the compressor; (7) has good corrosion resistance and rust resistance, and ensures the normal operation of equipment.
