1. A process for the thermal treatment of the surface of a metal piece, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

step two: heating the heating furnace to 1550-;

Background

The heat treatment process generally comprises three processes of heating, heat preservation and cooling, and sometimes only comprises two processes of heating and cooling. The processes are connected with each other and are not interrupted; the existing metal heat treatment process generally has less times of heating and tempering, the heat treatment effect is often not expected, and metal is easy to have more residual processing stress, which directly influences the service life.

At present, the existing metal surface heat treatment technology has the defects of large deformation of a metal workpiece and high cost due to single process, and a new metal surface heat treatment process needs to be researched by technical personnel in the field.
