In general, zinc oxide produced by a direct method uses zinc, lead, iron, silicon, calcium, magnesium and other components as raw materials, slag is generated in the smelting process, proper slag is required by the smelting process, and because the smelting is static fixed smelting, the slag in the whole furnace body can be formed into a whole piece, especially, the slag is hard and has certain toughness in red heat, if the slag is broken into small pieces without taking measures, the slag discharging process can possibly generate the phenomena of furnace discharge without slag removal or blocking, slipping and the like, and the furnace slag in the furnace needs to be cleaned to cause production interruption; steam generated by reduction and volatilization of compounds such as zinc, lead and the like in the briquettes and compounds such as silicon, iron and the like have a small amount of condensation phenomenon and can also form wall hanging on a furnace wall, the two phenomena are accompanied with a smelting process, slag and wall hanging can be hung in the furnace wall, the effective smelting area in the furnace body is influenced, if the slag and the wall hanging are not cleaned in time, the area in the furnace body is smaller and smaller, and meanwhile, the smooth operation of the technical processes such as feeding and the like is influenced. Therefore, the slag scraping and breaking system is arranged in the furnace body, so that the phenomenon of production interruption caused by wall hanging, slag bonding and slag blocking and slipping is avoided, and the smelting process is ensured to be smoothly carried out.

The middle slag scraping piece corresponds to the grate passive piece in structure and serves as a special passive piece, the structure and the size of the installation part of the middle slag scraping piece are the same as those of a common passive piece, the slag scraping part is higher than the common passive piece by a certain size and serves as a part of the grate to scrape slag and crush slag together with the side slag scraping pieces. The side slag scraping sheets, the middle slag scraping sheets and the slag breaking device form a set of system for scraping slag and breaking slag together.

Each group of the hook hammers is six, and the end part of each hook hammer is provided with a wear-resistant hook hammer head.

Each group of hook hammers and hook hammer seats are arranged on the hollow shaft through bolts and nuts.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. four slag scraping sheets are respectively installed on two sides of two ends of a production line grate furnace and a middle grate to form a slag scraping mechanism, slag and wall hanging on the furnace wall of the grate are condensed when the slag scraping mechanism is used for scraping and cleaning smelting, so that the furnace body keeps a normal effective smelting area, the hardened slag in the middle of the furnace is taken away in an initial crushing mode, the slag discharging process is avoided, the furnace is discharged, the slag is not clamped or slipped, and the like, and the slag discharging is ensured to be clean and not residual.

2. The side slag scraping sheet is formed by the innovative design of the driving sheet of the chain type fire grate, not only serves as a slag scraping sheet, but also has the transmission function of chain links.

3. The middle slag scraping sheet is formed by innovatively designing a grate passive sheet, is installed together with the grate passive sheet, and not only serves as a slag scraping sheet, but also has the conveying function of the grate passive sheet.

4. Slag breaking mechanisms are arranged on slag discharging sides of grate furnaces in production lines, so that smelting process plates are combined into massive slag, the slag is further broken into broken slag after the slag scraping sheets are preliminarily broken into medium-sized slag, the slag discharging is ensured to be smoothly carried out, meanwhile, the conveying is convenient, and the phenomenon that the large-sized slag or the medium-sized slag cannot enter a conveyor or cause blocking is avoided.

The side slag scraping sheet 4 corresponds to the driving sheet structure of the chain type fire grate and is used as a special chain link, the structure and the size of the installation part of the side slag scraping sheet are the same as those of a common driving sheet (see figure 7), one side of the side slag scraping sheet is designed to be 15 cm higher than the driving sheet, the side slag scraping sheet is the same as the thickness of slag, and the side slag scraping sheet is installed on the driving chains at two sides of the fire grate and is used as a chain link of a transmission chain. The chain drives the fire grate to move, and the side slag scraping pieces clean slag and wall hanging on the wall of the furnace body, so that the furnace body keeps a normal effective smelting area, and simultaneously, the side slag scraping pieces and the middle slag scraping pieces crush the slag. See fig. 6.

The middle slag scraping sheet 5 corresponds to the grate passive sheet structure and serves as a special passive sheet, the structure and the size of the installation part of the middle slag scraping sheet are the same as those of a common passive sheet (see figure 9), the slag scraping part is 15 cm higher than that of the common passive sheet and is the same as the thickness of slag, and the middle slag scraping sheet serves as a part of the grate and scrapes and crushes slag together with the side slag scraping sheets 4. The side slag scraping sheets 4, the middle slag scraping sheets 5 and the slag breaking device form a set of system for scraping slag and breaking slag together, and production interruption caused by slag bonding and slag discharging of the furnace body is avoided. See fig. 8.

Each group of the hook hammers 8 is six, and the end part of each hook hammer is provided with a wear-resistant hook hammer head 14. See fig. 4-5.

Each group of the hook hammer 8 and the hook hammer seat 15 are arranged on the hollow shaft 7 through bolts and nuts. See fig. 4-5.

The slag breaking driving speed reducer 11 is arranged on the base 16. See fig. 4.

The end of the shaft 13 is mounted by means of a bearing block 17. See fig. 4.

The eight slag scraping sheets are designed and installed and are respectively installed on the side surface and the middle part of the grate, the side slag scraping sheets clean the slag and the wall hanging on the wall of the furnace body, so that the furnace body keeps a normal effective smelting area, and simultaneously the side slag scraping sheets and the middle slag scraping sheets extrude large blocks of slag, the function of crushing the slag is realized in the first step, the whole slag in the furnace body is prevented from slipping and being stuck without moving along with the grate to remove slag, the problem of smooth slag discharging of the slag is solved together with the slag crushing device, and the production interruption caused by the problems of slag bonding and slag discharging of the furnace body is avoided; the side of slagging tap of grate furnace sets up broken slag mechanism for the process of smelting board becomes massive slag, after the initial crushing of scum piece becomes well slabstone, further breaks into the disintegrating slag, ensures to slag tap and goes on smoothly, and convenient the transport simultaneously avoids the too big unable conveyer of getting into of slabstone or well slabstone or causes the card phenomenon of dying.
