The friction spinning sandwich twisting production line shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 comprises a traction device 1, a twisting and wrapping device 2 and a winding device 3, wherein the traction device 1 is arranged at the left side of the twisting and wrapping device 2, the winding device 3 is arranged at the right side of the twisting and wrapping device 2, the twisting and wrapping device 2 comprises a scattering device 23 and a wrapping and twisting device 24, and the scattering device 23 is arranged right above the wrapping and twisting device 24; the traction device 1 draws the wool tops 19 into the scattering device 23, and simultaneously draws the core wires 22 into the twisting device 24, so that the scattered wool tops 19 are scattered on the core wires 22 for twisting, and are wound by the winding device 3.

In the using process, the wool tops 19 and the core wires 22 are drawn to the position of the twisting and wrapping device 2 through the drawing roller 7 of the drawing device 1, the wool tops 19 are drawn to the scattering device, the core wires 22 are drawn to the wrapping device, the wool tops 19 are scattered through the racks on the first scattering roller 16 and the second scattering roller 15 of the scattering device, the scattered wool tops 19 are scattered on the core wires 22 at the lower end, then the first wrapping roller 20 and the second wrapping roller 21 of the wrapping and twisting device are matched with each other, the core wires 22 with the wool tops 19 scattered are always in a rotating state, so that the wrapping and twisting of the core wires 22 are achieved, the wrapped and twisted core wires 22 are drawn to the position of the winding roller 17 through the drawing wheel 18, and finally the wrapped and twisted core wires 22 are collected in the collecting box.

The compression roller 9 is arranged to enable the wool tops 19 and the core wires 22 to be pressed on the traction roller 7 all the time, so that the wool tops 19 and the core wires 22 are prevented from being blocked at the traction device 1; the handle 5 is provided to facilitate the lifting or pressing down of the pressure roller 9.

The motor 10 drives the rotating shaft 13, so that the rotating wheel 11 is driven to rotate through the belt 12, and the traction roller 7 is driven to realize traction.

The first scattering roller 16, the second scattering roller 15, the first wrapping roller 20, the second wrapping roller 21 and the winding roller 17 are driven by motors to operate.

The partition plate 8 is provided with a drawing hole which can separate the wool top 19 and the core wire 22, thereby preventing the wool top 19 and the core wire 22 from being twisted together in the drawing process.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the yarn twisting device is reasonable in structural design, convenient to use, capable of uniformly wrapping the wool yarns on the core yarns, and meanwhile, the wool yarns and the core yarns are conveniently twisted together, so that the wool yarns are prevented from being loosened, and the yarn production efficiency and the product percent of pass are improved.
