1. An apparatus for connecting a deck slab and a distribution beam, the apparatus comprising:

and the pair of screws respectively penetrate through the first type through hole, the second type through hole, the third type through hole and the fourth type through hole and are screwed in the nuts so as to fixedly connect the bridge deck and the distribution beam.

the pair of fixing sleeve seats with hollow structures are respectively sleeved on the pair of second type through holes of the panel;

the pair of anti-falling plates are respectively arranged on the opening sides of the fixed sleeve seats, one ends of the anti-falling plates penetrate through the square holes of the fixed plates and are fixed on the positioning blocks, and the other ends of the anti-falling plates are fixed on the bottom surfaces of the fixed sleeve seats.

the bridge deck pressing plate 1 is arranged on the bridge deck slab, a bulge is arranged on one surface, which is contacted with the bridge deck slab, of the bridge deck pressing plate 1, the bulge is matched with the groove of the bridge deck slab, and a first through hole 101 is respectively arranged at each of two ends of the bridge deck pressing plate 1;

the panel 2 is arranged at the top of the distribution beam 3 and is parallel to the bridge deck pressing plate 1, and the positions of the panel 2, which correspond to the first type of through holes 101, are respectively provided with a second type of through holes 201;

the pair of positioning blocks 4 are respectively fixed in the second type through holes 201, each positioning block 4 is provided with a third type through hole 401, and the pair of third type through holes 401 respectively correspond to the first type through holes 101;

a pair of pressing strips 5 respectively corresponding to the pair of positioning blocks 4, wherein one end of each pressing strip 5 is fixed in the positioning block 4, and the other end of each pressing strip 5 is pressed on the inner side of the top flange plate 31 of the distribution beam 3, so that the distribution beam 3 is fixed between the panel 2 and the pressing strips 5;

the pair of fixing plates 6 are respectively arranged on one surfaces of the pair of pressing strips 5, which are opposite to the positioning blocks 4, and used for fixing the pressing strips 5, and a fourth type through hole 601 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the third type through hole 401, of each fixing plate 6;

the pair of nuts 7 are respectively fixed on one surface of the fixing plate 6, which is opposite to the pressing strip 5, and correspond to the fourth type through holes 601;

a pair of screws 8 respectively passing through the first type through holes 101, the second type through holes 201, the third type through holes 401 and the fourth type through holes 601 and screwed in the nuts 8 so as to fixedly connect the bridge deck and the distribution beam 3

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2A and 2B, a surface of the bridge deck pressing plate 1 facing the bridge deck has a protrusion, and the size and shape of the protrusion should be adapted to the groove on the bridge deck, so that the protrusion is engaged with the groove on the bridge deck, and the bridge deck pressing plate 1 is prevented from being displaced on the bridge deck. In this embodiment, the first-type through holes 101 are two countersunk circular holes.

As a preferred embodiment, the pressing strip 5 is ring-shaped, and two ends of the pressing strip 5 are folded towards the positioning block 4 to form an arc-shaped buckle 51 with a preset radian;

as shown in fig. 8A and 8B, a locking groove 41 is formed at an end of the positioning block 4 opposite to the distribution beam 3, and an arc-shaped buckle 51 is embedded in the locking groove 41, so that an end of the pressing bar 5 is fixed in the positioning block 4.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, two ends of the panel 2 are respectively provided with a second type through hole 201, the second type through hole 201 is a square hole and is adapted to the shape and size of the positioning block 4, as shown in fig. 1, one end of the positioning block 4 is welded in the second type through hole 201, the other end of the positioning block 4 is provided with a clamping groove 41 for clamping one end of the pressing strip 5, and the other end of the pressing strip 5 is pressed on the inner side of the top flange plate 31 of the distribution beam 3, in this embodiment, the pair of pressing strips are included and respectively press two sides of the top flange plate 31 to fix the distribution beam 3. As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the bead 5 is ring-shaped, and two ends of the bead 5 are folded toward the positioning block 4 to form an arc-shaped buckle 50 with a preset radian, so that the buckle is clamped in the clamping groove of the positioning block 4.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5B, the fixing plate 6 has a pair of grooves 60 on a surface facing the bead 5, and the shape and size of the grooves 60 are matched with the two sides of the bead 5, so that the two sides of the bead 5 are engaged with the pair of grooves 60, thereby fixing the bead 5 to prevent the bead from shifting, and achieving a better fixing effect. During screwing the screw 8 into the nut 7, the deck pressing plate 1 moves towards the nut 7, the deck pressing plate 1 applies pressure to the upper surface of the bridge deck, and the spring beads 5 also apply an external force to the top flange plate 31 of the distribution beam 3, thereby fixing the distribution beam 3 to the bottom of the deck 2. As shown in fig. 3, the center of the panel 2 is further provided with a square hole 21, the width of the square hole 21 should be smaller than that of the top flange plate 31, and the main function of the square hole 21 is to reduce the weight of the panel 2 and, at the same time, to effectively reduce the cost of the panel 2.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the apparatus further comprises:

a pair of hollow fixing sleeve seats 9 respectively sleeved on the pair of second type through holes 201 of the panel 2;

a pair of anti-falling plates 10 respectively arranged on the opening sides of the pair of fixed sleeve seats 9, wherein one end of each anti-falling plate 10 passes through the square hole 602 of the fixed plate 6 and is fixed on the positioning block 4, and the other end of each anti-falling plate 10 is fixed on the bottom surface of the corresponding fixed sleeve seat 9;

each of the fixed sockets 9 has a viewing hole 901 on the side facing away from the open side.

and a pair of rib plates 12 respectively arranged on one side of the fixed sleeve seat 9 back to the opening side, wherein the rib plates 12 are respectively fixed at two ends of the panel 2.

Specifically, since the metal plates of the panel 2 and the fixed sleeve 9 are thin, the bridge deck pressing plate 1 is easily deformed when a downward pressure is applied thereto during installation, and therefore, the bending-resistant plate 11 is welded to the top of the panel 2 to prevent the panel 2 from being deformed by being pressed during installation, and the pair of rib plates 12 are respectively used to protect the fixed sleeve 9 from being deformed by being pressed. The bending-resistant plate 11 and the rib plate 12 have the characteristics of light weight, high bearing capacity, strong bending resistance and small occupied space, and can play the roles of supporting, protecting and connecting the frameworks.

In a preferred embodiment, the nut 7 is a hexagonal nut;

the screw 8 is a socket head cap screw.

Specifically, the first-type through holes 101 of the bridge deck pressing plate 1 are countersunk circular holes, so that the screws in the embodiment adopt socket head cap screws, the socket head cap screws can be lower than the upper surface of the bridge deck pressing plate 1, and the occupied space is small; the socket head cap screw also has the advantages of convenience in fastening and dismounting, difficulty in sliding angles and the like.
