selecting a mortise cylinder plate, or selecting a mortise cylinder plate and a tenon cylinder plate, or selecting a mortise cylinder plate, a tenon cylinder plate and a width adjusting plate according to the width dimension of the structural wall of the window opening measured on site;

attaching the mortise cylinder plate, or the mortise cylinder plate and the tenon cylinder plate which are mutually nested and connected together, or the mortise cylinder plate, the tenon cylinder plate and the width adjusting plate which are mutually nested and connected together onto the foaming adhesive, wherein the mortise cylinder plate is assembled on the outermost side of the window hole;

insert the adjustment tank of mortise cylinder plate with the longer one end of L shape window sleeve line, the laminating of the shorter one end of L shape window sleeve line is on the wall decorative board of structure wall body.

Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of home decoration, and in particular, to a window wrap trim assembly and method of installing a window wrap.

Background

The manufacturing period of each third-party supply chain in the traditional decoration is also the core reason of longer hard-mounting period, because a longer period is needed from measurement to manufacture, and meanwhile, the measurement condition can be achieved only after basic work is finished in the decoration process, the window wrap is taken as an example, generally, after decoration is started for 10 days, the wall surface is leveled, the measurement condition of the window wrap is achieved, and after the measurement is finished, the installation condition is achieved only after the production period of 15-30 days.

As shown in fig. 1, in the conventional window installation measurement, the window wrap is to customize the barrel plate 5 according to the thickness of the field wall, and some houses are designed with bay windows, so that the size of the window wrap is not fixed. In the process of on-site actual installation, because the wall thickness and the initial measured thickness of the window wrap are slightly different, an adjusting groove is reserved in the window wrap cylinder daughter board, and the adjusting groove is matched with the L-shaped window wrap line 6, so that the adjusting amount of 5-10mm can be achieved.

Therefore, the conventional decoration module and method in the prior art have too long a period to meet the requirement of the current fast-assembly system, for example, the fast-assembly system invented by the inventor needs to complete the decoration of the whole house within 15 days, so that the products of the third-party supply chain also need to realize the requirement of fast production and installation.

Disclosure of Invention

To overcome at least in part the above-identified problems of the prior art, the present application provides a window wrap trim assembly and method of installing a window wrap.

According to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided a window wrap finishing assembly, comprising a barrel plate and an L-shaped window wrap line, wherein the barrel plate comprises a mortise barrel plate and a tenon barrel plate, one end of the mortise barrel plate is provided with an adjusting groove, and the other end is provided with a mortise; one end of the tenon cylinder plate is provided with a tenon; the longer end of the L-shaped window sleeve line is inserted into the adjusting groove, and the shorter end of the L-shaped window sleeve line is attached to a wall surface decorative plate of the structural wall body; the tenon socket of the tenon socket cylinder plate and the tenon of the tenon head cylinder plate are mutually nested and connected together.

Further, the barrel plate further comprises a width adjusting plate, one end of the width adjusting plate is provided with a tenon socket, the other end of the width adjusting plate is provided with a tenon, the tenon socket of the width adjusting plate can be mutually nested with the tenon of the tenon barrel plate to be connected together, the tenon of the width adjusting plate can be mutually nested with the tenon socket of the tenon barrel plate to be connected together, and therefore the tenon barrel plate and the tenon barrel plate are arranged at two ends of the width adjusting plate respectively.

According to a second aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a method of installing a window wrap using the above window wrap trim assembly, comprising the steps of:

mounting a wall surface decorative plate on the structural wall body;

coating foaming glue on the edge of the window opening;

selecting a mortise cylinder plate, or selecting a mortise cylinder plate and a tenon cylinder plate, or selecting a mortise cylinder plate, a tenon cylinder plate and a width adjusting plate according to the width dimension of the structural wall of the window opening measured on site;

attaching the mortise cylinder plate, or the mortise cylinder plate and the tenon cylinder plate which are mutually nested and connected together, or the mortise cylinder plate, the tenon cylinder plate and the width adjusting plate which are mutually nested and connected together onto the foaming adhesive, wherein the mortise cylinder plate is assembled on the outermost side of the window hole;

insert the adjustment tank of mortise cylinder plate with the longer one end of L shape window sleeve line, the laminating of the shorter one end of L shape window sleeve line is on the wall decorative board of structure wall body.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can have the following beneficial effects:

1) the width of the window sleeve cylinder plate can be freely adjusted by splicing a plurality of cylinder plates with different widths, the thickness of a wall body of 100mm-500mm can be freely adjusted, all components of the window sleeve can be produced in batches in a factory in advance, and the window sleeve does not need to be measured in advance according to each house type and produced according to the size independently, so that the production cost is greatly reduced, and the production and installation period of the window sleeve is also reduced;

2) the deepened bobbin plate adjusting groove is matched with the lengthened L-shaped window sleeve line, so that fine adjustment can be performed in the width of the bobbin adjusting plate;

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the window wrap finishing assembly of the present invention comprises a barrel plate and an L-shaped window wrap line 9, the width of the barrel plate of the window wrap can be spliced by several barrel plates with different widths, the thickness of the wall body of 100mm to 500mm can be freely adjusted, and all components of the window wrap can be mass-produced in a factory in advance without measuring in advance according to each house type and producing according to the size independently, so that the production cost is greatly reduced, and the production and installation period of the window wrap is also reduced.

The cylinder plate comprises a mortise cylinder plate 8 and a tenon cylinder plate 11, one end of the mortise cylinder plate is provided with an adjusting groove, and the other end of the mortise cylinder plate is provided with a mortise; one end of the tenon cylinder plate is provided with a tenon; the longer end of the L-shaped window sleeve line is inserted into the adjusting groove, and the shorter end of the L-shaped window sleeve line is attached to a wall surface decorative plate of the structural wall body; the tenon socket of the tenon socket cylinder plate and the tenon of the tenon head cylinder plate are mutually nested and connected together.

In addition to the mortise cylinder plate and the tenon cylinder plate, the width of the window sleeve cylinder plate can be freely adjusted by splicing several cylinder plates with different widths, so that the thickness of the wall body of 100mm-500mm can be freely adjusted, for example, one width adjusting plate can be used as shown in fig. 3, or a plurality of width adjusting plates can be used, for example, two width adjusting plates can be used as shown in fig. 4.

In addition, as shown in fig. 2, when the thickness of the structural wall is small, the tenon cylinder plate 11 and the width adjusting plate 12 are not needed, and only the mortise cylinder plate 8 is needed, and the encapsulation of the window wrap can be realized by matching the size of the L-shaped window wrap line inserted into the adjusting groove in the mortise cylinder plate 8.

Fig. 5(a) and 5(b) are schematic views of an installation structure according to a fourth embodiment of the present application, in which fine adjustment is achieved by the adjustment of the window sleeve sub-plate adjustment groove in cooperation with the extension and contraction of the L-shaped window sleeve line, where (a) is a schematic view when the thickness of the structural wall is small, and (b) is a schematic view when the thickness of the structural wall is large.

The depth of the adjusting groove of the window sleeve sub-plate is deepened, so that a width adjusting plate does not need to be added, and careful adjustment can be realized only through adjustment of the L-shaped window sleeve line. Specifically, by deepening the depth of the adjustment groove of the window sleeve sub-plate, for example, by at least 50mm, the margin (expansion and contraction size) for inserting the longer side of the L-shaped window sleeve line into the adjustment groove becomes large, and by fitting the expansion and contraction of the L-shaped window sleeve line, fine adjustment within 50mm can be achieved. When the thickness of the structural wall body is relatively thin, the window wrap can be encapsulated only by increasing the size of the L-shaped window wrap line inserted into the adjusting groove, as shown in FIG. 5 (a). As shown in fig. 5(b), when the thickness of the structural wall is thicker, the window wrap can be encapsulated only by shortening the dimension of the L-shaped window wrap line inserted into the adjusting groove.

In addition, as shown in fig. 2-5 (b), the space for injecting the foaming adhesive at the gap of the window opening is shielded by the wall decoration plate 10 without the putty latex paint layer 7 and by matching with the wall decoration plate 10, the foaming adhesive injected at the gap of the window opening is not needed to be shielded by the window sleeve line 6, so that the front width of the L-shaped window sleeve line can be reduced, and a better visual effect can be achieved.

The dimensions of the components of the present invention are not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can adapt the dimensions of the components based on the present invention according to the wall dimensions required by the present building standards and specifications. For example, the thickness of the structural wall of the current window is 100-500 mm, and the general load-bearing wall is 24 walls, namely 240mm thick wall, and 50 walls are 500mm thick wall. In this regard, the preferred lengths of the overall lengths of the tenon cylinder plate, the width adjustment plate and the mortise cylinder plate in the thickness direction of the wall body are 50mm, 120mm and 50mm, and the preferred adjustment groove of the mortise cylinder plate is 15mm, so that the single side of the adjustment amount of the L-shaped window wrap line in the groove is 10mm, and thus the corresponding component can be selected according to the size/adjustment amount of each component (the tenon cylinder plate, the width adjustment plate and the mortise cylinder plate) according to the specific wall body size. Due to the presence of the window frame 2 (the rotor plate is resting against the window frame as shown in fig. 2-4), the thickness of the window frame (e.g. 40mm) is subtracted when selecting the respective components. For example, for a wall with a thickness of 100mm, 10mm +50mm is sufficient; for a wall body with the thickness of 220mm, the thickness of the wall body is 10mm +50mm +120 mm; for a wall 500mm thick, 50mm +50mm +120mm +120mm +120mm is sufficient, which can be achieved with a minimum number of component pieces.

The method for installing the window sleeve by adopting the window sleeve decoration assembly comprises the following steps: mounting a wall surface decorative plate on the structural wall body; coating foaming glue on the edge of the window opening; selecting a mortise cylinder plate, or selecting a mortise cylinder plate and a tenon cylinder plate, or selecting a mortise cylinder plate, a tenon cylinder plate and a width adjusting plate according to the width dimension of the structural wall of the window opening measured on site; attaching the mortise cylinder plate, or the mortise cylinder plate and the tenon cylinder plate which are mutually nested and connected together, or the mortise cylinder plate, the tenon cylinder plate and the width adjusting plate which are mutually nested and connected together onto the foaming adhesive, wherein the mortise cylinder plate is assembled on the outermost side of the window hole; inserting the longer end of the L-shaped window sleeve line into an adjusting groove of the mortise cylinder plate, and attaching the shorter end of the L-shaped window sleeve line to a wall surface decorative plate of the structural wall body; thereby realizing the decoration of the window sleeve.
