As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the small-sized magnetic filtering angle valve comprises an angle valve body 1, wherein a through hole 10 is formed in the tail end of the angle valve body 1 and connected with a magnetic filtering component 2, the magnetic filtering component 2 comprises a visible transparent cover 20, a protective cover 21 for fixing the transparent cover 20 to the tail end of the angle valve body 1, a separable magnetic block 3 is further arranged between the transparent cover 20 and the protective cover 21, a shuttle-shaped flat filter screen 22 is arranged in the transparent cover 20, a visible groove 23 is formed in the protective cover 21, a valve ball 3 is arranged in the angle valve body 1, and a flow guiding layered plate 30 is arranged in the valve ball 3.

The right end face of the filter screen 22 is provided with an inner concave arc structure 24, and the inner concave arc structure 24 is matched with the arc structure 37 and is provided with a movable gap structure 4. The clearance structure 4 may be as small as possible to prevent fluid medium from entering the upper flow passage 34 directly without passing through the filter screen 22. However, the existence of the movable gap structure 4, the direction of which is vertical, is different from the flow direction of the fluid medium, has little influence on the filtration, and in case of blockage of the filter screen 22, the movable gap structure can open the channel to prevent the channel from being blocked, thereby having the existing function.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a horizontal limiting block 25 is arranged on the outer wall of the transparent cover 20 and is matched with the horizontal limiting groove 11 of the angle valve body 1; the inner wall of the transparent cover 20 is provided with a filter screen limiting groove 27. The horizontal limiting block 25, the horizontal limiting groove 11 and the filter screen limiting groove 27 are symmetrically arranged on two sides, and play a role in limiting and positioning. The filter screen of the angle valve has directionality, and the arrangement of the magnetic block 3 is also elaborated, so that the transparent cover 20 needs to be positioned.

As shown in fig. 5, the filter screen 22 is surrounded by a flexible frame 26 which can be sealed and attached to the inner wall of the transparent cover 20. The filter screen 22 is an unconventional structure, has a plane structure and an arc-shaped edge, and is obliquely arranged in the transparent cover 20, so that the impurities 9 can fall below the transparent cover. The prior art filter screen structure is mostly cylindrical or rectangular, which is different from the invention.

The protective cover 21 is provided with a visual groove 23, and the condition of the impurities 9 can be checked through the transparent cover 20. In the dismounting maintenance process, the valve ball 3 is required to be closed firstly through the handle 5, the protective cover 21 is screwed out and the magnetic block 3 is taken out, iron impurities 9 adsorbed near the magnetic block 3 fall in the transparent cover 20, the transparent cover 20 is pulled out, the impurities 9 are poured out, and meanwhile the filter screen 22 can be pulled out for washing. When the angle valve is installed back, the filter screen 22 is installed in the filter screen limiting groove 27 of the transparent cover 20, the horizontal limiting block 25 of the transparent cover 20 is matched and positioned with the horizontal limiting groove 11 of the angle valve body 1, and the protective cover 21 is screwed tightly.
