1. An end unit of an air conditioning system, comprising:

the tail end body comprises a box body and an air outlet piece, the air outlet piece is arranged on the box body, and at least two first abutting pieces arranged at intervals are arranged on the air outlet piece; and

the air diffuser is arranged on one side, back to the box body, of the air outlet piece, at least two second abutting pieces are formed on the air diffuser at intervals, each second abutting piece can abut against one side, facing the box body, of one first abutting piece correspondingly, and the air diffuser can rotate relative to the air outlet piece from one first abutting piece to the other first abutting piece.

2. The terminal device of an air conditioning system according to claim 1, wherein the first abutting member further has a stopper portion provided on a side of the first abutting member facing the case, and the second abutting member is capable of abutting against the first abutting member and is located on a side of the stopper portion; or

The second abutting part is further provided with a limiting part, the limiting part is arranged on one side, back to the tail end body, of the second abutting part, and the first abutting part can abut against the second abutting part and is located on one side of the limiting part.

if the second abutting part is provided with the limiting parts, the number of the limiting parts is two, the two limiting parts are arranged on the second abutting part at intervals and form a matching groove with the second abutting part in a surrounding mode, and the first abutting part can be arranged in the matching groove.

4. The end unit of an air conditioning system as set forth in claim 3, further comprising a fixing member provided on said diffuser, said fixing member being provided on a side of a ceiling facing away from said cabinet and covering a mounting hole in said ceiling.

The terminal device of an air conditioning system according to claim 4, further comprising a first elastic sealing member, a distance between the fixing member and the ceiling being greater than or equal to a depth of the fitting groove, the first elastic sealing member being provided on a side of the fixing member facing the ceiling and adapted to cover the mounting hole; or

The end device of an air conditioning system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the air outlet member is of a cylindrical structure and the air diffuser is of a cylindrical structure; the second abutting part is formed on the outer wall of the air diffuser, and the first abutting part is formed on the inner wall of the air outlet part; or, the second abutting part is formed on the inner wall of the diffuser, and the first abutting part is formed on the outer wall of the air outlet part.

10. An air conditioning system, comprising:

an air handling unit; and

the end device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the box body is provided with an air inlet communicated with the air outlet member, and the air handling unit is connected to the air inlet of the box body through an air pipe.

11. The air conditioning system of claim 10, wherein the air conditioning system is a variable air volume air conditioning system.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner assembly structures, in particular to an air conditioner system and a tail end device thereof.

Background

The end device of the air conditioning system is one of key devices for supplying air to the air conditioning system. And for the mounting mode of mounting the end device on the ceiling or embedding in the wall, the indoor space can be effectively saved. When the end device needs to be overhauled and maintained, the end device is overhauled and maintained through the access hole formed in the ceiling or the wall. However, the maintenance opening is arranged, which not only affects the space beauty, but also causes the maintenance process to be complex and time and labor consuming.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need to provide an air conditioning system and a terminal device thereof, which are convenient to repair and maintain.

An end device of an air conditioning system comprises

The tail end body comprises a box body and an air outlet piece, the air outlet piece is arranged on the box body, and at least two first abutting pieces arranged at intervals are arranged on the air outlet piece; and

the air diffuser is arranged on one side, back to the box body, of the air outlet piece, at least two second abutting pieces are formed on the air diffuser at intervals, a single second abutting piece can abut against one side, facing the box body, of the first abutting piece, and the air diffuser can rotate relative to the air outlet piece from one first abutting piece to the other first abutting piece.

When the tail end device of the air conditioning system is used, the tail end body is arranged in the ceiling through the mounting hole in the ceiling, and the air diffuser is arranged on one side of the air outlet piece, which is back to the box body, so that the second abutting piece on the air diffuser is aligned to the interval between the first abutting pieces on the air outlet piece. Further, the second abutting parts are higher than the first abutting parts, and the air diffuser is rotated from one first abutting part to the other first abutting part relative to the air outlet part, so that each second abutting part is correspondingly aligned to one first abutting part. Due to the dead weight of the diffuser, the second abutting piece abuts against one side, facing the box body, of the first abutting piece. The diffuser is stably installed on the tail end body through the abutting connection of the at least two first abutting connection pieces and the second abutting connection pieces, and the installation process is convenient. When the tail end body needs to be overhauled or maintained, the air diffuser is rotated relative to the air outlet part, so that the second abutting parts are rotated to the interval between the two adjacent first abutting parts and move towards the direction far away from the tail end body, the air diffuser is detached from the tail end body, and the tail end body can be overhauled or maintained. The end device of the air conditioning system can realize the overhaul and maintenance of the end body without independently arranging the access hole on the ceiling, so that the overhaul and maintenance process is convenient, and the overhaul and maintenance efficiency is high.

In one embodiment, the first abutting piece is further formed with a limiting part, the limiting part is arranged on one side of the first abutting piece facing the box body, and the second abutting piece can abut against the first abutting piece and is positioned on one side of the limiting part; or

The second abutting part is further provided with a limiting part, the limiting part is arranged on one side, back to the tail end body, of the second abutting part, and the first abutting part can abut against the second abutting part and is located on one side of the limiting part.

In one embodiment, if the first abutting piece is provided with two limiting parts, the two limiting parts are arranged on the first abutting piece at intervals and enclose a matching groove with the first abutting piece, and the second abutting piece can be arranged in the matching groove;

In one embodiment, the air diffuser further comprises a fixing piece, the fixing piece is arranged on the air diffuser, is positioned on the side, opposite to the box body, of the ceiling and is used for covering the mounting hole in the ceiling.

In one embodiment, the mounting structure further comprises a first elastic sealing element, the distance between the fixing element and the ceiling is greater than or equal to the depth of the matching groove, and the first elastic sealing element is arranged on the side, facing the ceiling, of the fixing element and is used for covering the mounting hole; or

When the air conditioning system is used, the tail end body is arranged in the ceiling through the mounting hole in the ceiling, and the air diffuser is arranged on one side of the air outlet piece back to the box body, so that the second abutting piece on the air diffuser is aligned with the interval between the first abutting pieces on the air outlet piece. Further, the second abutting parts are higher than the first abutting parts, and the air diffuser is rotated from one first abutting part to the other first abutting part relative to the air outlet part, so that each second abutting part is correspondingly aligned to one first abutting part. Because the air handling unit passes through the tuber pipe and connects in the air intake department of box, and then can carry cold wind or hot-blast in to the box through the tuber pipe to enter into indoorly through air-out spare and air diffuser, realize indoor cooling or intensification effect.

When the tail end body needs to be overhauled or maintained, the air diffuser is rotated relative to the air outlet part, so that the second abutting parts are rotated to the interval between the two adjacent first abutting parts and move towards the direction far away from the tail end body, the air diffuser is detached from the tail end body, and the tail end body can be overhauled or maintained. The end device of the air conditioning system can realize the overhaul and maintenance of the end body without independently arranging the access hole on the ceiling, so that the overhaul and maintenance process is convenient, and the overhaul and maintenance efficiency is high.

In one embodiment, the air conditioning system is a variable air volume air conditioning system.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather should be construed as broadly as the present invention is capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The air conditioning system in one embodiment is used for achieving indoor cooling or heating effects. Specifically, the air conditioning system includes an air handling unit and an end unit 10 (shown in fig. 1), and the air handling unit is connected to the end unit 10 through an air duct. The air handling unit sends cold air or hot air into the room through the end device 10, so as to realize the indoor refrigeration or heating effect.

In the present embodiment, the air conditioning system is a variable air volume air conditioning system. In other embodiments, the air conditioning system may also be other air conditioning systems capable of cooling or heating.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an end device 10 of an air conditioning system in an embodiment can supply air, and at least the repair and maintenance process is convenient. Specifically, the terminal device 10 includes a terminal body 100 and a diffuser 200, the terminal body 100 includes a box body 110 and an air outlet member 120, the air outlet member 120 is disposed on the box body 110, and at least two first abutting members 130 disposed at intervals are disposed on the air outlet member 120; the diffuser 200 is disposed on a side of the air outlet 120 opposite to the box 110, at least two second abutting parts 210 are formed on the diffuser 200, each second abutting part 210 can abut against a side of one first abutting part 130 facing the box 110, and the diffuser 200 can rotate from one first abutting part 130 to the other first abutting part 130 relative to the air outlet 120. Wherein, the box body 110 is provided with an air inlet 140 communicated with the air outlet member 120, and the air handling unit is connected to the air inlet 140 of the box body 110 through an air pipe.

When the terminal device 10 of the air conditioning system is used, the mounting hole 202 is opened on the ceiling 20, the terminal body 100 is mounted inside the ceiling 20 through the mounting hole 202 on the ceiling 20, and the diffuser 200 is disposed on the side of the air outlet member 120 opposite to the box body 110, so that the second abutting member 210 on the diffuser 200 is aligned with the interval between the first abutting members 130 on the air outlet member 120. Further, the height of the second abutting member 210 is higher than that of the first abutting member 130, and the diffuser 200 is rotated from one first abutting member 130 to the other first abutting member 130 relative to the air outlet member 120, so that each second abutting member 210 is correspondingly aligned with one first abutting member 130. Due to the self weight of the diffuser 200, the second abutment 210 abuts on the side of the first abutment 130 facing the box 110. The diffuser 200 is stably installed on the tip body 100 by abutting at least two first abutting pieces 130 and the second abutting piece 210, and the installation process is convenient. Because the air handling unit is connected to the air inlet 140 of the box body 110 through the air pipe, cold air or hot air can be conveyed into the box body 110 through the air pipe and enters the room through the air outlet member 120 and the air diffuser 200, and the indoor cooling or heating effect is realized.

When the terminal body 100 needs to be overhauled or maintained, the diffuser 200 is rotated relative to the air outlet member 120, so that the second abutting members 210 are rotated to the interval between two adjacent first abutting members 130 and move in the direction away from the terminal body 100, and the diffuser 200 is detached from the terminal body 100, thereby realizing the purpose of overhauling the terminal body 100. The end device 10 of the air conditioning system can realize the overhaul and maintenance of the end body 100 without independently arranging an overhaul port on the ceiling 20, so that the overhaul and maintenance process is convenient, and the overhaul and maintenance efficiency is high.

In one embodiment, the diffuser 200 includes a diffuser plate 220 and a connecting portion 230, the diffuser plate 220 is disposed on a side of the connecting portion 230 opposite to the box 110, and the second abutting portion 210 is formed on the connecting portion 230. The connection between the air outlet member 120 and the second abutting member 210 through the first abutting member 130 can be conveniently realized through the connection portion 230.

In one embodiment, the air outlet member 120 is a cylindrical structure, and the diffuser 200 is a cylindrical structure. In one embodiment, the second abutting member 210 is formed on the outer wall of the connecting portion 230, and the first abutting member 130 is formed on the inner wall of the air outlet member 120. The connecting portion 230 is disposed through the air outlet 120. Because the air outlet member 120 and the air diffuser 200 are both cylindrical structures, the rotation of the air diffuser 200 relative to the air outlet member 120 is further facilitated. Further, the connection part 230 has a cylindrical structure.

In another embodiment, the second abutting member 210 is further formed on an inner wall of the connecting portion 230, the first abutting member 130 is further formed on an outer wall of the air outlet member 120, and the air outlet member 120 is disposed in the connecting portion 230.

Further, the connection portion 230 can pass through the mounting hole 202 of the ceiling 20, and the diameter of the connection portion 230 is smaller than the aperture of the mounting hole 202, so that the connection portion 230 is conveniently inserted into the mounting hole 202 and connected to the air outlet member 120.

In the present embodiment, the number of the second abutments 210 corresponds to the number of the first abutments 130. Each second abutting member 210 can abut against a first abutting member 130 correspondingly. Specifically, the number of the first abutting parts 130 is four, and the four first abutting parts 130 are disposed on the air outlet part 120 at intervals. In other embodiments, the number of the second abutments 210 may also be other numbers, such as two, three, five, etc.

Specifically, the distance between two adjacent first abutting pieces 130 is greater than the length of the second abutting piece 210 along the rotation direction of the diffuser 200, so that the second abutting piece 210 can pass through the distance between two adjacent first abutting pieces 130 and abut against the second abutting piece 210.

Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, in an embodiment, the first abutting member 130 further has a limiting portion 132 formed thereon, the limiting portion 132 is disposed on a side of the first abutting member 130 facing the box 110, and the second abutting member 210 can abut against the first abutting member 130 and is located on a side of the limiting portion 132. When the second abutting member 210 abuts against the first abutting member 130, the limiting portion 132 can effectively limit the second abutting member 210 from rotating toward the limiting portion 132, so as to effectively improve the stability of the diffuser 200 disposed on the air outlet member 120.

Specifically, two limiting portions 132 are provided, the two limiting portions 132 are disposed on the first abutting piece 130 at intervals, and form a matching groove 134 with the first abutting piece 130, and the second abutting piece 210 can be disposed in the matching groove 134. The second abutting member 210 abuts against the first abutting member 130 and is located in the engaging groove 134, so that the second abutting member 210 can be further restricted from rotating relative to the first abutting member 130. When the air diffuser 200 needs to be detached, the air diffuser 200 is pushed towards the box body 110, so that the second abutting part 210 is disengaged from the matching groove 134, and the air diffuser 200 is rotated, so that the air diffuser 200 can be detached from the air outlet member 120.

In another embodiment, the second abutting member 210 further has a limiting portion, the limiting portion is disposed on a side of the second abutting member 210 opposite to the terminal body 100, and the first abutting member 130 can abut against the second abutting member 210 and is located on the side of the limiting portion. The first abutting part 130 can be effectively limited to rotate towards the direction of the limiting part through the limiting part, and then the stability of the air diffuser 200 arranged on the air outlet part 120 can be effectively improved.

Specifically, the two limiting portions are disposed on the second abutting piece 210 at intervals, and form a matching groove with the second abutting piece 210, and the first abutting piece 130 can be disposed in the matching groove, so that the stability of the first abutting piece 130 abutting against the second abutting piece 210 can be further improved. When the air diffuser 200 needs to be detached, the air diffuser 200 is pushed towards the box body 110, so that the first abutting part 130 is disengaged from the mating groove, and the air diffuser 200 is rotated, so that the air diffuser 200 can be detached from the air outlet part 120.

Referring to fig. 1 again, in an embodiment, the end device 10 further includes a fixing member 300, the fixing member 300 is disposed on the diffuser 200 and is located on a side of the ceiling 20 opposite to the box body 110, and the fixing member 300 is used for covering the mounting hole 202 on the ceiling 20. Since the fixing member 300 is located on the side of the ceiling 20 opposite to the box body 110, the mounting hole 202 on the ceiling 20 can be effectively covered, so that the appearance is good, and foreign matters are prevented from entering the inside of the ceiling 20 through the mounting hole 202.

Specifically, the distance between the fixing member 300 and the ceiling 20 is greater than or equal to the depth of the fitting groove 134. When it is desired to disassemble the diffuser 200, the diffuser 200 is pushed to move towards the ceiling 20 such that the second abutment 210 disengages the mating slot 134. Since the distance between the fixing member 300 and the ceiling 20 is greater than or equal to the depth of the fitting slot 134, the fixing member 300 is prevented from restricting the movement of the diffuser 200, so that the second abutting member 210 cannot be effectively and completely disengaged from the fitting slot 134.

In one embodiment, the end device 10 further includes a first elastic sealing member 310, and the first elastic sealing member 310 is disposed on a side of the fixing member 300 facing the ceiling 20 and is used to cover the installation hole 202. The first elastic sealing member 310 can further effectively seal the mounting hole 202 to prevent foreign matters from entering the mounting hole 202.

In this embodiment, the first elastic sealing member 310 is a sponge. Of course, in other embodiments, the first elastic sealing element 310 may be made of other materials that are elastic and can perform an effective sealing function.

In another embodiment, the end device 10 further includes an elastic member, the fixing member 300 is disposed on the diffuser 200 through the elastic member, the elastic direction of the elastic member is the direction of the diffuser 200 toward the box 110, and the fixing member 300 can abut against the ceiling 20 through the elastic force of the elastic member. When the diffuser 200 needs to be disassembled, the diffuser 200 is pushed to move towards the box body 110, and then the elastic member is compressed, so that the second abutting member 210 can move towards the direction far away from the first abutting member 130.

In an embodiment, the end device 10 further includes a second elastic sealing element 320, and the second elastic sealing element 320 is disposed between the connecting portion 230 and the air outlet 120. Through setting up second elastic sealing member 320, can effectively strengthen the inseparable degree that air outlet member 120 and connecting portion 230 are connected.

Specifically, the second elastic sealing element 320 is sleeved on the outer wall of the connecting portion 230 and located between the connecting portion 230 and the air outlet member 120, so as to facilitate the installation of the second elastic sealing element 320, and improve the installation efficiency.

In this embodiment, the second elastic sealing member 320 is a sponge. Of course, in other embodiments, the second elastic sealing element 320 may be made of other materials that have elasticity and can perform an effective sealing function.

In an embodiment, the box body 110 is provided with an access opening 112, and the air outlet member 120 is detachably disposed on the box body 110 and covers the access opening 112. When the diffuser 200 is detached from the air outlet member 120, the air outlet member 120 is further detached from the box body 110, and the inspection and maintenance of other parts in the box body 110 can be conveniently realized through the inspection opening 112.

Specifically, the air outlet member 120 includes an air outlet portion 122 and a baffle 124 disposed at one end of the air outlet portion 122, and the baffle 124 is detachably disposed on the box 110 and covers the access opening 112. The first abutting member 130 is disposed on the air outlet portion 122. The access opening 112 can be effectively covered by forming the baffle 124, and the structural integrity of the box body 110 is ensured.

In one embodiment, the terminal body 100 further includes a hanger 400, and the hanger 400 is disposed on the box body 110.
