1. A quick-acting dryer is characterized by comprising a bottom fixed seat (1), an air duct and a driving device for driving the air duct to rotate, wherein the driving device is fixed above the bottom fixed seat (1);

the air duct comprises an air inlet duct (5), an accommodating duct (4) for accommodating and fixing a reagent tube and a backflow air duct (3) for guiding the air flow back, the accommodating duct (4) comprises an upper half duct (41) and a lower half duct (42), the upper half duct (41) is hinged with the lower half duct (42), one end of the lower half duct (42) is fixed with the end part of the backflow air duct (3), and the other end of the lower half duct is fixed with the end part of the air inlet duct (5);

the bottom of the lower half cylinder (42) is provided with a fixing device.

The quick-acting dryer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper end of the bottom fixed base (1) is provided with a first fixed base (11), the driving device comprises a driving motor (12) fixed on the first fixed base (11), a driving wheel (13) and a transmission toothed belt (31) sleeved on the backflow air duct (3), an output end (120) of the driving motor (12) is fixed with the driving wheel (13), the driving wheel (13) is meshed with the transmission toothed belt (31), and the transmission toothed belt (31) is fixed on the outer side wall of the backflow air duct (3) through a first connecting hinge piece (32).

The quick-acting dryer as claimed in claim 1, wherein a return air mechanism is fixedly disposed at an end of the return air duct (3) opposite to the accommodating cylinder (4), the return air mechanism includes return fan blades (36) in a bolt shape and an air guide blocking frame (37), the air guide blocking frame (37) is fixed to an inner side wall of the return air duct (3), and an end portion of the return fan blades (36) is fixed to an end portion of the air guide blocking frame (37).

The quick-acting dryer as claimed in claim 1, wherein an air collecting sleeve (2) is provided at an end of the air inlet cylinder (5) facing away from the accommodating cylinder (4), an air inlet (21) is provided at an upper end of the air collecting sleeve (2), the air collecting sleeve (2) is rotatably connected to the air inlet cylinder (5), and the air collecting sleeve (2) is fixedly disposed on the bottom fixing base (1).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of laboratory machinery, and particularly relates to a quick-acting dryer.

Background

After washing, the various reagent tubes or beakers in the laboratory are usually placed in a laboratory and dried. However, direct airing of reagent tubes takes a long time and does not supply real-time laboratory requirements. In order to dry the reagent tube more quickly, an experimenter generally inverts the reagent tube in an oven, on one hand, the evaporation of water in the reagent tube is accelerated through hot air, and on the other hand, the water in the reagent tube flows out through inverting the reagent tube, so that the effect of accelerating the drying of the reagent tube is achieved.

However, during the above operation, the experimenter encounters the following problems: although the temperature in the oven is certain, even hot air exists, the wind direction is often single, and the air is not easy to blow into the inverted reagent tube, so that the moisture in the reagent tube is often removed in an evaporating manner, and the time consumption is long. And, the moisture of nature evaporation can leave the water mark at the inside wall of reagent pipe for the experimenter need use through wiping when using (prevent that debris from disturbing the test result).

Therefore, it is an urgent problem to provide a tubular laboratory device that can rapidly dry reagent tubes, beakers, and the like, which is frequently used.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a quick-acting dryer which has the advantages of quickly drying a reagent tube and throwing away moisture in the reagent tube.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a quick-acting dryer comprises a bottom fixed seat, an air duct and a driving device for driving the air duct to rotate, wherein the driving device is fixed above the bottom fixed seat; the air duct comprises an air inlet duct, a containing duct for containing and fixing the reagent tube and a backflow air duct for guiding the air flow back, the containing duct comprises an upper half duct and a lower half duct, the upper half duct is hinged with the lower half duct, one end of the lower half duct is fixed with the end part of the backflow air duct, and the other end of the lower half duct is fixed with the end part of the air inlet duct; and a fixing device is arranged at the bottom of the lower half cylinder.

Preferably, the fixing device comprises a fixing column fixed to the bottom of the lower half barrel, a tight attaching plate attached to the bottom of the inverted reagent bottle, an elastic piece, a connecting rod, a connecting push rod and an arc-shaped fixing piece attached to the inner side wall of the reagent bottle, the tight attaching plate is provided with a holding tank adapted to hold the elastic piece, one end of the elastic piece is fixed to the bottom of the holding tank, the other end of the elastic piece is fixed to the connecting push rod, the arc-shaped fixing piece is fixed to one end, opposite to the elastic piece, of the connecting push rod, one end of the connecting rod is hinged to one end, opposite to the lower half barrel, of the fixing column, correspondingly, the fixing column is provided with a hinge groove, and the free end of the connecting rod is hinged to.

Preferably, the free end of the upper half cylinder is provided with a fixing bolt, and correspondingly, the lower half cylinder is provided with a threaded through hole matched with the fixing bolt.

Preferably, the upper end of the upper half cylinder is provided with a force application handle part.

Preferably, the upper end of the bottom fixing seat is provided with a second positioning seat, the driving device further comprises a driven sliding wheel which is rotatably connected with the second positioning seat and a driven toothed belt which is sleeved on the air inlet cylinder, the driven sliding wheel is attached to the driven toothed belt, and the driven toothed belt is fixed at the outer side end of the air inlet cylinder through a first connecting hinge sheet which is the same as the first connecting hinge sheet in structure.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

in the invention, the reagent tube can be fixedly arranged in the accommodating barrel, and the tube opening of the reagent tube can change at multiple angles after the driving device drives the barrel to rotate, so that the reagent tube can be quickly dried by air entering from the air inlet barrel. In addition, the water in the reagent tube can be thrown out in the process that the accommodating cylinder is driven to rotate by the driving device, so that the water in the reagent tube can be dried quickly. Because the reagent tube is fixed by the fixing device, the reagent tube can not be separated in the swinging process of the accommodating barrel. Therefore, the quick-acting dryer provided by the invention can be used for quickly drying the moisture in the reagent tube, and is more convenient for experimenters to store or use.
