Technical Field

The present invention relates to a paper container having a lid function.

Background

Failure to properly treat some plastic products is one cause of marine pollution. In recent years, in consideration of environmental issues, there has been an increasing movement of eliminating plastic straws in large restaurants.

The beverage container includes a paper container and a plastic container. In view of the above, paper containers are often used. However, even if a paper container (body) is used, the lid of the container is often made of plastic.

Accordingly, paper containers having a lid function have been proposed by various container manufacturers (for example, patent documents 1 to 3). These containers are provided with a plurality of flaps (flaps) continuously provided with the upper edge of the body portion, which are overlapped with each other to cover the opening of the upper portion of the body portion, forming a simple lid. Since the paper is completely made of paper, disposal is easy. However, the structure of the sheet is somewhat complex and therefore not easy to assemble.

Although the intermediate product of the beverage container is manufactured in a factory, it is preferable that the intermediate product is easily assembled because the lid is closed by a restaurant clerk after the beverage is filled.

As for the paper container, the applicant of the present application tried a paper container having a lid function and easy to assemble (patent document 4) (comparative example). Patent document 4 is a design gazette, and discloses little technical content although there is an article appearance.

Disclosure of Invention

Fig. 9 is a diagram showing a schematic structure of a paper container 100 of a comparative example.

The paper container 100 includes: a bottom part 1; a body 2 rising from the bottom 1; a right piece 111, a left piece 112, a collar 113 and an insertion piece 114 provided continuously with the upper edge of the main body 2.

The right and left panels 111 and 112 are formed by being folded inward along an arc-shaped boundary line 130 which is a boundary with the main body 2. The right and left panels 111 and 112 have slits 126 on the insert side.

The collar portion 113 is formed by folding the right and left sheets 111 and 112 at one end thereof outward from the upper portion of the main body 2 along the boundary line.

The insertion piece 114 is formed by being folded inward from the upper portion of the main body 2 along the boundary line at the other end side of the left and right pieces 111, 112.

First, the collar portion 113 is folded outward, and the right piece 111 and the left piece 112 are overlapped to cover the opening 3 formed in the main body portion 2.

Insert sheet 114 is then inserted into slot 126. This maintains the overlapping state of the left and right pieces 111 and 112.

On the other hand, a spout 116 is formed in the collar 113. At this time, the sharp paper end surface is not exposed at the portion in contact with the lips of the consumer. Therefore, the consumer does not feel uncomfortable.

Thus, the paper container 100 of the comparative example has a lid function, a simple structure, and easy assembly.

The present invention aims to improve the comparative example while maintaining the characteristics of the comparative example, thereby improving the convenience.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a paper container comprising: a bottom; a body portion rising from the bottom portion; a right piece and a left piece folded inward from the upper portion of the main body portion along a boundary line to form a collar portion, and folded outward from the upper portion of the main body portion along a boundary line at one end side of the right piece and the left piece; and an insertion piece formed by being folded inward from an upper portion of the main body portion along a boundary line at the other end side of the right and left pieces. The right and left pieces overlap to cover the opening formed by the body portion. The right and left panels have a slit on the insert side. The insert piece is inserted into the slit to maintain the overlapped state of the right and left pieces. A first arc-shaped boundary line located on the side where the right piece and the left piece are located and a second arc-shaped boundary line located on the side where the body portion is located are arranged in parallel between the body portion and the right piece and between the body portion and the left piece.

A wide spout is formed by folding the right and left panels along a first arcuate line of demarcation. A narrow spout is formed by folding the right and left panels along the second arcuate line of demarcation. Convenience is improved by appropriately selecting the width of the spout.

Preferably, the second arcuate boundary line is located at a position rotated by 3 to 7 degrees with respect to a virtual rotation center provided in the vicinity of an end of the boundary line of the insertion piece.

Thus, when the width of the spout is adjusted, the influence on the insertion piece side can be reduced. In other words, even if the shape is somewhat deformed, the influence on the whole is slight.

Preferably, the collar portion is provided with a boundary line corresponding to the first circular arc boundary line and a boundary line corresponding to the second circular arc boundary line.

Thereby, a spout is formed in the collar. The width of the spout can be selected.

Preferably, the outer edges of the right and left panels, the collar portion and the insert panel are formed on a circular arc in the blank state.

That is, the blank is generally fan-shaped, substantially the same as a typical body blank. Existing equipment and existing manufacturing methods can be re-used.

Preferably, the slot has a width greater than the thickness of the insert.

Thus, the insertion structure is easy to insert and not easy to fall off.

Preferably, a cut is provided between the insert piece and the right and left pieces.

Thus, the insertion structure is easy to insert and not easy to fall off.

Preferably, the body portion has an engaging portion on the insertion piece side.

This can suppress deformation of the container when the container is held by hand.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a method of using a paper container, wherein the container is selected to be folded along the first circular arc boundary line to form a wide spout or folded along the second circular arc boundary line to form a narrow spout.

The invention has the advantages of cover function, simple structure and easy assembly.

According to the present invention, a wide or narrow spout can be selected. If a narrow spout is selected, a hot drink or the like can be drunk little by little. In addition, the lid function (closure) is also improved. If a wide drinking mouth is selected, a cold drink can be drunk in a large mouth, and the like. The selection is easy for a clerk or consumer to make, thus improving convenience.

Detailed Description

Basic shape ^ E

The structure of the present embodiment will be described below. Fig. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a paper container 10 of the present embodiment, in which (a) is a perspective view seen from an oblique rear side and (B) is a perspective view seen from an oblique front side.

The paper container 10 includes: a bottom part 1; a main body 2 rising from the bottom 1 in an inverted frustum shape; and a right piece 11, a left piece 12, a collar 13, and an insert piece 14 provided continuously therewith at the upper edge of the main body 2.

In the example shown, the bottom 1 is circular, but may also be quadrangular with chamfers. Further, the shape may be polygonal.

The right and left pieces 11 and 12 are overlapped to cover the opening 3 formed by the body portion 2, serving as a cover.

The left and right panels 11, 12 have slits 26 on the insert side. The insertion piece 14 is inserted into the slit 26 to maintain the overlapping state of the left and right pieces 11, 12.

On the other hand, a spout 16 is formed in the collar 13.

Assembly ^ E

Fig. 2 is an expanded view of a blank of the body portion and the like. Fig. 3 is a view for explaining a sheet folding operation (folding direction).

The body portion 2 and the sheets 11 to 14 are formed as a single fan-shaped blank. The tabs 11 to 14 extend from the upper edge of the sector of the body portion 2. In the example shown in the drawing, half of the insert piece 14, the left piece 12, the collar 13, the right piece 11, and half of the insert piece 14 are arranged in the blank member in this order from the right. The outer edges of the pieces 11 to 14 are formed on the same circular arc in conformity with the outer periphery of the sector.

The planar shape is rolled up, and the end portions are overlapped with each other and joined together in an inverted frustum shape, thereby forming the body portion 2. The base part 1 is separately formed, and after the body part 2 is formed, the base part 1 is joined to the lower part of the body part. The collar 13 is formed on one end side of the left and right pieces 11, 12, and the insertion piece 14 is formed on the other end side of the left and right pieces 11, 12.

First, the collar portion 13 is folded outward from the upper portion of the main body portion 2 along the boundary line 21. Then, the right and left sheets 11 and 12 are folded inward along the circular arc boundary line 30 (described later in detail). Thus, the right piece 11 and the left piece 12 overlap each other to cover the opening 3 formed in the main body 2. At this time, slits 26 are formed on the insert sheet sides of the left and right sheets 11, 12.

Then, the insert sheet 14 is folded inward from the upper portion of the body portion 2 along the boundary line 22, and the insert sheet 14 is inserted into the slit 26. This maintains the overlapping state of the left and right sheets 11 and 12.

On the other hand, as the left and right panels 11, 12 are folded, the collar 13 is also folded into the shape of japanese character コ to form the spout 16. At this time, the portion in contact with the lips of the consumer is the boundary line 21, and the sharp paper end face is not exposed. Therefore, the consumer does not feel uncomfortable.

As described above, the paper container 10 according to the present embodiment is simple in structure and easy to assemble.

E-feature structure 1E

Fig. 4 shows a detailed structure of the arcuate boundary line 30.

The arc-shaped boundary line 30 is formed by arranging a first arc-shaped boundary line 31 on the left and right sheet sides (upper side in the figure) and a second arc-shaped boundary line 32 on the main body side (lower side in the figure).

A virtual center of rotation 35 is provided near an end of the boundary line 22 of the insertion piece 14, specifically, at an intersection of an extension line of the boundary line 22 of the insertion piece 14 and an extension line of the first arcuate boundary line 31.

The second circular arc boundary line 32 is located at a position rotated by 3 to 7 degrees (for example, 5 degrees) with respect to the virtual rotation center 35. That is, the starting points of the first arcuate boundary line 31 and the second arcuate boundary line 32 on the insertion piece side are the same.

In the collar portion 13, a boundary line 36 corresponding to the first circular arc boundary line 31 and a boundary line 37 corresponding to the second circular arc boundary line 32 are formed in a radial shape in a blank state. When the collar portion 13 is folded, the first circular arc boundary line 31 coincides with the boundary line 36, and the second circular arc boundary line 32 coincides with the boundary line 37.

About use method >

Fig. 5 is a diagram for explaining a basic operation in use. With the above-described characteristic configuration, the width of the spout 16 can be selected.

The wide spout is formed by folding along the first arcuate line of demarcation 31 and the corresponding line of demarcation 36.

The narrow spout is formed by folding along the second arcuate line of demarcation 32 and the corresponding line of demarcation 37. Further, the overlapping width of the left and right sheets 11, 12 is increased, and the lid function (closure) is also improved.

At this time, since the starting points of the first arcuate boundary line 31 and the second arcuate boundary line 32 on the insertion piece side are the same, the influence on the insertion piece 14 side is small (described in detail later).

The paper container 10 of the present embodiment has a simple structure and is easily selectable by a clerk or a consumer.

For example, restaurant employees select a narrow drinking spout when presenting a paper container containing a beverage to a consumer. Thereby, the lid function is improved. The consumer can take the paper container containing the beverage out of the store.

The consumer can select the width of spout 16 according to his or her preference. For example, if a narrow spout is selected, a hot beverage can be drunk little by little, etc. In addition, the beverage is also suitable for children or old people to drink little by little. If a wide drinking mouth is selected, a cold drink can be drunk in a large mouth, and the like. In addition, the utility model is also suitable for the situation of drinking by large mouth, such as young people or after sports.

Fig. 6 shows a modification of the method of use. In fig. 5, an example of the widest drinking spout and an example of the narrowest drinking spout are shown. The present embodiment is not limited to this, and the width can be arbitrarily adjusted.

The first and second arcuate boundary lines 31 and 36 and the second and third arcuate boundary lines 32 and 37 are folded to form the connecting surface 17 between the first and second arcuate boundary lines 31 and 37. The width of the spout 16 can be adjusted by the degree of folding of the boundary line and the resulting inclination of the connecting surface 17.

The closer the connecting surface 17 is to vertical, the closer to the example of the widest spout. The closer the connecting surface 17 is to the horizontal, the closer to the narrowest spout.

Arc boundary deformation example

Fig. 7 shows a modification of the arc-shaped boundary line. In the above embodiment, two circular arc boundary lines, i.e., the first circular arc boundary line 31 and the second circular arc boundary line 32, are provided side by side. The present invention is not limited to this, and three circular arc-shaped boundary lines may be provided in parallel.

In the modification, the third arcuate boundary line 33 is located at a position rotated by, for example, 10 degrees with respect to the virtual rotation center 35. In the collar portion 13, a boundary line 38 corresponding to the third arc-shaped boundary line 33 is radially formed.

By folding along the third circular arc-shaped borderline 33 and the corresponding borderline 38, a closed spout is formed. This further improves the lid function.

Fig. 8 shows another modification of the arc-shaped boundary line. Instead of the second circular-arc boundary line 32 and the corresponding boundary line 37, a third circular-arc boundary line 33 and a corresponding boundary line 38 are provided. The width of the spout 16 is adjusted by the inclination of the connecting surface 17.

Characteristic structure 1 summary

Fig. 9 is a schematic configuration of a paper container 100 of a comparative example (specifically, as described above), in which (a) is a perspective view seen from obliquely behind and (B) is a perspective view seen from obliquely in front.

In the embodiment of the present application, the characteristic structure 1 (the arc-shaped boundary lines 31, 32 arranged side by side) is added to the paper container 100 of the comparative example in consideration of the flexibility of paper. As a result, the effects such as the adjustment of the spout width and the improvement of the cap function were obtained as compared with the comparative example. The convenience can be improved by easily selecting and adjusting the position according to the situation.

In addition, the embodiment of the present application has a simple structure and is easy to assemble as in the comparative example.

Characteristic structure 2E

In the embodiment of the present application, the characteristic structure 2 and the effects thereof are added to the comparative example as described below by comparison with the comparative example.

The upper part of FIG. 10 is a comparison of the main part of the blank (A: comparative example, B: present embodiment). The lower part of fig. 10 is a comparison of the insertion structure.

First, the presence or absence of the slit width will be described.

In the comparative example, the slits 126 formed in the left and right sheets 111, 112 have no width. That is, it is cut only linearly.

In contrast, in the present embodiment, the slits 26 formed in the left and right sheets 11, 12 have a width (e.g., 1 to 3mm) equal to or greater than the thickness of the insert sheet 14.

In the comparative example, the periphery of the slit 126 is deformed by the flexibility of the paper to form a gap, and the insertion sheet 114 is inserted. With this insertion structure, even a linear slit has no problem.

In the present embodiment, the overlapping width of the left and right sheets 11, 12 is increased by folding along the second circular arc boundary line 32 and the corresponding boundary line 37. At this time, since the starting points of the first arcuate boundary line 31 and the second arcuate boundary line 32 on the insertion piece side are the same, the influence on the insertion piece 14 side is small. However, the linear slits 26 are deformed into a substantially L-shape as the left and right pieces 11, 12 are slightly rotated.

At this time, if the slit 26 has no width, it is difficult to insert the insert sheet 14. In the present embodiment, the slit 26 has a width and a play is generated, and even if the slit 26 is deformed into an L shape, the insertion piece 14 can be easily inserted.

Next, the presence or absence of the notch will be described.

In the comparative example, the left and right pieces 111 and 112 and the insertion piece 114 are coupled via the coupling portion 127. The joining portion 127 is formed in a triangular shape by the end edges of the left and right sheets 111, 112, the end edge of the insert sheet 114, and the outer edge of the blank.

In contrast, in the present embodiment, the slit 27 is provided between the left and right pieces 11 and 12 and the insertion piece 14.

In the comparative example, the connection portion 127 functions as a spring by the elasticity of the paper. When the insertion piece 114 is inserted into the linear slit 126, the insertion piece 114 is surely fitted with the left and right pieces 111, 112 due to the urging force of the spring.

In contrast, in the present embodiment, the slit 26 has a width (play). Therefore, if the spring of the coupling portion is too strong, the insertion piece 14 is likely to fall off. In the present embodiment, the notch 27 is provided to suppress the force of the spring. Further, the slit 26 is disposed on the insert sheet side as compared with the linear slit 126, so that the insertion length of the insert sheet 14 (for example, 1/4 of the length of the insert sheet 14) is sufficiently ensured. Thus, the falling-off is difficult even without depending on the force of the spring.

In the comparative example, the force of the spring is too strong, and a certain force is required to insert the insertion piece 114 into the linear slit 126. In contrast, in the present embodiment, the force of the spring is suppressed, and the insertion piece 14 can be easily inserted into the slit 26.

As described above, the insertion structure is easy to insert and is not easy to fall off, as compared with the comparative example. This effect is not changed even if the width of the spout is adjusted.

E-feature structure 3E

In the present embodiment, the insertion piece side has a main body engagement portion 28. Fig. 11 is a diagram illustrating an effect of the main body portion engaging portion 28.

The drinking spout 16 is formed on the deep side in the figure. When a consumer drinks by holding the paper container 10, the thumb is positioned near the collar 13. The collar 13 is formed by folding and has higher rigidity than other portions.

On the other hand, four fingers other than the thumb are along the body portion engaging portion 28. The body portion engagement portion 28 also has higher rigidity than the other portions.

If the container is not rigid, the container is easily deformed when held by hand and the beverage may be spilled.

In the present embodiment, the high rigidity portion can suppress deformation of the container caused by holding the container by hand.

If the container is sufficiently rigid, the above-described structure is not required. Fig. 12 is an expanded view of a blank of a body portion or the like of a modification. In the modification, the body portion joining portion 28 is provided on the right sheet side.

E-feature structure 4E

The blank is explained back to fig. 2. In the present embodiment, the body portion 2 and the sheets 11 to 14 are formed from a single fan-shaped blank. I.e. substantially the same as a normal body blank. Therefore, the existing equipment and the existing manufacturing method can be reused.

Fig. 13 is a configuration example of a fan-shaped blank member. A plurality of fan-shaped blanks can be arranged on one piece of raw paper, and waste is avoided.

As described above, the embodiments of the present application can be easily and inexpensively realized.
