Background

In the construction of railways in plateau areas, complex construction environments need to be faced, particularly in the construction process of long and large tunnels, the construction personnel need to face not only the problem of low oxygen in the plateau areas, but also the operation environments with high dust concentration, high humidity and heat and possibly toxic gas in the tunnels, and at the moment, the air-conditioning suit needs to be worn to realize protection.

Taking the construction of a long and large tunnel in a plateau as an example, the conventional air-conditioning suit cannot meet the special requirements of construction, cannot realize the combination of the occupational disease protection facility and the functions of the conventional air-conditioning suit in the plateau area, and in addition, because an extra energy device needs to be carried in the design of the conventional air-conditioning suit for energy supply, the continuous work cannot be ensured in the actual construction, and the air-conditioning suit is inconvenient and environment-friendly.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a health protection equipment suitable for tunnel operation in an elevated area to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides health protection equipment suitable for plateau tunnel operation, which has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 11, the present invention provides a health protection device for a tunnel operation in a plateau, including:

a protective suit 4 worn on a human body; and

the air filtering mechanism is used for providing clean air for the protective clothing 4;

the air outlet end of the air filtering mechanism is communicated with a compressed air pipeline, and the compressed air pipeline is communicated with the protective clothing 4 through a conveying pipe fitting 3.5; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

the air filtering mechanism is arranged on a mobile device, and the air outlet end of the air filtering mechanism is communicated with the protective clothing 4 through a conveying pipe fitting 3.5;

and when the tunneling surface is far away, the tunnel boring machine further comprises a portable air filtering system 6, and the air outlet end of the portable air filtering system is communicated with the protective clothing 4 through a conveying pipe fitting 3.5.

Therefore, in this embodiment, according to the tunnel condition, the system can be divided into three sets of systems according to different requirements in the tunnel:

1. when a compressed air pipeline is preset on the operation surface, the air outlet end of the air filtering mechanism is communicated with the compressed air pipeline, the compressed air pipeline is communicated with the infusion pipe fitting 3.5 through a gas receiving expansion pipe I3.4, and the automatic take-up reel 3.3 can take up the gas receiving expansion pipe I3.4, so that the effects of reducing the weight of the gas receiving pipe fitting and facilitating movement are achieved;

2. when a compressed air pipeline is not preset on the operation surface, the air filtering mechanism is arranged on the mobile equipment, the air outlet end of the air filtering mechanism is communicated with the air receiving expansion groove 3.7, the air receiving expansion groove 3.7 is communicated with the conveying and guiding pipe fitting 3.5 through a second air receiving expansion pipe 3.9, and the axial pulley 3.8 on the guide rail can take up the second air receiving expansion pipe 3.9, so that the effects of reducing the weight of the air receiving pipe fitting and facilitating the movement are achieved;

3. when the tunneling surface is far away, the portable air filtering system can be used as a temporary air supply device, and then the air filtering mechanism is used for carrying out conventional air supply, so that the full-range protection can be realized.

it should be noted that the air humidification unit 2.8 supplies air through the second air duct 2.10;

the air inlet end of the micro air compressor is also provided with a one-way air inlet valve 2.6.1;

the primary filter unit can be a primary filter screen structure;

the dust removing unit at least comprises a dust filter screen structure;

in addition, in the embodiment, a first oxygen generation unit is further arranged, so that oxygen can be effectively supplemented, and the influence of the low oxygen condition of the plateau area on workers can be reduced.

In addition, as shown in fig. 10, when the tunneling surface is far away, the portable air filtering system is used as a temporary air supply device, and then the air filtering mechanism is used for carrying out conventional air supply, so that the full-range protection can be realized;

and, the portable air filtration system comprises: the device comprises an air pump 6.1, a primary filtering gas cylinder 6.2, an oil-water separator 6.3, an oxygen generation unit II 6.4, a gas storage cylinder and a decompressor 6.6 which are sequentially connected, and in the embodiment of the invention, a mobile power supply 6.7 is further arranged for supplying electric energy, and the oxygen generation unit II is arranged for supplementing oxygen, so that the influence of the low oxygen condition of a plateau area on workers is favorably reduced.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the first oxygen generation unit 2.7 and the second oxygen generation unit 6.4 have the same structure and respectively comprise an air inlet 2.7.1, an air duct 2.7.2, a first electromagnetic valve 2.7.3, a molecular sieve 2.7.4, a second electromagnetic valve 2.7.5 and an enriched air exhaust port 2.7.6 which are sequentially connected; the whole structure is simple, and the molecular sieve can be used for efficiently preparing oxygen.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the protective suit 4 includes a protective suit body 4.2, the protective suit body 4.2 is communicated with the infusion pipe 3.5 by a one-way air supply valve 4.1, and the protective suit body 4.2 further has a face mask 4.3;

The protective clothing 4 is one-piece health clothing or upper garment type health clothing;

wherein, the coat type health clothes also have a hanging belt 4.4 so as to be convenient for hanging the portable air filtering system.

That is, in the implementation, when the tunnel boring face is far away, the jacket-type health clothes can be worn first, and the portable air filter system can be mounted by the strap 4.4, and then the portable air filter system is used as the temporary air supply device, and then the integrated health clothes can be replaced when the portable air filter system reaches the working face.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, a plurality of partition connecting layers are connected between the outer waterproof wear-resistant layer 4.2.2 and the inner sweat-absorbing and wind-dispersing layer 4.2.3, so as to divide the space between the two layers of the protective suit 4 into a plurality of heat dissipation spaces, and the partition connecting layers can support the outer waterproof wear-resistant layer 4.2.2 and the inner sweat-absorbing and wind-dispersing layer 4.2.3;

the clean air shunt pipe fittings 4.2.4 penetrate through each heat dissipation space and are supported by the partition connecting layers; and, be located in the heat dissipation space clean air reposition of redundant personnel pipe fitting 4.2.4 has at least one air feed hole, air feed hole department is provided with the solenoid valve, consequently, can realize deciding regional heat dissipation through the switch of control solenoid valve, has improved radiating pertinence and has promoted human travelling comfort.

Wherein, for example, the air outlet flow can be controlled by controlling the perspiration heat dissipation fan; the air inlet flow can be controlled by controlling the filtering and converting machine 2, so that the problem that the protective clothing is attached to the body to cause unsmooth ventilation can be effectively prevented, and the air leakage condition of other places of the protective clothing can be compensated.

In a preferred embodiment, the head and face air supply dust-proof pipe 4.2.6 is annular, and is located in front of the forehead and has an air dispersing hole facing the inner side of the mask;

and, the partial body that the dustproof pipe fitting 4.2.6 of head-ornaments portion air feed is located the forehead is fixed wears out the protective clothing, and sets up the gas blow hole that can blow to the face guard 4.3 outsides, consequently, can also blow to the face guard outside through the gas blow hole, prevents that the dust from blockking the sight, and it cooperatees with inside louvre can guarantee that the inside and outside surface temperature of face guard is unanimous, is difficult for the fog.

In specific implementation, according to the tunnel condition, the system can be divided into three sets of systems according to different requirements in the tunnel:

1. when a compressed air pipeline is preset on the working face, the air filtering mechanism is arranged outside the tunnel, the air outlet end of the air filtering mechanism is communicated with the compressed air pipeline, the compressed air pipeline is communicated with the input and guide pipe fitting 3.5 through the air receiving expansion pipe I3.4, and the automatic take-up reel 3.3 can take up the air receiving expansion pipe I3.4, so that the effects of reducing the weight of the air receiving pipe fitting and facilitating movement are achieved;

2. when a compressed air pipeline is not preset on the operation surface, the air filtering mechanism is arranged on the moving equipment, the air outlet end of the air filtering mechanism is communicated with the air receiving expansion groove 3.7, the air receiving expansion groove 3.7 is communicated with the conveying pipe piece 3.5 through the air receiving expansion pipe II 3.9, and the axial pulley 3.8 on the guide rail can take up the air receiving expansion pipe II 3.9, so that the effects of reducing the weight of the air receiving pipe piece and facilitating moving are achieved.

3. When the tunneling surface is far away, the portable air filtering system can be used as a temporary air supply device, and then the air filtering mechanism is used for carrying out conventional air supply, so that the full-range protection can be realized.
