With the above structure, when the paper is pressed by the pressing block 69, the compression spring 681 is pressed during pressing, so that a good buffering effect is obtained during pressing.

The working process is as follows: when the height needs to be adjusted, the brake plate 45 is rotated to the upper side, so that the second sliding sleeve 41 descends while the height adjusting mechanism 3 is lifted, the movable rod 43 is driven to move outwards and move to a proper position, the brake plate 45 is fixed after being rotated, and the stability of the device can be effectively ensured; then, the drawing paper is placed on the workbench 51, the crank 611 is rotated to enable the pair of supports 67 to descend, the paper is pressed tightly through the pressing block 69, and the compression spring 681 is extruded during pressing, so that a good buffering effect is obtained during pressing; as described above, the height adjusting mechanism 3, the stabilizing mechanism 4, and the pressing mechanism 6 provided in the present apparatus can not only effectively press the design but also adjust the height of the table 51, and can effectively ensure the stability of the apparatus at the time of design.
