具体实施方式

发热包和变色层可同时按照本发明生产工艺加入,以①无纺布1份②背贴1份③蛭石粉1份、④还原铁粉1份⑤盐1份⑥活性炭1份⑦医用树脂1份⑧变色粉1份⑨乙醇1份⑩离型纸1份固定式控温层可抽拉控温层。将蛭石粉、还原铁粉、盐、活性炭、医用树脂称量搅拌,进行干湿度测试,放入暖包机通过无纺布外包热压成发热包。将变色粉在乙醇水溶液中进行溶解搅拌均匀,得变色涂料,涂抹在发热包表面,得变色层;将发热包贴在背贴上,变色层在上贴上离型纸,生产工艺完成。
